Z23 is a bot. she can't help you with that.
you'd have to reset your fb password in order to login to unbind your account. if you can't reset your password though you can email AL support and ask them to forcibly unbind it for you. (i think but i may be wrong)

Oh, you dont need to DM your password. Just turn it off in the setting menu, and when turning it back on, you can input your new password

So you dont remember the passcode? If so, you'll need to contact support via email so they can verify account ownership and help you reset it

Is there controller support for azur lane? if not can you guys consider allowing it so I can play azur lane on my PC with Dex from samsung?
controller is allowed via keybinds on emulators
as for dex, that depends on how dex works
dex allows controller and keyboard mouse
but azur lane has no native controller support
i was hoping for native controller support
since this game would be really nice with it

crosswave should be coming out in JP sooner or later

More than likely not as the RAM for the fire 7 is only 1GB and the recommended minimum amount to run AL w/o consistent crashing issues is 2GB or more

I have a problem with the game updates
My internet is slow so when I download the update, it stops at around halfway when downloading large files, then it timesout and restarts, and since I can't fix the internet because this speed (512kbps) is the fastest I can get, the update gets stuck in a loop and it never ends
I tried switching to 4G and it immediately worked and downloaded the files, but I can't use it to download updates because my data plan is small

Well to find it, you have to be logged into the account and get it from the profile in game. So if you dont already have it and cant get into the account, there is no way to get the UID

Indeed, however with a caveat. I can still use them just fine. Fleets, missions, etc. However, I'm unable to retire them. And since I'm a level 54 commander and not 80, I'm unable to remove them, like you said.
Got it. yeah, it's a known bug but unfortunately we don't know of any true way to manually remove them ourselves. So we've just been forced to direct people to send an email to support as they ideally should be able to provide some backend support for the issue

I messaged them 12.08.2019 about my lost account - they replied the same day and wanted to know my commander lvl, nickname, server or uid. After that I replied to their message and they replied the next day (13.08.2019) and they wanted me to bind my nee Azur Lane account to: Facebook, Twitter or Yostar account.
I replied them the same day saying that I binded my new account to Yostar and gave them the email.
And it was their last message they have sent to me. Nothing happened, nothing changed, literally nothing happened with my account. I already achieved much more than on my first account so ugh...

It was 2 weeks ago tho. I messaged them a week after their last message that my actual commander level is much higher than in my first account and I already own much more than before. They didn't reply even to that message. I'm quite sad how long it takes to recover an account and how they ignored my messages tho

Send a reply email to your last sent one to them. That way you get a bump to your previous one while also keeping the email thread going

Why does my Azur Lane say its open in another phone when I leave it in the background for too long? Is it due to Nox or something?
That's almost always a network disconnection causing the issue. So if you leave it in the background too long, it loses connection to the server (or at least becomes shaky enough to act like it is) and causes that notice to appear
So that's just the default message and not Nox at work?
It's not Nox. There are plenty of people who get it due to their network while on any device
Why is it when i try to join a guild that has 21/38 people in, it says that guild application is full. However when i tried a guild with 38/38 people, it says the application was sent?
More than likely the number is just not getting updated correctly. Guilds aren't always the best about getting updated in real time

So here's my issue.
Got a new phone, downloaded the app and attempted to login through FB and Twitter. Neither work and just prompt me to try binding my account. My account is already bound to both and I can log back in on my old phone.

Can you check all the servers, just to be sure if you haven't already? And as well, make sure you're using the correct social media account/email if you happen to have multiple ones
Don't pay attention to the character icon. That's client side and won't show up until you fully log into the server

I'm having an issue where I can't buy gems. I tap on the gem pack and then buy, but then get an error message reading "Google Pay / AppStore Pay /Molpay failed: Error 200220". I tried emptying the cache of all google play services and force stopped / restarted them but that didn't help.

i don't think support can help with this. it's a connection error and if switching to one of the 3 connection types didn't fix it then there's no known fix for it rn. you can still send them an email and see what they can do. (email is in the bot message above)

Got it to work: completely deleted any google play service data (play store, play games, play services) and redownloaded them all. Then had to reconnected my wifi connection and now it works. Just fyi, if someone else has that problem in the future.

Yup I moved recently to another country other games no prob only AL on currency issue I guess I'll use my credit again lol

Prior to the update that removed the Ashen missions and event shop, the game was having no problem being loaded on my phone when I switched back from another process. However since the update there is a very noticeable hang/lag/wait time where the game shows a black screen when I switch back to it. I have no idea how to fix this, or what caused it in said update but it would be nice to know how to resolve it. This has never happened after any other update.

Hm....can't say I know of that one. There are some lag issues known when the game is being kept running in the background for a while so it might be an extension of that. But you could try a file repair from the settings menu just to see if it perhaps detects something just to make sure

Unfortunately they cannot. It can only be accessed while you're logged into the account. But that's okay. You can email support and let them know of your issue (that you need to recover your account and you believe the FB account that it might be bound to is now disabled/deleted) and they should be able to look into it for you. And please sure to include all the account information that you have (such as in game name,server, commander lvl if possible, last login date, etc)

so, im having an issue with game notifications on my phone. for a couple weeks now, notification only show up once i open up the game. when im out of game doing other stuff on my phone, i never get game notifications for done commissions or finished classes, but once i open the game, all the notifications pop up at once. im not sure how to go about fixing this

Why does Azur Lane only accept the second payment for gems? If I purchase a gem package once, it won't give me the gems, but it gives me the gems after the second purchase. It's been consistent over the last 5 gem purchases I've made.
Perhaps a connection issue if it's that consistent. I'd say try using a different network connection if possible next time you top off. And as well, be sure that your APK is updated to the most recent patch from your respective app store.

i dont know if i should be asking this here but wasn't the summer festival event suppose to last till the 4th? And i mean the one where u can get the Juno skin.
It's still going. The main screen tab button is just kinda buggy right now. If you don't see it (or if it's unresponsive), you can access the event from the overall event tab
Hey guys I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but how does that event mission work? I've done the dailies and farming but I can't get it to move 
It's supposed to track and increase when you complete the other daily task. But some players are reporting issues w/ it and it's under investigation by the devs

how do i move an account to another device? i've linked my fb, and twit, but my uid doesnt match or something. i got frustrated and uninstalled the game after, so i dunno what the message exactly said.
