anyone else getting sent back to the loading screen after like 2 minutes of playing
Hello, I'd just reinstalled Azur Lane after almost a year of not playing, and it seems that my account was reset. I had previously logged in with my Facebook account and played on the Lexington server and was wondering if I can still save my old account.

But at this point go ahead and email support and they'll be able to for sure tell you if your account was bound and which social media account it was bound to specifically. If it does turn out to be the deleted one, they can help you recover the account

Okay, the last two options that are basic to try would be to try using a free VPN to see if it's a network issue. And t he last being a full reinstall to see if it's a corrupted install issue(if your account is bound)

I personally can't say if an app update will fix it as it could be a connection issue that requires you to use a different network entirely. Not saying it's NOT possible though

if you're playing on an emulator you'll need to open the google play app and sign in. then you can access the play store from AL.

a vpn essentially lets you connect from anywhere around the world by changing your ip address. it tends to work if wifi or mobile data won't.
I decided to just go on my pc, i had the game on bluestacks since i started playing and never uninstalled. Stopped playing a bit ago, so had to download a 1 gig update just now. The play store downloads the whole thing and then just resets and says "waiting for wifi" before starting the whole download again
I thought for the phone crashes it was not enough space so i deleted a bunch of stuff but it still crashes as soon as i press start

for the constant update, people find that trying multiple times helps

wow that was some major lag. even if it's only a test run you should still try using a vpn and recording with log mode on.

The problem is after i reinstalled the game first time, i binded my account from the logging screen which was a mistake 
you cannot bind your account at the login screen. you can only login there. you can only bind your account in the settings menu.
its actually still possible to overwrite at the login screen 
but this happened after your originally bound the account right, so its still considered logging in

you DO NOT login at the settings menu, please stop trying or you could accidentally overwrite your stuff. press logout and try a different server or if you haven't already done so press the twitter icon to login, then try to select a server.

hi, so recently AL's been freezing after a few seconds whenever i start it on my emulator
if i try restarting AL it happens again, and i've also tried uninstalling AL from my emulator and even reinstalling the whole emulator doesnt help

@gleaming palm Okay, you just need to log into Twitter on the title screen of the game firstly. And then after that you need to choose the correct server. It's the one you previously played on as accounts will stay on the same server (and don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen, you just need to fully log into the server)

@gaunt elm if you logged in on the title screen with Yostar, you just need to choose the correct server. It's the one that your account was on previously as accounts stay on the same server

No? If you bound to Yostar in the settings menu when you were still logged into your old account, you just need to log into Yostar on the title screen and then log into your correct server to retrieve your account

Ok, so. Lemme re-explain the situation on my end
I've held an account on a tablet with "email1" and binded the account to it through Yostar, Lexington server.
I then recently got a new phone, downloaded Azur Lane, and went through the tutorial and binded to "email1" accidentally (even picked a new name thinking it would cancel out the account considering I already held one)

My old account name (it even included unchecked mail)
Then after coming here and binding through title screen and logging in (Lexington server), it brought me to the newer account - which is where I currently stand

@gaunt elm if you bound to Yostar, you can't overwrite the bind in the settings menu as itll give you an error. Are you sure you're using the correct email?

There are some problems for some certain users who get that error. But seeing as how she still has the old loading screen that isn't being used in the game anymore, can she first try a reinstall if her account is bound and be sure to a stable connection if they weren't before

Hi! So I just rented the Illustrious Ball skin with the Rental Outfit Voucher you get. It says I've rented it and I did select the "Use skin" option that showed up when I got the skin. Illustrious doesn't have the skin though and it doesn't show up in the skin selection either.

You most likely mistoke some information then. Double check the name you provided and the server as well to make sure it's all correct. And if need be, you can search for the name on the server you believed you played on to see if it's there to verify

Found a bug that when you are switching between Fleets in a map, it's showing the wrong name.
Even after a game restart.
Shows the proper name when selecting the fleets prior to entering the map though.
