ever since this patch it takes almost a minute to open the game again if I lock my phone mid combat... this was instant before the patch, what changed?
I don't think I did anything other than hit update in google play

@tawny ravine Try restarting your device and as well clearing AL's cache to see if those help. Or possibly also trying a different network connection if possible. If that doesn't help, you'll need to do a reinstall if you have your account bound.

So I dont know my UID for my old account which I did not bind, will providing info like my last store purchase with gems, and secrateries that I had, last even I participated, some boats I own, clan I was in and other information help me get my account merged with my new one or get my old account back. @bronze rune That information will work but the main information they'll need will be such as in game name, server, and possibly commander LVL is possible. This will help them locate the account in the first place. And when you say message, do you mean in the game help center or email?
I did send that info in the messege, I was wondering if additional info for what was not listed to be sent would help, thanks. I went in game and clicked help, then the messege icon on the top right of the screen, thats where I sent the infomration to.

If you've bound you can also try a fresh reinstall, though if it's stuck on loading it's usually something with connection.

For those having loading issues and already tried alt connections, if you've bound your account I'd either try a reinstall, then maybe try contacting CS.
I let it keep updating even when it fails, it will continue from where it stopped. Took about 40min and it eventually finished.

It's on the off chance that a borked file is causing issues but apparantly you can also do the above.

This always happened after I update the game from playstore...
Having issues. My account somehow stopped being linked to my device and I can figure out how to get it back. I thought I had linked it to my facebook account, but entering that information did nothing. I sent an email, but no response. What should I do? Already missed the first day of the new event.
@simple shoal Try restarting your device as well as clearing ALs cache to see if that solve the issue. Or perhaps an alternate network connection as well

So if you did log in w/ FB there, you need to be sure to choose the correct server. Accounts will stay on the same server you played on before. So after you log in, you need to fully log into your old server

@spring grotto is there a reason why my game will randomly give me the error message "Network connection failed. Reconnect now? [ConnectionReset]" but when I click on "Confirm" the message repeatedly comes up indefinitely until I have to restart the app. It happens a couple times a day.
It's possible that it's a network issue. I'd say make sure that your connection is stable initially. And as well as restarting your device, network, and possibly trying a different network if possible
@spring grotto that's what I was afraid of. It only happens when I'm at my office, and there aren't any other networks I can connect to. Bollocks.

Hm...nothing sticks up too much there. I'd say try a different network if possible to see if the correct files get downloaded and doesn't get you timed out. But if that doesn't work and seeing as how the loading screen is still the old one, it might need a reinstall if you have your account bound

Gotcha. Yeah, if it's the Gen 1, then the most likely issue is the RAM limitations. The Gen 1 only has 1 GB of RAM which is below the recommended amount for AL. You could try a reinstall if you'd like just to rule out corrupted files, but it's most likely the former

My game is stuck on login screen after when I reinstalled it. It's happening on both on my nox and mobile I even tried with another internet connection but still same problem.
@toxic orchid You need to log into your bind option from the title screen and then after logging in there, you need to log into the server that you previously played on

I tried that as well I tried UK,US, Singapore, Germany. Neither of them worked I was using turboVPN

@rain depot So after taking a look at the log, it seems the error is in fact due to that missing asset bundle that's listed in it. In which case, you'll need to attempt to reinstall if your account is bound or a file deletion if your account isn't bound
I am downloading xapk from apkpure now. My account is already bound with twitter I just couldn't get through this screen.
Mmm, I took a break from the game for a good amount of time but felt the bug to come back. Tried all my normal possible login info but nothing shows me having any characters on any servers. Hey, I got a problem. When I create a boat in the cubes I click on "share" and then another folder manager application to save it. Also, once I save it tells me the format of .txt and not in .png. This has not been the case.
I saved this image when I shared it with the corresponding format.

Ah, I think I might see the issue. It's calling error 100404 which is generally a network issue. So that could be it. To start, can you try restarting your device and as well, if you have an alternate connection, can you try that?
