It's an issue that can happen due to a shaky connection and/or a desync to the servers. But a simple restart of the app should ideally get the boss to spawn correctly

Why the game doesn't accept no curenccy who aren't the dollar, even being in google play
for example, a people want to use the euro, buy the card of google play who have the value of 20 Euros
but the game just accept dollar from credit card
I understand this, but it would be very good for non-american players to have the possibility to use the cards sold by stores with different currencies, even with taxes and other bad things, a lot of players would spend this money, even being more or less or even don't being the same value
I dunno how I can make this suggestion or where, but in my nation, they don't convert the currency, because the google have the policy of using local coin for the financial transations, and If I could, I'd use the dollar, even in Bank Slip or something else

What is usually the time before the staff respond to an email? I read somewhere near 0-8 hours, but it has been a day since I first emailed them for a purchase issue.
I bought the $80 and $40 gems but received only the $40.
I got charged for the both.

I think you misread 0-8 business days as 0-8 hours
but they will respond around 0-8 business days
more on the short end most likely though 
once theyre in office they should get to it
which is around 5 hours before the update, so I think you will make it in time

Gotcha. Name and server will be enough then if you don't have the UID. But they can take anywhere from 1-8 business days so it might just take a bit longer

No, the point about payment doesn't. Skins are just an internal code calculation. Only gems and money purchased packs are susceptible to payment errors when going through systems external to the app.
And 10 to 15 minutes is hardly last minute.

Nah, it's a good question. But to give you an example, the UI overhaul replaced the old files on my phone instead of kicking the overall size to over 3GB
Probably will keep azur lane on device storage since loading times after transfer to SD takes a bit longer

@wise wigeon We can't do much for the JP/CN versions besides offer basic advice such as restarting your game,device, and trying a different network connection. Or possibly a reinstall if nothing else seems to work
And as well be sure you updated the game from your respective app store

I delete and reinstall the app, after installed the name was "azurlane", when opened it crashed at first, next try it went as normal and asked to download 130Mb of files.

@spark latch Well if you mean link Yostar to your AL account, yes you can. You just need to go to "settings->account" and choose the Yostar option. And you can also unlink your FB bind from there as well

You'll need to unlink the FB from the accidental account and then rebind it to your actual account. But you can't fully delete AL accounts, no. They'll always be in the server database

That's...odd. I downloaded the 1 gb update from the play store, but when I get on AL itself, it says that it needs to update, leading to another 1 gb update (with no errors shown)

I'm unable to change my secretary. If I hit the button on the top left to open the screen where you normally change your secretary, the game gets stuck loading ("loading" text appears).
I can do everything else (battle, buy skins, build botes) but I can't open that one screen for some reason.
Tried restarting the game a couple times but no luck.

Updated from PlayStore (1.11gb) ONLY AFTER THE SERVER WAS UP, also got an additional 188 in game update afterwards.... Went straight up building, doing 30 multi pulls (got only la temeraire BTW), the game got stuck at loading...

@sinful yoke do u mean rebooting it? Or set it as default? Resetting and setting it up again will take a while since I have a router/modem and two subnets on two more routers (one for nvr and ipcams, and the other for the pcs)... But I tried using my mobile sim as a connection and it doesn't make any difference
