If you didn't have it bound and had to do a fresh install, you'd need to go through the recovery process w/ customer support
its a long and annoying process too so we offer an alternative to reinstalling if your account isn’t bound

If you downloaded the apk from a third party, you'll need to wait for the third party to have the updated version and update to it. For example, if you got it from QooApp, you'll need to wait for QooApp to get the update and update it from their website or app like you would Google Play. As for the account, they just warn that in case there's a chance you'd need to reinstall, get logged out of your account, etc. It's just a precaution. But binding your account and having your account information is always good
Okay and how long does it take to recover the account if something happens
Well if you have it bound, you wouldn't need to worry about getting it recovered from support. But if you don't bind it and need to recover it, it'd take anywhere between 1-8 business days (give or take). So it's always good to bind your account

I think you might be misunderstanding something about the in game help: if someone DOES actually cheat, they’re fully banned to never comeback. What your screenshot is is for appealing the ban if you feel it unjust. But it’s not unjust if you cheated

Hm....not too sure. That's the first we've seen that error code(from your first screenshot). You could possibly try restarting your emu, or a reinstall of the game but those are really just guesses. As a last resort if those don't work, I'd say reply to support and let them know that the binding option isn't letting you log in and send the screenshot of when you're trying to log in on the title screen. Perhaps they can offer more insight regarding it

@gritty iron That error is due to only having one bind on that account, it won't let you unbind it. To fix it, you can either put another dummy bind on the account as that should ideally fix it for you or you can contact support via email and they can help you get it unbound

if I have archived my old data folder in azur lane, can I use the login data there to login in a new azur lane installation?
when i was experimenting with the files to test an idea i had, that local save data was on your phone, i was able to log back in when i reinstalled the game and put the files back. though my account was already bound so ya no guarantees that it'll work and you're really just better off binding your account anyways. it's so much simpler than moving files from device to device.
I did have the game binded, on my facebook tho, but game kept crashing before when im trying to login, hence I quit playing for around 9 months. Now I decided to give it a shot again, so I will just try to use that if facebook login crashes the game still
They said I should just use nox or bluestacks, but those are a pain to install in my system, so if just incase this facebook login still fails me and game still crashes on it, Im hoping I can use the saved local login file
ya the FB and twitter login crashes can't really be fixed. your only option is to either keep trying and hope it works or to play on an emulator.

Hey everyone I have a friend who wants to start playing the game but he can't get through the post-intro tutorial. Right on login, he gets three errors that each say "Unable to find mission config. Update may be requires. Error ID: 14810 / 14811 / 14812". He can tap through the first couple steps of the tutorial but when it tries to show him how to change out the ships in his fleet, it says "loading" and shows the dancing manjuus, and then just never does anything. He has tried reinstalling. He is up to date in terms of the Play Store download, and his Android OS is up to date. He's on a Samsung Galaxy S8+. Username is Faiyn on Lexington. He just installed for the first time yesterday and has never been able to get through this point.

However I would like to have a yostar account just in case.
I sent the verification code to my email however when I write the code in, it says that account is already bind to my own ID
