I beat A2 once and it's not changing from 0% to anything else and it also did not give me any stars.

I'm assuming you're on the current patch, so maybe a file repair just in case the install went wrong for whatever reason, I just completed a run and it worked fine, but there were issues earlier in the day that a hotfix addressed.

A2, one time. Game didn't count it.
Oh okay, the AS stage unlocks before A2, so sometimes people can overlook that. In that case and if a desync restart didn't resolve it, you'd prob have to ask cs directly.
AS appears before A2 and needs to be cleared once, then is replaced by A2

No they shouldn't be able to spawn if a fleet is blocking the space, only bosses can do that.

Sounds like it's just a device issue then as memory leaks should be fixed with a restart. But I can't say for sure though

Well it goes by the Twitter username and not the display name. So if you set your display name as something different, the game will still show the true username of the Twitter

Ah, that's no problem at all. If you don't have it, there are two things you can do. The first is to check app permissions on your social media accounts for Facebook and Twitter to see if you see AL there. If you do, then it almost always means you had it bound. If you don't see them there though, email support with your account information (such as username, server, and commander LVL) and they'll be able to look into your account and help you w/ it

It means to deploy less than or equal to 10 ships

Basically, use 10 or less ships as a whole between all your fleets (this includes subs as well)

Hi. Is it normal for AL to have a big battery drain for playing like 20 mins? It drained from 90 to 40. I tested and played AL on 3 phones and it drains all 3 so I don't think it's a phone issue. I'm using Razer 2, iPhone X and Samsung S9+
That seems a bit extreme. But that really depends on a good few factors. Such as if you have the game in 60FPS instead of 30. That'll drain a lot faster. But other factors could be the brightness on your phone. The battery saving settings. How many apps you have open in the background. But to compare it for myself, I can play on iPad and S8 Note for over an hour and lose about 20-30 percent or so.
Don't think I have other apps opened and I always put brightness low.
Also another point is that my phones get very hot when playing AL. Hotter than playing other graphically intense games like mobile legends
And yes I do have it on 60fps
60FPS will drain you battery A LOT faster and turns it into an oven very quickly

Yeah, it's unfortunate but it's not the best optimized. Generally 60FPS is best used when on an emu so it's just running on the computer

Yes, Motorola devices have long had issues with AL for reasons I'm not aware of

Tech wise, it should be identical to the EN Client
There are plenty of instances where the clients will differ w/ bugs and builds. So there truly is no guarantee. But some simple ideas you could try that we use for the EN client would be to try a different network connection, possibly a free VPN, or trying to download the .apk from another source such as APKPure to see if it's the QooApp causing the issue

Moonlit Overture is still missing cut scenes being unlocked. Has been since the New UI update and devs still haven't fixed it.

on every firstrun of every stage in the event i get a bugged level
it has a diffrent mission requirement, diffrent enemies and diffrent level of enemies
also there is no dock to save

the only way to end it is to kill the boss.. but then nothing as loot drops
after that i get the normal event stages back

@shut light You actually need to log in on the title screen so you did that part correctly. If you logged in w/ the correct email, be sure to choose the correct server. It needs to be the one you played on before (ex: if you played on Sandy, you need to choose Sandy instead of Washington)

Yepp. You login w/ Twitter on the title screen and then once you've logged in w/ it, you need to log into the server that you previously played on and you'll be good

Yeah, it is unfortunately. All binding is done in the settings menu in game. And the title screen is only for retrieving bound accounts. Did you happen to have your account bound to anything else?

Its reassuring if you really had it bound, but in case you don't (hypothetically speaking) i think there's a way to retrieve your data as long as you know your uid, stats, etc that can be presented to claim your account.

Hi, I was told to come here for more information about an issue that I have. My problem is, since I started playing (6 days ago) I kept forgetting to update the audio, and when I finally did start the update, at around the halfway point it gave me a message that said "ERROR(CODE:5)" . I've tried closing the app and re downloading the update, but to no avail. Only some characters have their voices for me. Should I reinstall, or is there another way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

@digital sonnet had mine fixed just now. I think the trick was delete the game, then install it from the scratch. You should see some 3.4k files to download, then it should work.

you don't bind at the title screen, you bind in the settings menu. the title screen is only for logging in.
you can log out in the settings menu and it'll take you back to the title screen.
if you didn't have your account bound to anything you'll have to email support. do you know what your name was and what server you were on? knowing what your UID was will help as well.
