Nah. The notification option to turn off the auto battle notification is actually "Auto Combat Alert" and not "Mission complete!". That one is for commissions being finished

As long as you have enough space on your storage, the file path shouldn't be the problem. Can you perhaps try changing your network or resetting it if possible? And if that doesn't work, can you try a free VPN to see if that solves it?

Make sure it's spelled correctly and that you gave them the correct server that you played on. If you need to, you can log into the server you played on w/ a test account and search for your name to verify the spelling

That definitely sounds like something was being weird w/ your particular download as the events (both Javelin's skin and the subs) have been going on since July 11th

Exactly. The first time I downloaded the update, it had two separate parts due to internet malfunction.

I have an issue/question. Is it possible for the staff to forcefully unbind an account in the game? I mistakenly unbounded and rebinded my facebook to another account and i can't unbind it anymore. Is there any way it can unbinded by force from that second account? (I had a bad day and didn't notice that i was on the wrong server when playing on my new phone, so i panicked and it got worse from there)
the last bind on an account can't be unbound, bind the wrong account to another bind method to be able to unbind the FB bind.

You can try downloading onto a SD, but no one has been able to make it run properly for all time. It'll usually break after some random amount of time and you'll get an error code when trying to load the game.

What should I do if I can’t unbind my Twitter (I bound the wrong one) and keep getting an error every time I try to unbind it. On top of that I had 2 codes from ax initial and deluxe, and I only received the initial
For the binding: if it's your only bind on the account, you won't be able to unbind it. You could put another bind on the account (like FB or Yostar) and you'll be able to unbind at that point. For the codes: you can DM your UID and the code you didn't receive to Enderhazard#5939 to be sent off to support or you can email support that information

You have Yostar as well? Perhaps try restarting the game/device. And just to check, the error code you're getting is something along the lines of 100213?

It's a known bug where enemy ships will flip out after a salvo firing but it's a bit random and only on certain enemies. But it's the first time I've seen a body sprite do it, usually it's just their rigging

What can cause insta crash in AL during login screen?
It really depends. It could be a couple of things. Can you try restarting your device firstly?
Any other ideas?
Besides that, it could be corrupted files from the update. And for that, you could do file deletion if you don't have your account bound(which is detailed in the pinned Google Doc) or a full reinstall if you have your account bound

I can't use Twitter to authenticate again, saying my account is suspended? Same thing happened before the UI update but can't remember how to fix it, any ideas?
The old workaround for that is to download the Twitter app, log in w/ the Twitter app up to the point that it says that your account is suspended, then try using Twitter on AL again while the Twitter app is still open in the background

If you had it bound, you just need to follow these two steps then. And be sure to pay close attention to Step 5 regarding the server

Im having problem opening the game when using wifi for my IOS device
It just load and loads and never opens. I need to close the game and open it again and again like 10 or more times before i can connect

Gotcha. It might be coming from ISP or server side and as we haven't had many people come in w/ server issues, it might on client side. Can you try restarting your device and as well as your network if possible? If those don't work though, can you perhaps try a free VPN to see if that clears it up?

You could try restarting your device once or twice to see if that helps. If it doesn't though, the other option would be to do file deletion (if you don't have your account bound) or possibly a full reinstall(if you do have your account bound)

Hm...I'm personally not too sure then. It ideally should be fine device-wise. And you reinstalled. If possible, you could try recording the crashing happening w/ log mode open and send it to support via email and see if they can offer any insight. This is the first we've heard of it crashing for XRs and not being solved by a reinstall as a last resort

oh, just on starting the game up. assuming the install didn't have issues due to connection issues both times (I'd recommend a complete reinstall on an alt connection/vpn to check, maybe) there's a dev mode thing that might work, let me check.

yostar takes 1-10 business days (so no weekends) for a email response, usually, if it's already been that, reply to your previous email so that they can see it again.

It's due to not being able to connect to the servers correctly to verify your version information. Can you try restarting your device, then changing your network connection if possible, or possibly even restarting your network
You tried all those possible solutions? If so, try downloading a free VPN from the Play Store to see if that allows the connection to go through properly

Well Xiaomi devices can have issues at time w/ crashing. Unfortunately it's hard to tell specifically WHY it's caused on those particular devices. Can you perhaps try turning dev mode on and then off? Just to see if that helps

Once you have logged in, you could try turning the VPN off to see if the game will keep you connected. But besides that, you could perhaps try contacting your ISP to perhaps see if it's some issue coming from their end. Just to help narrow down where the issue is coming from.

Having an error. Keep getting a user agreement message when I start the app. Click accept. Go to tap to start game and the app crashes.
Ok so the user agreement went away just not but the game still refuses to open. Still crashes when I try to actually start
So a few hours ago I cleared some space on my phone by deleting some download files and now I get a black screen whenever I load up the game. I'm guessing I've deleted a file that the game uses. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall the full app from Google Play Store or is there another way to fix this?

So when in a battle with the current event I cannot back out and take on dailies or anything else because the event totally takes over the "Battle" mode. Backing out of it just takes you to the maps over view then pressing it again simply tails you to the main menu.
During other events you could still back out of the event map and take on dailies and so on. This event prohibits you from doing so from what I am experiencing.
I can see the options for the other modes for a split second before it forces me into the current active map node. So the buttons are still there the game is just preventing me from accessing them. Even when attempting to back out of said event map node.
My Game wont Start when i try to, it just instantly closes itself again and my phone Tells me that "Azur Lane stopped". Allready tried restarting multiple times. Is there anything i can do besides uninstall/reinstall?
I rarely get notifications when i am not actively playing the game.
I only get notifications if A: I am currently playing the game
or B: when i open the game i get all delayed notifications at once
But of course notifications should not appear while playing but should appear while not playing to know when something is ready.

I run AL perfectly fine on iPhone SE, afaik it was released as a singular standard. I'd try shutting down all the apps you have open, shut phone off, turn it on after 30 seconds
I literally just re-downloaded the game just now and finally got to that login screen ^^^ and the second I hit start, it freezes and crashes. I run on an iphone 6
It's more than likely a RAM limitation for the 6 specifically. But even if not, it's a known issue for certain people. But unfortunately we haven't been able to find a true workaround as of yet
until the devs are able to look into it

Well the unable to bind to Yostar is usually some type of email error. If possible, try using a different email and it should ideally work.
Gotcha. Yeah, it's some issue where your game has incorrect files. You can see how your event marker is Bisco even though her event is long since ended. But unfortunately the only fix is a full reinstall if you have your account bound
