Could be due to regional issues, the ISP is having issues/blocking it, or just a weaker than normal signal. You could try some of the fixes listed in the pinned message in this channel to see if it might help the issue

As long as you bind it to Facebook, Twitter, or Yostar (or even better, multiple ones) in the settings menu in game, you're set and won't lose your progress

I have created two AL accounts one with twitter and one with facebook and i want to delete the facebook one cuz its just an fresh account and i have played long already with the twitter one

@obtuse gate you can't unbind the last bind on an account, so make a dummy bind fo unbind

Basically, bind the FB account to a bind you're not using (like a new twitter account) then you can unbind the FB one.

There is that procedure, but that's only for unbound accounts. They're showing that you do have a bind in place on your account (the Twitter). So to access it, just follow these two steps and you have to make sure you pay CLOSE attention to step 5
I do believe the account bounded to Twitter is an entirely new acount.
That could only be if you provided that new account's information in your initial email. If you provided them the information for your original account, then the Twitter bind is set on your original account

Could be a connection issue when just initially communicating w/ the server. You could try some simple ideas such as restarting your device and network if possible and also a free VPN if it becomes very troublesome (and turn the VPN off after you successfully login). Those could possibly help
Anyone having the issue of "Not Enough Slots" for daily missions showing up when you havent even done the dailies yet?
Dailies have a bug where they'll show that popup instead of the usual one for a full dock. So the issue is that you have a full dock
So... I hit that button for claiming all the mission rewards but got that "loading" pop up due to having connection loss with my wifi. I decided to restart my game with my data plan instead and noticed one of my mission rewards were gone. Does that mean one of the missions somehow got claimed before the unstable connection?
I'd imagine so if the mission doesn't reappear w/ a restart or two (and possibly waiting about 10 minutes after closing the game)
I mean I feel like I got it... but yeah just thought I would ask as not all the missions showed initially when I relogged back to claim the rewards. Thought it would be good to mention here.
But yeah I think I got the mission. I just find it weird that I may have acquired it when the connection loss happened.

If your dock isn't showing a full amount, can you try closing the app, waiting 10 minutes, and then reopen the game to see if that corrects the amount

I'd say try what I said in the above message, the whole closing and waiting. Just to rule out a desync. If that doesn't help, can you try getting a random ship for fodder and retire/enhance it away and then re-attempt the daily?

I am from SEA. For past week i cant log in azur lane without using vpn. Whenever i log in without vpn i always got infinite loading screen. My connection is fine. I use it for watching youtube and browsing. Only azur lane require me to use vpn
it could be that it is blocked from your ISP/phone provider

hey guys, need some help here. I tried login with twitter as well as yostar, but each time i was directed to tutorial. So i thought i lost my game data and tried to contact support to recover my account. However, customer support replied me and told me that my account is currently bound to a different twitter account??? Does that mean someone got my twitter username and password then changed my twitter binding? But how did they manage to change my yostar binding as well??? I checked my yostar email and I never got any notification or verification code related to this.
what can i do in this situation, any chance for me to get my account back?

Does the game bug with certain rewards? Lately I've been getting lots of oil but no idea where it's coming from. But I'm thinking missions but no clear idea.
Unfortunately that's really vague. We don't have any reports of such a thing though. Most likely it's coming from your daily/weekly missions, good RNG w/ commissions, or your canteen
Yeah... just wondering if this was another known thing. It kinda happened when I disconnected to claim my mission rewards and after I relogged to claim them. I see a huge oil increase so idk what happened there.

Solved: After checking wiki some weekly rewards give oil but do not display it initially in the mission list. Probably because there is not enough room to show more than three rewards per mission. I probably just missed and not noticed after collecting.

collab ships are iffy as they generally do not have the copyright and contract tools to do a rerun, but reruns for them are still possible!

Are you perhaps having the game installed on an SD card?
Gotcha. That's the reason you're getting that error. The game normally doesn't run properly from a cad. It might for some random amount of time, but chances are it usually breaks at some point and you get the 5 error you're getting. Unfortunately we don't know any fix for it besides to get the install fully onto internal

I literally have no clue, why my account got frozen. Woke up from nap, still in game. Then after I update the game, I can't login and it's frozen.

I was playing on my pc then went outside. So I tried to log in with my phone. Initially it said logged in to the server but it wouldn't push through after some presses. Then I restarted which initiated the update. After logging in it said my account is frozen

by restarting I do mean completely closing the game by killing the process

Wifi wise, ATT, phone provider google fi. the vpn I use is through google fi so it should technically be trusted since it is from google itself

@misty crow incidentally, I haven't downloaded the update yet and that went through fine with no issues. My mobile was already logged into the game earlier and it works without a hitch. So at least in my case the issue can 100% be narrowed down to whatever the connection it tries to estabilish to the server responsible for loading the initial menu screen (eu here)

I have a problem with binding my Facebook account in settings
I had uninstalled the game for some reason and now I reinstalled it and then logged in using the Facebook login on the start screen but when I went to settings it was not binded with the account and when I try to bind it it shows this message
Well you don't retrieve accounts from the settings menu. That's only for binding so it's good that it stopped you or you could've possibly overwritten your account. But you said you tried loggin in on the title screen? Did it say "Login successful" for FB when you did?
And I don't have any other account leaving this one on that server with same Facebook account

Well be sure to login fully w/ FB (and make sure it's the correct FB account if you happen to have multiple ones) on the title screen. And THEN choose the server that you played on before

Well FB has always been a thing since the game came out as long as you bound it in the settings menu in game. But if you didn't have it bound, do you happen to have your UID?

You don't need to play through the tutorial. You just need to select the server you previously played on. So if you played on Sandy, log into Sandy instead of Washington

a vpn is a virtual private network, it hides your location! there are apps for phones that are free like vpncat (iphone) or hotspot shield
it could be likely the game is blocked, can you try resetting your wifi’s router just to make sure its not the wifi?

Can you perhaps try changing your connection type if possible? Such as going from Wi-Fi to Data and vise versa
Okay. If that didn't work, there are two other possibilities I'd suggest. The first would be to try a free VPN from your respective app store and see if that clears up the issue. The other would be to try downloading the game from a trusted third party source such as QooApp or APKPure and see if that install works. You could also try just doing some more installs from the Play Store, but that's a longshot and just a guess.

Igot 2 problems, but my biggest problem is, I just spend 80 euro getting the biggest Gem pack. and I was it was busy making the transaction. and I got back to the game menu but my thump accidentally pressed the back button. and it cancelled my gems purchase, but it still removed 80 euro from my bank.

Hm...well it definitely seems like some form of connection issue then if I had to assume. Can you try the options of trying a different network or resetting yours if possible? Besides that, I'd suggest trying a free VPN for the issue to see if it lets you load properly
