Hello. So, whenever i login and the UI is loading, the game just restarts. The game was running fine earlier today. I also tried restarting the phone, but the problem persists. My phone has 2gb RAM btw

I'm able to login, I even get the login successful message. But after that, when the main screen with the secretary, chat and the rest starts loading, the game goes back to the screen with the devs names at the very beginning
Hm...not too sure. Perhaps try restarting your device a couple of times as some players have oddly been saying that could fix a couple of issues. Another couple of things you could try if that doesn't work: if you have your account bound to FB, Twitter, or Yostar try a full reinstall. If you don't have it bound, do a file deletion that'll preserve your account data. Steps to file deletion are in the pinned Google Doc

Tried restarting the phone a couple more times, but it didn't seem to have worked. Then I just kept trying to get into the game while the loop was keeping me out. And it finally worked after 10ish tries. I changed my secretary back to the one I had before (it was the only "change" I've done to my account today) and the problem apparently was fixed. My phone is charging atm, so I'll do some tests later
I had changed from Roon to Acasta. The first is totally static while the other has some expressions, maybe that could be the cause of the issue. Or maybe Roon got angry... :O Anyway, I'll come back with an update after my phone is done charging

Okay, that's good to hear. Since it was caused by that specific ship, you could try a file repair from the settings menu to see if that helps in case you ever wanna put her back there

Loading issues should've been fixed w/ the servers coming back up. Have you tried restarting your device, trying a different network if possible, or resetting your network?

A connection error (100404) won't wipe your account. It's just a connection error. If you didn't uninstall, your account should still be there. Try restarting your device, network if possible), and make sure you're on the right server. If that doesn't work, try a free VPN to see if that'll clear up the connection issue

Well it really depends b/c on their end, the servers are fine and the issue seems to be only affecting a small handful of users. What region are ya'll located in as well? And if you haven't tried, be sure to reset your device and network(if possible)

So it's automatically switching to Sandy when I used the email I did to bind but the save isn't being downloaded.
This all started because the game kept telling me it was failing to retrieve the latest game version and no matter what I did it wouldn't get past that error. So I attempted a game reinstall and well...this is what's now happening. I am seriously worried I am fucked.

Hm...that's a new one for the XR. Have you tried restarting your phone yet? The game sometimes likes to act up and restarting your device once, twice, or thrice will fix it every now and again.

Okay, so from me personally my recommendation would be to try offloading the app, perhaps even restarting your device once or twice more (but as the first one didn't work, this is more of a shot in the dark), and if none of those work, perhaps a reinstall might be needed unfortunately

So I had to have my phone warrantied because of an issue. But I had make sure to save the account information to connect back to my account. but I'm not seeing a spot to put it into when opening the game

Just wondering if my azur lane got deleted and I had my Facebook account linked to it would all my stuff still be linked to the account like my characters etc because in the past I've done this and all my stuff would be gone
assuming you properly bound, it should be connected to that FB account
make sure you login on the title screen, before server select, and select the right server (check all if it boots you to tutorial, just in case).

Hey so... Iβm guessing this is the place to ask. Due to the recent loading issue I had read online that one fix was to uninstall the app then reinstall. Stupidly I tried that without checking first but I did bind a yostar account so will that bring my progress back or is that it and itβs gone because I had made quite a bit of progress and had a lot of different ships. Unfortunately my progress seems to be gone as I have reinstalled the app and it is making me play the tutorial again I really enjoy this game so I hope I can get my progress back with the yostar. Okay. If you had it bound to Facebook, you just need to log into your account on the title screen AND then choose the server you previously played on. You character stays on the server so you need to fully log into that server.

User ID. It can be found in your profile in game, and it's a long string of numbers. If you don't have it though, that's okay. Well if you did follow those, I'd say make sure it's the correct FB account (if you happen to use multiple ones), perhaps also try on another device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator) and see if it logs in correctly on there. And if none of those work, contact support and they can look into your account for you

Does the "tap to see which ships can use" function work on equipment in azur lane or im i just silly :p im on an android
It does work. The hitbox is just REALLY finicky and can take some time to actually activate

If you go into your Apple account, go to purchase history, and then click on "Total billed" at the specific purchase, you'll be able to pull up the full receipt

Don't pay attention to the character icon as that's kept locally on your device. It won't show up until you fully log into the server

It's very possible the EN client will be blocked in terms of connection in HK. You said you live there

So Research Academy doesn't reset for me at Midnight like the game claims it's supposed to. It only ever resets once I complete a project. Is this a known issue? Or?
If you had a project running, then yes you need to complete it. If you didn't have one running, be sure you're checking at 12:00AM PDT as the game is based on PDT. Besides that there, it might be a form of server desync in which case it might take a few extra minutes or so to resync and refresh them

You just need to log in from the title screen w/ FB (and make sure it's the correct FB account if you have multiple ones) and then choose the server you played on previously. Hello, I called technical support about account recovery 6 days ago, indicated the necessary information besides the UID code, because I simply donβt remember it, is it possible to recover an account without it or not? Technical support did not send an answer about the restoration of the account except for the letter describing the actions to link the account and specifying the data of the past.
It's not needed for recovery (assuming you can provide all other account information). As for their response, if they didn't understand that you were attempting to recover and told you the steps to binding, just reply to them and let them know clearly that you're looking to recover your account.
Well, in the first letter there was a sea of information, so if you specifically indicated which one, otherwise I think there is not much that is needed, but I can even tell everything from the research of 6 unique ships to the composition of my SR ships, if I need to have a backup file, I donβt know why but you never know.

He said that he accidentally reported someone in the chat ( the one in the main menu, where you can see chats, and you can select to see the playerβs profile, add, blacklist, or report ).
Nah, 99% of the time, they won't ban for one false report. At most, I could see them perhaps taking action if it becomes a habit of false reporting.
