hello, i wrote the al.cs support and AKI concerning a non authorized account access. With AKIs help i changed the bound yostar account. Because the hacker had set a secondary password i wrote an e mail to tech support. - Now the hacker shouldnt be able to access my account but it is frozen

Hard to tell. It could be the ISPs from that region or server side. But a workaround in the meantime would be to use a free VPN

I’m unsure if this is a bug as it only happens on Azur Lane for me and not on any other game I play with iPhone Game Center, but occasionally I’ll get logged out and given the message “this account is logged in on another device” or something to that extent.
When we see that message, it's usually just caused by a shaky/lost connection to the game servers(whether that be from client or server side). So 9/10 times, that's the reason why.
I figured as much — a connection kick with an unsure cause on the games side. But I wanted to check here in case

Got it. If you do have another network provider you're able to try (such as a Wi-Fi connection/data/etc) please try that. Another option would be to use a free VPN (such as TurboVPN) and set it to somewhere like USA. We've let staff know of the issues and are just waiting for their response if they can find anything out.

I'd say try downloading the app again then to see if that might hopefully fix it. But beyond that, another option you could try is logging into your account on another device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator) and binding it to Yostar on there. Then login w/ your original device w/ Yostar as it tends to not have issues like FB and Twitter

Okay. That issue is almost always caused by some form of a bad file. The only fix that's consistent is to do a reinstall since you have your account bound

Darn. Okay so for that error the only real consistent fix is to log into your bind on another device (like a spare phone or PC emulator) and bind it to Yostar while on that device. Then login w/ Yostar on your original device as Yostar won't crash the game like FB and Twitter. The other option (that doesn't work all too well) is to turn on and then off developer mode on your device

Well you don't need to set your Google country to USA to download (as that's probably the reason why your Paypal isn't working). You can just download the game's .apk file from somewhere like QooApp and APKPure. And then reset your location to South America as that MIGHT solve the Paypal issue

Well it'd be best for if the screenshot is when you're currently experiencing the login issues. That way the devs can look at the logs while the error is happening

i tried the developer mode it show me to the fb screen and then restart again and when i tired it again it happen the same thing
its show me the fb screen for only a moment
@limber trench Subs are now submerged until they're in "Attack" mode. Switch from "Support" to "Attack" and they'll appear from the water

I've never heard of it having the crashing issue on two devices for the same user might just be luck for ya. To fix the PC one, you could try the same thing w/ dev mode. Or perhaps try reinstalling or installing a new emu. At least from me personally

Trying to unbind an account I accidentally binded as I got a new phone. I keep getting the "100213" error code. How do I fix this?
It's your only bind on that account correct? That should be the reason you're getting that error. You could try putting a dummy bind on it (either w/ FB,Twitter, or Yostar) and then unbinding the option you don't want. Or you could contact support to see about getting it manually unbound
Yeah, I only have an FB bind on the new account on my new phone. I think I'll try the dummy account bind first from my old account and see what happens from there. If nothing works I'll contact support. Thank you!

Certain versions of FB have been known to crash the game in the past when trying to log in

i searched my nox i didnt have the fb
so whoever helped me before it doesnt seem like i can get my account back. they keep asking me for information that seems to not pertain to my problem and i didnt think this process would be difficult. should i basically give up cuz this is just tilting at this point

Well just be sure to let them know that you don't have the UID of the account that you're trying to recover if you haven't as of yet

Well w/ in game name and server, I'd imagine that should allow them to find the account and the receipts would be just for verification but I'm not completely sure of their process personally.

Gotcha. Unfortunately the issue is more than likely your device's RAM limitations then. The 6th gen only has 1GB of RAM and AL requires around 2 or more to run properly w/o crashing issues. But just to be completely sure and narrow it down if you'd like, you can restart your device and do a fresh install if you haven't already.
