What seems to happen now is that loading screens get cut off from the top to fit the sides and during flagship battles, the boss seems to have a tendency to stay off screen that was previously not a problem on my old phone.

Tax can be tricky depending on location. But if you press this tax information button it should calculate if there'll be any

Well this is what I get for the $20 pack so that's more than likely what's happening. If it says you shouldn't have tax, unfortunately that's on Google

Alright no worries. So if you're not sure what you bound to, one thing you can do is check your social media accounts for FB and Twitter and see if AL is under app permissions. If it is, you more than likely bound it that way
And if you think you bound to Yostar, you would've received an email from them so you could check your inbox if you have that.

Nah, support can look into your account if you provided the information for it and help you regarding it. Although they do have a backlog so if you haven't received a response yet, give them around 8 business days or so(weekends not included). If it goes beyond that, send a follow up inquiry to support as a reply to your original email

this happened after the update. what can i do to fix this without reinstalling the game? my account is not bound to anything because i did not expect the game to break on the next day i installed it but still i don't want to lose my data. i e-mailed the support but got nothing so far. i used play store and i have my uid if that helps
@carmine hedge There is a process you can try that won't delete your saved data. It's not a guarantee though. You can delete some files that'll force a redownload of assets(which is what's causing your issue) and hopefully load your game properly after. The steps of have to are listed in the pinned Google Doc towards the bottom

I mean, unfortunately we can't tell for sure. If he didn't have them locked, it's possible that it was completely accidental when fast clicking ships to retire. But no way for us to know. If he'd like, he can try contacting support and see if there's anyway they can look into it but no promises

Moonlit Overture Memory is still bugged. It's been reported but we are in our 2nd or 3rd major update since the UI overall update which is what broke it.

Somehow the support got it all wrong and gave me a monthly pack thinking that it was not delivered correctly. I already sent a reply to the support explaning that it was wrong. Frequent crashes of the game (white screen and app restart) on current event map after each battle. Device used - Lenovo tab E7.
Hey I have a issue where after I complete a battle it crashed and I have to reboot the app if fine doing all the other stuff like building new ship looking at your fleet etc it only happened in combat so help would be nice
@limber dock For your device, it only has 1GB of RAM and devices that have lower than 2GB or so can experience crashing issues. There's no known workaround besides using a different device such as a spare phone or PC emulator unfortunately

It seems I have a problem with the share butto - it does not work... and it kinda locks the game untill I restart it. For example, if I go to the Dock, click on Archive and then on share this is what I see:
the navigation button are gone and I can't exit this
I didn't had this problem before, though I recently changed my phone to Redmi Note 7 (though I did allow everything so and so on just to make push up notifications appear when game is off).
Xiamoi phones do tend to have some device specific issues w/ AL. Can you perhaps try these two steps though to see if it might help. 1.) Restart your phone completely 2.) If you'd like, try a file repair from the settings menu in game but be warned this will redownload asset files so it will be a lot of downloading

Yes. If you linked it to both Twitter and Yostar from the settings menu in game, you should be good to uninstall
Just wondering why my iPhone 5s is crashing regularly with the latest patch. It began crashing occasionally since around Ink-stained Steel (April), but now it's crashing almost every time I finish a battle, mostly when I enter the dorm and sometimes when I sortie. I realise my phone might have the 1 GB RAM constraint, but why did the issue become so pronounced with this patch?
Restarting the phone didn't yield any results. I will try that file repair... but will it give me any notification when it's completed? Am I stuck to the Settings screen for the duration?
Yes, it'll give you a notification to restart the game and then it'll start the download process. You may have to click on the repair button again as it can be finicky at times and it might take a minute or two.

@simple bolt Yeah unfortunately the initial title screen is for retrieving bound accounts only. Binding is done in the settings menu and retrieving is done from the title screen. So you didn't have any other bind options in place did you?

Well, there is one other option that some players said helped them when they get an infinite blackscreen. They downloaded the .apk from a trusted third party provider such as QooApp or APKPure and it loaded correctly for them after that for some odd reason

Gotcha. Usually that's an error when you only have 1 binding option left but it's uncertain what really causes it. One option you could try if you'd like (as one person did say it helped them) is to do a reinstall and then try to unbind it. But the other option is to directly contact support via email and they'll be able to check into manually getting it unbound for you

all you do is login to a google play account within the emulator and download Azur Lane through the google store, its just like a phone!

if you dont have any account on the servers, then it sounds like you bound at the title screen
you should be able to make an account and try to unbind it in settings (for the fb one)

Hello! I was checking this issue on the search bar, and I see a lot of people having the same problem with the black screen. My issue is, after the 3 logos the game goes black with blue stripes in the corners. Which is weird, because I was able to play the game before on the same device a year ago. but I feel like my problem solving on the first one caused the system to fuck up.
Because, I tried to play with multiple accounts at the same time via using multiple emulators,
and while doing this I ran into some severe and somewhat similar problems
which then caused me to try to use different twitter accounts
I am no sure tho whether this is actually related to this case.

I now was able to bind my emulator again by binding my mobile phone with another twitter account. It just took 20-30 minutes to show up that my mobile phone is now bound to it.

I would first think of perhaps trying to contact Google Play support to see if they can offer any insight as to why it's being declined. If they say they don't know and tell you to contact the AL devs, send them an email and say that you're trying to purchase gems but your payment is being declined. Hello! I'm new here, so please pardon me if I'm going about getting support in the wrong ways here.
I've been playing Azur Laneβvery fun game I should addβfor a couple days now. I got a mail about the upcoming server maintenence and read that I should bind my account. I thought that was reasonable, so I went about attempting to bind my account.
Sadly, I did a very bad job at this. I created a new Twitter account to bind my account to, then I loaded the game up and put the Twitter in on the homescreen. (I believe that may have been my mistake; putting the Twitter information in there instead of in the settings of my account once the game had loaded.) Once I had loaded the game, I was shocked and saddened to see that I was in the tutorial. Thinking it may have been a glitch, I reloaded the game. This didn't work, but I noticed that my server had somehow been set to Sandy instead of Avrora, the server I always play on. I set it back to Avrora, but I got the same result as before: the tutorial. My friend recommended I force close Azur Lane, disconnect my Twitter from my Azur Lane, load Azur Lane back, and then see if it fixed my issue. Sadly, this didn't work either.
After all of that, I had no other ideas for what to do. That's why I'm here trying to ask for help with this issue. As I mentioned before, I've been having a ton of fun playing Azur Lane the past couple days. So much fun I decided to spend $9.99 USD to support the developers (the cute skin I got for Dunkerque was a bonus too nwn). With that said, I hope you can see why I'm so invested into hopefully getting my account back.

definitely overroad your account (because you tried to bind in the login screen)
contact customer support with your accountβs information (all that you can provide) and make sure to let them know you accidentally bound an empty account and your actual account is unbound

you can, but you always need to have 1 bind at a time
hi,can anyone help me...need to verify something.its about a problem when im purchasing gem, hope i can explain it well...if the purchases i made didnt receive google play receipt, BUT it did DEDUCT my money despite with error that they cancelled the purchases.will yostar even fix this?i know we need to patiently wait till they fix it,but are they even ganna fix it in the 1st place, didnt even receive an simple email say they will working on it.its been 8 working days since i last email them about the problem.

Same for me, I opened the mail before I applied the update, deleted viewed (which deleted it), but still have no Wave Breaker even after patching

if you didn't reset your device your account should still be there once you reinstall

Well, I reinstall the game and I got back to tutorial mission, then bound this new account to my twitter. So basically my lvl 30 accounst is overwrited
