ToasterStrudel and toasterstrudel are considered different bc they have different capital letters
if your name is like Kawa
and you tell them to look for kawa
they cant find it because the username has a capital K

if you’re logged into your app store then it will send a receipt to the email associated with it

oh so if you just login, that doesn't count as binding and you can only login with your current phone, is that right?
if you go straight to logging in it will create a new account and bind it to your fb

if you want to bind and login, you have to bind your current account in settings > account > connect
then to login, go to the new device/install and login using the FACEBOOK button at the title screen

if you reinstall with a vpn does it work? possibly even restart your phone/clear cache before hand
and make sure all remnants of al are gone when uninstalling

Got it. Hm...I'd say try a different network connection or possibly also a VPN to try those out as see if it fixes the issue. If not, if you have your account bound, try a reinstall over wifi on one of the devices to see if that fixes it

@fading yoke try a different network connection or restarting your game/device. And if that doesn't work, perhaps try a free VPN to see if that helps
@knotty oar theyll fix it for you if you were charged but didn't get your items. And purchase issues have always been a thing in the game unfortunately but support will help

Hi, How can l recover my account? I lost it while l change my phone.
I have the same problem as what was mentioned above, i had been playing on and off for a while before the big UI update and at the same time as the update i had gotten a new phone. I was wondering how i could recover my account and be able to play on it with my new phone. I also sent an email to the EN Account but they never responded so this is kind of my last resort.
Something's wrong with the Commission screen.
In Commissions, normally, you'll see a list of the commissions available, and cliicking will show the minimu requirement to perform that commission including ship level, number of ships needed, and ship types.
But this time, clicking on and commissions won't show the requirements, but I could fix it by entering the ship select screen and then go back to the commission screen.

it sounds like it is possible your secretary's files corrupted which is whats causing you to not see her and crash, can you try reinstalling (if your account is bound)?

C3 Clear mode isnt working, wont start the sortie, is a fix in the works already?
So for the past month I’ve been struggling with a rather extremely annoying problem that I’ve done everything I can to try and fix. For example, cleaning as much of my phones memory, cache and reinstalling. But my game still crashes after just about every battle I have and if not then during loading screens or loading into battles and menus. I still use an iPhone 5S as financial problems are a thing so I can’t afford a new phone.. At this point I don’t know what to do.

I just needed to change the server, I didn’t immediately notice that it was worth something else, I was used to being thrown into the Aurora. @loud panther not too sure. I can only say to make sure AL has permissions on your phone to send notifications and that you dont have any type of power saver enabled on your phone. Beyond that, I can't think of anything else to recommend. A good while back, people said that a reinstall did solve their issue so you could try that if you'd like, but be sure to bind your account first if you do
Then as for the network problem, connecting VPN to USA still does not fix the problem

It's always start with tutorial misson. After I completed tutorial in setting I tried to sign off my FB connection and it showed me an error. Reinstal didn't work.

Alright, if you believe that you've bound by going into account settings in the original account, there shouldn't be an issue, but without your UID to check there's no way to definitively check. At this point you would need to contact support on this matter, but that may take a bit of a while.

Someone adviced me to recconect facebook bind but I couldn't do that. I pressed the button in game's setting "Disconnect Facebook" my IPhone opened window with sign in FB and didn't disconnect. Reinstaled didn't work.

If your account says that facebook is bound, that means it's the account you bound your facebook to. Therefore, there's the possibility that your original account wasn't properly bound, and the facebook is instead bound to the fresh new account.

I don't know. I reinstaled game after a lot off crashes in event. I connected with FB then game crashed. I start the game again and chose wrong server because it changed without my permision.

as long as you've properly bound, I wouldn't think there would be any issues. that being said, some devices do have specific issues with fb/twitter logins that aren't present on other devices, so I'd bind on all three for maximum security.

You tried to bind on the title screen it sounds like. Binding is always done in settings menu in game and the title screen is only for retrieving bound accounts.

start a battle or move again, then the same thing happens

so i move once here, then its unresponsive after the enemy turn
and im stuck doing the whole restart rinse repeat
k well the enemy is missing so i'm pretty sure the issue is corrupted files.
try clearing your cache and of that doesn't work reinstall. (make sure your account is bound before reinstalling.)

After you log in w/ those options, you need to choose the server you previously played on. So if you played on Sandy, you need to choose Sandy instead of Washington as an example

If you want the items, contact support via email and theyll get your items sent to you. If you want the money back, attempt a refund from your respective app store first as per support's request

It is my first time to buy gems so I am really confused
Payment unsuccessful and then a window will suddenly appear and will say that payment is in progress
The thing is: in my case the money was deducted

No worries. Apple can be a bit annoying with receipts. If they haven't emailed you one yet, just send the ss you posted here

I Had the same issue with the 300 pack
Binded my account to twitter, accidentally changed servers. Closed app cuz tutorial and it kept crashing. So redownloaded the app, binded my account with twitter again and choose the server i was playing again and lost my stuff....

I originally had it binded to facebook, but for private reasons i deleted my facebook account. So i binded it to twitter, when i did it changed server and put me through tutorial. Closed the app and it kept crashing, then i used the app to bind it again. Picked my main server wich is Washington, and it threw me back into tutorial

I didnt, but it seems weird cuz i binded it with facebook through the login screen when bismarck event was going live. It worked then

I just realized, completely forgot, i have azur lane on my laptop through bluestacks. Same account, so if i can login there and bind it with a yostar account i might be good hopefully
Yepp, you should be. Just be sure to bind in the settings menu in game

On the initial login screen. You'll input the same email address and generate a new code there

On a related note, I made the switch to an iPhone recently and I haven't been able to buy gems.
you should probably contact apple support because we cant really trouble shoot what may be happening with your card
