Not too sure as no one else has reported such an issue. Perhaps try restarting your game and device, also you could try a file repair from the settings menu in game

Oh, so you're wanting to use a different FB account than the one that's being brought up when you use FB on the title screen? If so, you need to log out of FB completely on your device. Such as your web browser and the FB app if you have it
Okay, let me try to clarify here. So you're in the settings menu in game, and you want to change the FB account that's currently bound to your AL account? But when you try to log out of it, you get that error code?

Gotcha. That happens b/c it's the only bind option on the account. To get it unbound, you'll need to contact support so they can see about manually getting it unbound for you

Well you could try it, sure. But that error comes from when you try disconnecting your last binding option. The game won't allow you to take it off yourself

It goes based off your phone screen timeout settings. So if you go into your phone settings you should see a display option for timeout (or something similar) and you can increase it there. But do keep in mind that this'll affect your phone as a whole.

Ok, so here is the issue. I know I completed the Moonlit Overture event a few months ago and got Astoria for it. But when I go to memories in the archives, I find that the SP3 cutscenes are missing.

Hey guys, hope this is the right channel for these things. So I had to reinstall my emulator (BlueStacks) and wanted to log into AL using Twitter. But as soon as I clicked on the Twitter button the screen turned white and froze. Tried un- and reinstalling both the game and the emulator multiple times. Didn't work. Clicked on the facebook login just to try it out. Screen turned black and it froze. Yostar login seemed to work, but as I don't have a Yostar and it's bound to my twitter, well... Hope somebody here might have a solution
It's rare for that issue to happen on emulators, but it's a known issue for some devices w/ third party logins. There are only two known workarounds though. First, try turning on and then off developer mode. Second, log into your account on a separate device (like a spare phone) and bind it to Yostar on that device and then log in on your original device w/ Yostar
Okay, thanks. Since developer mode didn't work I'll try the login via Yostar tomorrow. Still a really weird issue imo, since it worked perfectly fine before and it's the same version of the emulator aswell :/
Yeah, it's a known issue but unfortunately it's not an easy fix as it's pretty device specific and random

Was that correct? It said login successful but still started the tutorial. Also checked if I was on the right server, so I am a bit confused

I tired multiple ways:
- I generated the code on my phone, entered it into the emulator after I clicked the Yostar login -> "Login successful" but I got thrown into the game's tutorial.
- I generated another code on my phone, entered it into my phone where it asked -> something along the lines of "Binding to Yostar unsuccessful,account is already bound to another Airi:0010" or something, the message was too long to remember

and unfortunately yostar accounts cannot be changed or removed (the email) 
you'll have to gather another email and follow these steps

Is there anyway of fixing this auto rotate thing? Ive tried recalibrating so many times and any other app my phone rotates correctly but azur lane i either have to play upside down or manually turn of rotation every time i play

it locks the orientation of your screen
It does auto rotate it just does it opposite of what it should so it makes me play upside down. If i lock the orientation then yes i could flip my phone and play right side up

Some devices have crashing issues due to low mem ram, try alt devices/emulators if possible.

if tw/fb: do steps 1 and 2 but press Disconnect instead
if you get an error whilst disconnecting the account, this is because its protecting the new account from being lost

Okay. Follow these two steps then if you had it bound. Log in and THEN choose the server you previously played on
That helped. My lost account was in the Washington server, and it's around commander level 72 or 73.
The real reason why I asked for my lost account with the name KRPH with commander level 72 and at Washington Server. I also couldn't remember my UID, but it's bound to another Twitter account of mine.

I'm missing one of the cutscenes from "Escape From the Port" despite having logged in for each day. I think it happened because just as it went to play I lost internet

events are removed and added during patch updates

I’m not able to have any name id like to use when starting out. I’ve been given the “Illegal Character” notification six times for different names. No special characters or accents besides capital letters. I’ve also tried short and long names.
It's probably a combination of letters you have. For example, "torpedo" isn't usually allowed bc it has "pedo" in it. Things such as that

The names I’ve used don’t have anything like that. I don’t even think it’s possible (English wise) for my Custom Name to have something like that. But I guess it may be possible after all.
Well there are some other restrictions if you use a different language. I think that like Hiragana and Katakana are blocked (or something similar)
Oh then it must be thinking the words I’m using belong to some language. Despite the fact that they’re custom made lmao. Damn. Well that sucks.

@pearl juniper did you try using an emulator such as Nox or BlueStacks to see if you could log in there? Also, did you bind your account in game and not on the title screen?

@south notch you could try turning on and then off developer mode on your phone. Or log into your account on a separate device(such as a spare phone) and bind it to Yostar on there. Then login with Yostar on your original device as Yostar wont crash the game like FB and Twitter

You really just have to keep trying similar ones (if you're using EN language) or use a different language if you are. It's been suggested and known to take a look at the name/chat filter but there isn't too much else right now unfortunately

@plain storm its a connection error bug, you’re not actually hacked, and if they wanted your azur lane specifically, it’d be silly 
your connection was bad enough that it dislodged from the normal traffic of the game and it created 2 different instances (on the same device) so it logs you out in confusion

Um i dont know if this is the right place to chat but, after the last update my phone does no longer give me notification that commission is complete or even class or out of food stuff (I check notification setting both on my phone and game and yes it says it is active). The notification comes up ONLY if I start the app tho

@grave rampart there isn't. You'd need to be logged in. So if you happen to have a spare phone or able to download a PC emulator, you can log in on that device and then bind to Yostar on there. Then login with Yostar on your original device

@carmine hedge I can't say for sure personally. Just make sure your phone isn't withholding any permissions and isn't in power saver of any kind. Beyond that, I can only think to perhaps try a fresh install but only as a last resort. And if you do try that, be sure to bind first

Gotcha. So there are some Xiaomi device issues. One user reported that turning off Xiaomi quickball (assuming that's an app auto built in) fixes their crashing issue
Not too sure unfortunately, it could be worth a shot to try. Weve only been able to narrow it down to something with Xiaomi devices.

Hello I have some problem. In Event Glorious Battle it say complete SP3 with 3 stars to receive Acasta. I alredy complete that stage with 3 stars but don't get Acasta.
i have a crashing issue as well but on an Iphone 5s. since the latest event went live my game crashes intermittently. I've been able to recreate this in a couple of specific spots. being in the dorm for a bit causes the game to crash. occasionally starting a stage causes the game to crash before the loading screen comes up, and engaging with a boss ship all seem to cause the game to completely crash. logging back in i can eventually get the game to play past where the game crashed but its annoying having to constantly log back in I also just recently applied an ios update around the same time as the event update and dont know if its just the recent update being incompatible with azur lane or some other issue.
@zinc cosmos if possible, open log mode and record the crashing as that might help determine the issue

@shrewd knoll Your crashing issue is due to the fact that your device has 1GB of RAM and it's a known issue that devices with low RAM count are having crashing issues

It's happened somewhere along the way. Crashing has technically always been a thing, but it was a lot less common. But one or another update caused it to be pushed too far

I have a wierd problem. There are no night commissions aviable even tho i didn't do them... This problem appeared on my sandy account and on my Avrova account. Restarted my game 3 times now and still no commissions... Do you have any tipps?

User ID, not your in game name. If you don’t happen to have it, that’s fine. You can check your social media app permissions on their websites to see if you see AL there. If you do, then 99% chance that you bound it

its likely your cell provider has blocked the game (so on data)
if you're able to login with wifi, then thats most likely the case

hello, I have a friend with a big problem, he left his account for a few months with no link to yostar account or social media, when he wanted to get it back I checked the data for him to ask for support and recovery, what was supposed to be an inactive lv ~25 account is now level 73 for some reason, I think the account has been hacked but I don't know if it's possible to prove it. how could I approach to this, it's all lost? he's done? or it's possible to see if an account was somehow hacked? ty
if he didn't bind it to FB, twitter, or YAS then i don't think it's possible for someone to have hacked it. i'm guessing he either forgot what lvl he was or someone else has been playing while he wasn't looking.

I have a problem with nox emulator where i launch the game, and it logs me in, then when i click again, it goes to the first loading screen and the emulator crashes

The emulator itself crashes? Not too sure then. I personally can only say to make sure that its fully up to date firstly

Also with how grindy the event is (due to the lack of a streamlined option to complete SP3 or a lack of a hard mode), any idea if the event will be extended? Since getting to 60 stage completions is a grind fest.

Yepp. Be sure to let them know that information and that you've sent a DM on Discord as well as letting the user know that you sent an email
What should I do if the game is stuck on loading game?
Where the loading bar is fully loaded but staying stuck there? If so, try a reinstall IF you have your account bound

Unfortunately that's really the only fully known workaround. You could also try file deletion instead of a full reinstall but its not a guarantee. Steps to file deletion are in the Google Doc pinned in this channel

Hello, I am new to Azur Lane but I have a problem, the game opens just fine for me and it loads into the starting screen but whenever I'm trying to start the game by tapping on the screen just like the game tells me to, the game starts to load and load and load and then it shows me network error, no code behind the error just a box that says "Info" above and in the box is like I mentioned "network error" that also happens when I try to either link it by getting a random generated code or by connecting it to facebook. I already deleted the game and reinstalled it but that didn't work and I also turned my phone off and on but that didn't work, what else can I do? Or is there even anything I can do?
Hm...can you perhaps try a different network connection or possibly try a VPN to see if those help the issue?

You logged in on the title screen correct? And if so, you need to choose the server that you previously played on after you login. So you need to choose Sandy instead of Washington

No, I don't have my old UID but I do remember my old Username and server however I already tried this process to like make a new account and complete the Tutorial then send them a email and put the information inside it, I really did try that and they can't find my old Username account!
did you try to make sure you’re logging into the right server?
if your account was bound it could be you might be logging into the wrong one
or maybe even the wrong social media account (some people have done that)

No, I didn't take a screenshot of my Username nor do I have any in-game friends to check for me.
You can make an account on the same server and search via the username you believe you used
To try and find it for verification

Well it has to be (I believe) 14 characters or shorter

The username itself has to be 14 or shorter. There's always been that limit since the game came out
My old Username had 15 charactres before the update at May 20th!
