Usually when you're stuck on that screen w/ "Loading game...", you need to reinstall if you have your account bound as something went wrong up the files.

I know you guys have a lot to deal with, so I apologize in advance that I'm going to increase the headaches you guys probably get from doing this all day.
First things first, what even is my problem?
Well the short version is that I'm unable to lock back into my account since the update from the 20th May.
"That's quite a while", you think? Yeah I think so too.
Now here's the long version:
Like I said, after the update from the 20th May I was unable to log back into my account.
I tried to log into my account with Twitter and with Facebook (since I knew I bound it to one of them but just couldn't remember which one), I checked if the server was the right one every time but it didn't work. So I went to the internet for help and found out that I'm not the only one with such problems and that yostar had some trouble keeping up with everything (--> tge twitter post that stated that there were troubles and an increased waiting etc.). Knowing all that I went ahead and created a new account and wrote an Email to the customer support, with all the important information all according to the article I found in the "Help" section of the game. Now I'm gonna be honest, I grew a little impatient and joined this server in hopes I could get an update. The nice gentleman of the tech support (I unfortunately don't remember his name) then told me that I had to be a bit more patient and reminded me of the twitter post again. He also told me to write another email if nothing should happen.
And so I did on the 27th, I once again put in every piece of information required and I used the same "string" of Mails (dunno how to correctly phrase that I'm sorry) like they advised in their tweet as well. I also added in this Mail that I bound it to FB/Twitter before and tried logging into it via those.
And huzza, finally on the 30th May I received an answer from AL customer support that said "The account you reffered to seems to be bound to a Facebook account, have you tried logging into it with this? Also please check if the server is correct"...
"Great", I thought, "its not like wrote this exact thing in the mail before or anything." But regardless, I tried logging back into the game with Facebook again, checking if the server was the right one again, just in case, could be that I'm just a fre*king retard. As it turned out, I was not (at least in that case) and so I replied to the email on the 31st May saying that still doesn't work and included (again) all the information necessary to find and force bind my account.
Fast forward, its now the 6th June, my account is still gone, no reply from the CS. I'm starting to get pretty mad that I'm missing out on the event I was most hyped for (especially because I'm German, but that's besides the point), so I wrote yet another mail, including every bit of info again, explaining again what things I already tried. Since then absolutely nothing has happened, no reply, no account back.
My mood has changed from a little bit upset, to pretty upset and disappointed and I thought before I'm going to write the 5th mail, I'll ask you guys from the tech support again for some advice.
I honestly wouldn't have cared about this and just started anew if I wouldn't have wasted almost 300€ on the game.
Oh and before anyone says that the account is truely "lost", I'm able to find it in the friend search and my irl buddy who plays AL as well also still has me on his friends list, so the account still exists. All I'm asking for is that someone just finally force binds the accounts without asking me redundant questions because they don't read what I wrote in the recovery request -.-

they never came back, and that usually means it worked
as I gave them information on how to login after binding so they’d be set for the future
but if your account isn’t appearing, I cant guarantee it’ll appear for someone else either
some people say they log into an emulator/phone vice versa and their account is there

Uhm, I reinstalled my game on my mobilephone but apparantly, I can't login to my real account. Yes, I binded my account to twitter and facebook before but for whatever reason, when I logged back in (and got put on the wrong unintentionally created) account and unbinded my twitter, I got the "100811" error. It seems that, without a reason my account has been deleted from the server, but since I mainly play on PC, I've got another device (said PC) with (hopefully) my real account logged in. Now I just wanted to ask whether I should Login in on my Pc just as usual and bind it to twitter, facebook and (this time) to a yostar-account, or whether my Pc would then login to the wrong account and thereby deleting my real account.
Well if you never logged out of your PC account, ideally it should still be logged in. But you said you logged in w/ Twitter on the phone. Did you log in w/ Twitter on the title screen? If so, did you choose the server you previously played on?

So, On my Pc, I should just login as usually and then, when logged in, bind it to a yostar account?
(By usuall I mean not using the "connect-to-twitter/facebook" button but just procede by clicking somewhere on the title screen)

Hm...well I'd say try restarting the game AND your phone to try those out. If that doesn't work, perhaps try a different network connection(e.g Wi-Fi/Mobile Data) just to be sure as well

There should've been two codes you've gone through. The first one being when you originally bound it (as shown in steps 1-3. Your account page in settings should've looked like the image when you logged into your account) and then the second when you tried to retrieve your account w/ Yostar
1-3 step was like last year and the retrieving email is what I get when I try to log in but the account isnt showing up in avrora
Well Yostar has to be bound in the settings as well so it couldnt have been last year. But try all the servers just in case and then contact support if it doesn't show up and theyll look into your account for you

It makes me put my login for my twitter again and it gives me a error code when I leave the twitter screen.
Do you need the error code?
Twitter is your only bind it seems. You get that error when attempting to unbind your last binding option. So if you do want to get it unbound, you could try attaching a FB bind option temporarily (be aware that Yostar binding can't be unbound though if you do it) or contact support to see about them manually getting it unbound for you

@hot spade Yeah, the crashing is a known issue that unfortunately seems to be device specific so it's hard to fix for the devs. But as you noted, Yostar won't cause it to crash. So one option you have is it log into your account on another device such as a spare phone or PC emulator and bind it Yostar on there and then use Yostar to log in.

So if you used Facebook on the title screen? If so, it should auto bind I think. But you can check "settings"->"account" and see if it's bound

You need to choose the correct server. You need to choose the server that you played on previously. Example: if you played on Sandy, you need to choose Sandy instead of Washington

Hi. On 23rd of last month i bought a gempack. On the following day i bought the trade license. Both weren’t put in my account. On the 5th of this month i got the gems after i put up a second inquiry but the trade license wasn’t activated. The same day i answered to the email from support but i haven’t heard anything since then. Now it has been four weeks since i bought the trade license and i still haven’t got what i paid for. To be honest I’m really upset that something little like that takes so much time. Now i wanted to ask what the next step ist hat i have to take to finally get the trade license.

i can play just fine it's just when i logout on en server from options that the app just restarts and have to relogin. outside of that all i can say is to check background process because if u run too many it tends to restarts randomly if u switch app

well i don't get very far in the game so i don't think iwould be able to activate a log mode
its basicly like this: the moment i start the game on bluestacks (emulator) i get this flickering screen, when i reinstalll it the same happened after i gave permission to something asked by the game. so after the next reinstallation i'll try not to give permission and see what happenes then.

Unfortunately there isn't much anyone here can do. Can only say to reply to CS and say Google won't approve it and kindly ask for just a purchase refund if at all possible if you truly don't want the gems and would rather have the refund.

If you didn't have it written down or saved anywhere, there's no way to get it unfortunately. But name, server, and Commander LVL should suffice for support to locate your account

So I tried using the lecture hall, and I included Montpelier, who was Level 80. But when I tried to use it, it returned a message that someone was too high level. Upon replacing Montpelier, the lecture hall worked again. The help available in the game says that ships can use the lecture hall as long as they're under Level 100.

So my problem is this. I’m on iOS and every time I end a battle, my app crashes. Sometimes it loads the results and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it makes it back to the map screen before it crashes, and sometimes it doesn’t. This only started happening last night so I don’t know what’s going on. Last night the game wouldn’t even load on wifi so I had to switch to mobile data to even get past the “retrieving latest version data” screen. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but to no avail. Please help.
What kind of device are you using specifically? Like iPhone 6,8,X,etc

No worries. So if it's a Gen 1, the issue might be due to low RAM count (although it's odd that it's just now occuring). Any device that has around 1GB of RAM or so(including the Gen 1 Air) is known to have crashing issues. Since you've already tried reinstalling, I can't think of what much else to try to narrow it down. A simple thing if you haven't already is trying to restart your device

Yepp. Log into your bind option on the initial title screen and THEN choose the server your previously played on

It's usually a problem w/ ships being duplicated across multiple fleets. Try clearing all your formations and seeing if that clears it up
