On May 15th I purchased the Research Supply pack, and never received the contents. I emailed customer support on the 28th and have not heard anything back. Is there any other avenue I can use? I can't help but start to think I will never get it.

The second one is to log into your account on a separate device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator) and bind it to Yostar on that device. Then login w/ Yostar on your original device as it won't crash the game like FB and Twitter

Ah, gotcha. Alright you can easily switch between them by either a.) when you start up the game, choose the 3rd party login options from the left side of the title screen or b.) When you are logged in, go to settings and click "Logout" and then choose the 3rd party login option

If you have them both bound, it should be fine, yepp. But if you wanna just have more security, you can have it bound to multiple options or all 3 at once

Ah, I misread your original message about getting it refunded. But yeah, it could some issues and/or confusion if you ask support to get you the items and then refunded it from your app store. Worst case, they could freeze your account. But I can't say completely for sure as I'm not sure of their process for that.

Hm...that's usually from just canceling a purchase but it might be a connection notice. Perhaps try switching connections or possibly using a VPN of it doesn't fix itself

- It's been 12 days, still no item, I get fed up. I send my own email.
- I tell them I am refunding it. it gets backlogged
- I refund. Since i never got my item.
- They get to Strudels Email, and see my refund, and my account gets frozen

Expect Yostar binding does work. It just lacks the feature of being able to change the email for security reasons (at least presumably)
Which means that if at any point you make a mistake, too bad, get fucked
yostar binding is the most secure form of binding as “dumb” as it may be to you, its helped many people even if they accidentally use the wrong email, they use another and hope for an email change some day
In any case, I'll DM @spring grotto tomorrow to update my case to request refund, and i'll just refund it from google

Is Twitter your only binding option on the account?

Gotcha. That's the reason you're getting that error then. When trying to unbind your last bind option, you'll get that error. So to manually get it unbound, you'll need to contact support for that unfortunately

It's not bragging, so much as highlighting customer support's incompetence.
Support does care and they're working from the time they enter the office to the time they leave to help solve everyone's issues. They just receive a mountain of support inquires (especially since the UI and Bismarck update) for their small team. When they do get to your issue, they'll do their upmost best to solve it for you.

I have a problem with the Scherzo Lucky Box I got. its that I got the 2000 Gems, But I didnt get the Random Ship Skin.
This didnt happen before the UI update because I got lucky boxes before. but now it got messed up.

Sounds like you got a skin dupe. If you get a duplicate skin you've already purchased, you get refunded the gems for it

Nah, you can get a dupe from boxes. It states as such (somewhere but I can't remember exactly where)
And if you get the dupe skin, it returns the cost of the skin in gems to you

Think about this; you are in the bank, you arrived at 7am, theres a couple people in front of you and after a few hours lot of people behind you in the line, and suddenly, another person from the bank joins and starts taking people from the bottom of the list, i dont feel good about that cause ive been here before them and i have to wait while they are getting it before me

If you click the Lucky Box when purchasing, it tells you about dupes being refunded for gems. It tells you again if you click the pink-white dress icon that represents random skin.

my game seems to be softlocked, it crashed when I was doing the hardmode map and lost with no fleets left to continue, and now when I press 'battle' it takes me to the map screen but map isn't loading as well as any notifications to return me to world map, menu is not working either so I can only quit the game, load back into itand see the same issue

@tender tundra So one workaround you could do for that issue is go to one of the devices that's logged into your account and bind it Yostar and then use Yostar to login on your Xiaomi phone. As Yostar won't crash the game like FB and Twitter

@limpid frost So do you remember binding to Twitter in the game settings before? If so, login w/ Twitter on the title screen w/ the left hand side options and then choose the server that your account was previously played on (e.g if you played on Sandy, choose Sandy instead of Washington)
