Well i was trying to purchase gems but it wouldnt let me. 200220. My account was binded so i uninstalled and reinstalled and logged in but all my stuff is gone. I logged in but it seems like it made a new account.

It's a known bug for some accounts but unfortunately we don't have any real solid workaround. You can contact support though as they might be able to go ahead and fix it from the backend

So what's your issue exactly? Are you trying to unbind FB? Or to login w/ it?

If you're trying to unbind FB and it's the only bind option you have going on, you'll get that error. You have to have at least one bind option on your account. And for the PC, make sure you're logging in w/ FB at the title screen

If they require it to prove account ownership, they'll ask for it. But the steps listed in the bot message are to start the recovery process

If you made the account on a different server than your old one, that's possible. Usernames are only taken up on the server that the account is created on.

So you logged in on the title screen? If so, be sure to choose the correct server. It needs to be the one you previously played on. (e.g if you played on Sandy before, you need to choose Sandy instead of Washington)

And when you have an account on a server it shows an icon next to it, when I first opened the game after reinstalling it and logged in there was no icon next to them
That's just b/c that icon is saved locally. Once you log into an account on a server, the icon will appear. But be sure to check all servers as well just to be sure

Dear yostar, your facebook and twitter link hotbuttons ARE NOT WORKING. I deleted the game to lower it's data consumption, have both linked to facebook and twitter. @old yoke So for your issue, the devs are aware of the crashing issues but unfortunately it seems to be a device specific problem so it is hard to fix for them. There are two possible workarounds though that you could try. The first one is to try turning on and then off developer mode on your device. The second one is to log into your account on another device (such as a spare phone or emulator) and bind it to Yostar on that device and then use Yostar to login on your original device as Yostar won't crash the game like FB and Twitter

@celest ibex The being forced to build a ship is a known bug for some accounts that's been reported to the devs. Unfortunately we don't have any solid workaround but you could send an email to support as they might be able to fix it on the backend for your account. As for Li'l Sandy, have you collected 1000 points and turned them in on the event page?

If you were charged twice, support ask that you first attempt a refund through your respective app store and see if they'll approve it. If not, you can contact them at that point to work with them about the issue

Hm...there are a couple of possible workarounds that could help you in the second pinned message in this channel
Not sure if it would count as a login issue but I can't seem to make it to the "press to start screen" just an infinite loading manju. I then tried it on bluestacks and it also did the same thing but an error popped up briefly saying: "Initialization failed: X0230" X is hidden by the manjus though so I can't quite tell what number it is supposed to be.
Day 8 (6 of "business" days) still no reply from EN about the failed transaction.. This time they announced new batch of skins to be released.. But no apologies or extention of the scherzo skins.. Imagine giving a support to a game you loved only to be fucked by them... I'm sure they'll say "Be patient as they're doing the best they could" again apparently it seems its not... my patience is running out...

@tall spoke Support is working as fast as they can to solve all the purchase issues they receive. They just have a giant backlog of inquires for their small team. I understand your (and many others) frustration and I'm sorry but I can only offer words in response. But if it is any consolation, we will be bringing it up to the EN team when they get back from the weekend regarding possibilities of extending the skins due to the purchase issues.

So just to offer what fixed my issue for myself with the initialization issue (100230): I was able to connect with cellular data, then it kept logging into the wrong account even though I was using my twitter to login. I then tried to switch from cellular to wi-fi while I got past the press to start screen, which also didn't work out for me. I then seemed to use twitter to login again while connected to cellular and it finally connected to my actual account on the correct server. I was then able to switch back to wi-fi and it seems to work fine now. I am not sure if any of that actually helps anybody but there's my anecdote. Good luck and thank you for the help!

Did contact Spectrum/Charter and inform them I was having an issue since it seems to be an ISP problem. mobile and VPN seem to work. Others having the problem should also call and report it so it is more likely to get resolved.

ok then go into the options menu and choose "log out" you'll be brought to the title screen and you should be able to login then.

ya afaik no one here knows the specifics. (don't @ me) but the only solution is to switch your connection to wifi or a vpn (or switch to mobile data if you're already using wifi)

Hm...if you tried the title screen first, then you need to make sure you're on the right server. So I'd say try logging into the server you were previously on and also ALL the servers to see if your account is there or if it starts the tutorial

What's the error code exactly?
Gotcha. That error appears when you try to unbind your last bind option from the game. So to manually get it unbound, you'll need to contact customer support to get it done unfortunately
