I live in Australia so I have third world internet but it's still some of the fastest in this country
so its obviously something wrong with their servers, if it was like one or two guys or a couple u could have said its a connection issue on the players side, but not with this many problems

Well purchases have always had some issues since the game came out. So if you happen to get a failed purchase, it's just bad happenstance. Ideally it should work though w/ another purchase (but again, it can technically happen again)
And don't attempt to buy the Lucky Bag again if you have already. That'd just create more issues since you've already bought it once

Gacha games whole business model is survive off the 1% whales that spend and make 99% of the profit for these companies. Them not giving preferential treatment and letting them leave is stupid business sense.
Sucks for people who lost their accounts but maybe bind them correctly and understand how to bind/recover properly? People who spent money and recieve issues should be bumped up in the queue, or they should start making seperate teams, one for transactions and the other for game issues since it seems to be an ongoing problem.

Hm..usually it'd show up in your purchase history immediately so if it's not there yet then ideally it should be fine. But give it an hour or two or so and if you haven't received anything else about it by then, then most likely it didn't process

Well that as well. But the file repair option from the settings menu. It's kind of like a reinstall, but just redownloads all the extra files and doesn't delete the app.

I went to bind it but didn't know you shouldn't bind your account through the homescreen anymore (wasn't part of the discord server before this happened, so I didn't see the notification not to do this)
Unfortunately the only things I remember (aside from some of the ships I had) about my account was the username and server I was on

Hm...only "Version.txt". You could try deleting it and seeing if that works. If it doesn't though, then the only known workaround is to reinstall. Which if you do that, you'd need to go through recovery steps since it wasn't bound

okay, any have a good idea to this problem. Lately my game have begun crashing after every battle. It is most on the event maps(last 2 events we had), but also the regular world. And it is when returning to the "board" over map where I can move around, I have tried repair, and re install to no help, got at least 2 Gigs of space left on the tablet (ipad air 1. gen) when the game is installed and fully updated. Is there any way to see error logs to give more info about the problem or any tips to fix it ?

You get 3 wisdom cubes per day. plus if you hit the login bonus that gives you wisdom cubes then use those. you can also get wisdom cubes when they show up in the commissions
Plus weekly mission give you 2 wisdom cubes when you finish them
you can get a SR from first roll, og spend 500 rools and get nothing, just like dice, you dont allways get the specielt items within the event timeframe

You could attempt a refund then but since that'll be some time, not sure how well the app store would agree to it. But even if the bag goes away from the shop, doesn't necessarily mean you can't receive it iirc from previous events

Hm...if it wasn't bound in the settings menu then it shouldn't be bound as all binding options need to be done through there (there's an image showing a step by step process pinned in this channel). You can try FB to see if it does happen to be bound. If not though, then follow these steps for recovery.
