My friend just got a new phone, it's a LG Stylo 4 and she can't sign into her Azur lane profile.
I need help with figuring out how to help her.
She says every time she presses the Facebook button the game crashes.
So for that crashing issue there are two workarounds that are possible. The first being to try turning on and then off developer mode on her phone. The second being to log into her account on another device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator) and while on that device bind the account to Yostar and then log in w/ Yostar on her actual phone as Yostar won't crash the game like FB and Twitter

you can if you want. it sounds like a missing/corrupted file but i'm not sure.

that means your dock is full cause your game failed to register 1 ship due to connection but its technically in your docks now... restart the game then scrap/upgrade or just straight scrap/upgrade via the long way

did you choose the server you were on when you logged in? the game defaults to the newest server when installed. (if you didn't, simply restart the game and choose the server you were on.)
I have I look in the game help it told me to send Azur lane my in game name uid server name and my level on my old account and go make new account bid it to Facebook send them the new account uid but it doesn’t till how I can send it to Azur lane so I can get it back

because the crashing is a device related issue that the devs can't help fix. on top of that there's no known guaranteed solution to fix it. toggling dev mode on and off may fix it but sometimes it doesn't work.

also i forgot to mention but sometimes the crashing just stops randomly and you're able to play. so keep trying on your phone but use another device or emulator to play for now.

ya that's an issue with the game. it happens on noxplayer too sometimes. i don't know if it's been reported though. 
even if it was an issue with the emulator no one here could help with that. you'd have to google that specific issue.
well ya cause that's the only time you get to move the ships.
i though about some workaround, moving on screen buttons, remapping keys etc
it wouldn't happen anywhere else since the rest of the game doesn't work like that. combat is press and hold. the rest of the game is press and drag.

auto doesn't have that issue since it fires the gun instantly. and with pinpoint accuracy
a workaround for the issue is to turn auto on to fire the backline gun then turn auto off.

Well, it was never really NOT safe to. Failed purchases have always been a thing since the game first came out. It just comes up a lot more when patches like this come up since a lot more people are buying at the time

Yeah, unfortunately it's a bad happenstance if you get a failed transaction (we wanna say it's due to a desync/shaky connection from client side or server side but we can't say for sure). To give an example: throughout all my purchases, I haven't had a single purchase issue and then some people will get one but then never get another.

Hello, I play AL on iOS, and just installed BlueStacks. I linked my Twitter Account a while back on iOS, but when I sign in on BlueStacks and sign in with Twitter, it doesn't show my character on any servers, only Avrora. my iOS stuff is fine and re-signing in with Twitter is also fine on iOS. Only BS is giving me some BS. Anyone have any tips on what's going on here?
if you're talking about the character icon that's supposed to appear next to the servers then that's normal. (i think it has to do with local data which is why it's missing when you reinstall the game.) have you checked any of the servers to see if your stuff is there?
Ah, it's normal? Quite honestly I didn't log into Washington. I was too scared of accidentally wiping my character data. I took a screenshot of my UID and name and server, so fingers crossed.

which is also why when you check each server you suddenly have all these character icons.

Yes, the issue is still there for users. It's been reported so the devs will get to it. They are just busy w/ other issues since the UI/Bismarck update so they haven't been able to address it yet. And the Koln sprite is known as well

Only the combat XP require CAs/CLs. To unlock the research you just need Vanguard, any vanguard.
And I only have 5 CA/CL
The same applies to Neptune, you just need HMS Vanguard. Same applies to Ibuki, only IJN Vanguard. Same applies to St. Louis, only USN Vanguard.
Maybe it'll count tomorrow? Since we have the exact same vanguard ships it should work for you

Hi! So I am unable to log into my account via Facebook. Every time I do, it crashes the game. I have a Stylo 4
@pearl cliff there are two options for your issue. The first is to try turning on and then off developer mode on your device. The other is to log into your account on another device(such as a spare phone or PC emulator) and bind it to Yostar. As Yostar wont crash the game like FB and Twitter

Okay. So you could go with the option of binding it to Yostar on your old device and then use that to log into your new phone

You just go to the settings menu in game once you're logged into your account and click on "Bind to Yostar". You'll then generate a code that'll be sent to your email and you input that code and you'll be bound. For a more detailed explanation though, the 3rd pin in this channel will be able to provide that
