Two of the most common theories are 1.) connection issues from client side that cause an instability and the payment is processed correctly, thus the payment issue 2.) When an update such as this one (with a bunch of skins and Lucky Bags that everyone wants) gets pushed out, everyone rushes to buy and causes some server network error due to traffic. But those are just my theories really. Can't say for certain

Yeah, unfortunately customer support won't restore ships that are retired. Reason being that they have 2 confirmation messages along w/ a lock feature (not that you would necessarily use it for Bulins, but point still stands)

Hello tech support, I purchased the scherzo lucky box and after the purchase there was this error message. I received the receipt for the purchase through my email and my bank account showed that I made a purchase from google play; however I did not get the lucky box. Well the usual response time right now due to a serious backlog is anywhere between 1-8 business days (weekends not included) so they might still need some more time to resolve your issue. If it goes over 8 business days though, send them another one in response to your first email

hello everyone new guy here, quick question: i went and bound my emulator account before my older account (i bound it to an old email as a work around for now) i there a way for me to unbind my account so i can bind it to the correct mail address? seeing as the fresh account right out of the tutorial is now bound to my main mail address and my older account to my old( and unused so far) mail address.

unfortunately you cant remove the bind, youΒ΄ll have to bind with a differnt email on your phone (in settings)

I did , i reinstalled the game and tapped on the FB icon , after saying login successful i chose the server i used and yet I have to play the intro missions and choose my first ship and account name again
I have also tried useing my old account name but it says it is used so my account does still exist

Yes, there is a recovery process if you didn't have it bound. But just to be sure, try restarting your device, logging back in with Facebook on the Title Screen, and checking all the servers. If that still doesn't work, let us know

User ID. It can be find in your in game profile where you select your secretary. It's a long string of numbers. If you don't happen to have it for your old account, that's fine as it's not required but just requested. Username and Server will suffice

9 times out of 10, nah. A shaky connection to the game servers can cause that error to pop-up after you completely lose connection to the game server

I've been getting that same problem I purchased some gems a week ago and the scherzo pack today and I never got them. I emailed them last week and yesterday with the information but no help whatsoever.
I tried 2 methods of gem purchase, one is successful but no gems arrived on me

Hello! I just started playing this game yesterday and I've been enjoying it thus far but I'm having a connection issue. If I'm in my living room, close to my router, then I never get any problems at all. However, if I go upstairs in my room or just move away a bit, I get constant connection errors
They're usually either [NetworkDown] or [ConnectionRefused]
I have no other internet problems upstairs. I can play games, stream videos, pretty much anything.
I'm on an android phone if that's important

@latent oyster There was a hot fix yesterday that made it impossible to reconnect without restarting the game if your net goes out for whatever reason. Not sure if that'll be fixed.

Yea it sucks. I cut out a lot and I use to be able to reconnect mid combat, but now I have to close and reopen the app.

Hm...that is odd if it's still failing but only on one gem pack....I'm not too sure. I can only suggest what I have already along w/ a free VPN. Although, if none of those work I can only think of contacting customer support to see if they can give more insight to the error but they do have a backlog so it might take some time to get to your inquiry

Yeah, that error is usually some form of connection error (although it's weird it's only for that specific one) which would make sense that you're both experiencing it if you're on the same network connection

Got it. Okay, the last time that kind of loading issue happened to someone (only on their account at the notice board), it was some kind of internal problem that needed to be manually taken care of. So I'd say email your picture w/ log mode activated and email it to support. And let them know that it's only on the server that your account is on and is stuck on that infinite loading

@thick osprey You're getting that error b/c it's the only bind option on that account. You can't unbind the last one or you'll get that error. To manually get it unbound, you'll need to contact support to see about getting it fixed and unbound
