Two of the most common theories are 1.) connection issues from client side that cause an instability and the payment is processed correctly, thus the payment issue 2.) When an update such as this one (with a bunch of skins and Lucky Bags that everyone wants) gets pushed out, everyone rushes to buy and causes some server network error due to traffic. But those are just my theories really. Can't say for certain

Hm...that is odd if it's still failing but only on one gem pack....I'm not too sure. I can only suggest what I have already along w/ a free VPN. Got it. Okay, the last time that kind of loading issue happened to someone (only on their account at the notice board), it was some kind of internal problem that needed to be manually taken care of. So I'd say email your picture w/ log mode activated and email it to support. And let them know that it's only on the server that your account is on and is stuck on that infinite loading
