Yes, and you can also try the gem gif posted in pins, basically act as though you're going to purchase the same gem pack again, but cancel before the actual financial transaction. If it works or doesn't, please let us know

Hello all. I'm still having problems with game. Uninstalled and redownloaded. Now it just sits at title screen. Can click my FB and briefly a reload symbol appears. But doesn't do anything. Hitting screen makes little symbols appear and the "Press to Start" is slowly flashing

That was for players that bought the bag when it was still bugged out completely. When you bought it and opened it, it gave some weird blank, white graphic w/ Chinese text and softlocked your game and you didn't get the skin from it
They had to fix all cases of that on the backend

Not sure if this is the right channel however i have an issue where i can only get the game to work when I'm connected to Wi-Fi.
The game seems to "login" but when i try to get to the main screen it just has an infinite load screen.
I have tried re-installing but that did nothing.

Well there are two options you can do that issue. The first is trying to turn on and then off developer mode on your phone as that MIGHT stop the crashing. The other option is to bind your account to Yostar on your emulator and then login with Yostar on your phone. As Yostar won't crash the game like FB and Twitter
