that's got 1gb of ram, which won't be enough to run AL smoothly, at least until the crash issue get's ironed out. see if you have an alt device/emulator you can play on, and as long as you bind on the ipad, you should be able to transfer account data.

@burnt lichen Presumably it's a connection issue. Try a differnet connection type, such as Wi-Fi/Mobile Data. You could also try restarting your game and/or device. If none of those work, please try a VPN application to see if that solves the issue

The recent backlog means that it can be up to 8 business days for a response, so if you don't hear back send an email on top of your previous one as a heads up, don't make a new email chain.

You just need to go to Map "A" and press on hard mode. You can't enter it from "B"
