So, I uninstalled the game awhile ago and have recently reinstalled. I bound both my Twitter and Facebook accts but whenever I tap on the FB or Twitter icon things on the login screen it crashes...
try turnning on developer mode and turning it off, and then try to login again

Hello, ever since the day rolled over I haven’t been able to log in successfully. It seems to be having problems giving me me the daily reward and it just loads forever. It does this on both my phone and emu. Also I tried logging into an alternate account on an alternate device to tell my friends I was having issues but was hit with the exact same issue. I also tried reinstalling the game, same issue. I would greatly appreciate some support, this is a disappointing bug and nobody else seems to be experiencing it
Also i e-mailed cs about 7hrs ago, not sure how long I should be awaiting a response so I came here.

@night fulcrum You can do it but you can't be logged in at the same time on two devices. Just login normally like you'd do on one device.

And you're also sure you bound with FB in the settings menu in your original account? If so, try all the servers just to be sure about them and then possibly also try restating your game/device and logging in w/ FB again

@north kernel No, the gems should be should be instant. So let's try this first real quick. Attempt to purchase the same gem pack again but CANCEL before confirming. Don't actually be them again. @wild dome Okay, so for that issue we have to options that you can't try. The first option is try turning on and then off developer mode on your device. The other option is to log into your account on another device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator) and bind it to Yostar on the other device and then login with Yostar on your original device

Why does my phone auto-lock when I play AL now? It didn't before the UI update. I can't find any setting to disable auto-lock while playing AL.

i assume he means sleep mode. and ya mine does it too.
Any time I play the game and leave it idling, it'll lock the screen after 2 minutes. Before the big UI update the game was configured so that the screen would always be on when the app was open
it’s been reported as a bug but it’s being looked into because we don’t know if it’s intended or not
if it's intended then good on the devs for it. saves my phones battery for when i pass out playing late into the night. if not then i hope they don't change it for the same reason.

@muted light If it's just messing up on Data, you could try using a VPN while on Data to see if that solves the issue
B/c there are some server issues for some people and VPNs can possibly solve those issues

Is the not showing commander level change to ladder permanent or just a bug ? Because there's already a cheater in EX rankings (Otrio lvl64 Washington server, scored close to 10k)

Ok, so I had to uninstall AL and then reinstall it to make it stop crashing non-stop. I made the binding option with the email one, buuuut it took more than 30 minutes to install the game.

Just started today and want to log on to the game on my tablet. I have played on my phone and bind it to twitter. But when I try to press the twitter button on the tablet the game just crashes. I dont have facebook so cant use that but it crashes when I press that too. Yostar button works but I dont have a Yostar account and cant find out how to make one. Anyone have any insight here?
So for Yostar you just need to go into the settings menu in game (not the title screen) and click on the Yostar option to get it bound that way. And then log into Yostar on your tablet from the title screen. It won't crash the game like FB/Twitter as well
But I dont have a Yostar account. Will it just make one when I enter the email on the "bind yostar account"?

My entire guild is unable to login to Avrora server. A few of us reported this bug yesterday separately, but over the day ~12 of us connected through Discord and it seems to be a guild-specific issue, and obviously we’re all unhappy. We have contacted cs. This seems to be a weird isolated bug and we’re all worried. (Unable to get past daily reward screen as it just loads infinitely.) We have tried vpns, emus, alt devices, etc. The only way we can get into the server is on an account that isn’t in the guild. Just thought I’d report everything I know at this point.

My game on my iPhone is will never let me log in to the server when I am on data, and I tried restarting my phone multiple times it still doesn’t work
I also tried log in from WiFi and switch to data, but my game disconnects whenever I switch.
I have another account on my iPad that I have discarded
And when I was trying to get my iPhone account onto my iPad, I somehow disconnected my iPhone account from Facebook and binded Facebook account to the iPad one which I don’t want to use
So now I can’t uninstall Azur lane on my iPhone coz it’s not linked to my Facebook
What should I do now
ok 1. use wifi.
2. go back into your account on your iphone and rebind it to fb (preferably twitter and YAS as well)
3. on your ipad, login at the title screen. (you can't login in the settings menu. that only binds your account)
k then disconnect it from your ipad account and rebind it to your iphone account.

work flow has changed is the reasoning, and it often brought angry emails as they tended to accidentally reply to dms before emails and emails that arrived before dms were left unanswered

So I was able to login to the Sandy server, and after I finished the tutorial I logged out and logged back into Sandy and the game loaded perfectly fine, and then when I tried to log back into Washington I got stuck with the infinite load screen again. Other than emailing customer support is there a way to possibly fix this issue?
you'll know it's an isp issue if you can connect with wifi. otherwise it'd be a general connection issue.
(beside i don't see any harm in calling your isp anyways to see if they have an answer)

yes, with wifi. it's actually preferred to download updates with wifi instead of mobile data cause mobile data can corrupt the files and you'll need to redownload the entire game if that happens.

The menu puts me into Sandy server and even after I put Washington in the server selection, the game refreshes and I’m back at the server selection screen with Sandy as the selected server

Since the update on the 20th May I can't log into my account anymore, I was fairly certain that I bound it to my twitter account and I double checked if I had selected the correct server (Sandy) and even after relogging into it, it didn't work. I followed the steps from the ingame "help" section, completed the tutorial, bound my twitter to the new account and wrote an email to the Yostar support with the information of my old account and my new one (on the 22nd May). Since 5 days have passed without hearing anything, I thought I'd ask someone here if they could provide me with some additional information about this

@sinful yoke Ok, so basiclly, the crashing has stopped (for now). But sometimes when I do a sortie, it gets like a 2-5 second lag spike. Must be because of low ram?
most likely, it could also be other parts of the phone that are causing it to run a bit slower
Well it lags once per battle and its at the very start, but it isnt too much of a problem tbh. I can handle 5 seconds of lag.
so i play AL on an iphone 6. ever since the pr ship update in early may my ganes been crashing a lot more than it used to. even after the ui update and since its gotten worse and now crashes 5-6 times every hr
is my phone not good enough anymore?

for the receipts is the one on google fine?
