it's a connection issue. sometimes you'll desynch from the server at just the right time and the purchase bugs out. there's nothing you can really do to avoid it.
also it takes usually 1-3 business days to get a response.

For people I've talked to that have used the repair feature, the game will restart automatically and re-download any assets(not sure if it picks out broken ones or not). So perhaps if yours didn't restart, it didn't find broken files if that's how it operates. But you could always try restarting. B/c the repair should be instant

It's not for me, it's for a friend who isn't on this server but plays AL.
He says that everytime he starts the game up it get stuck on the loading screen. He redownloaded the game several times to no effect. Is there something he can do to fix that ?

There are a lot of people who have issues, so they have a large backlog, stay tuned, but if you have to send an email asking for an update/reiterate, send it on top of the same email.
The 2nd bit is likely due to them having to check if they've resolved your issue or not, unless you send them again via the same email chain.

Act as though you're buying the same pack you bought again, but before the transaction cancel it.
If you get the 200230 error code but still didn't receive the gems, contact CS with your in game name (and UID), server, screenshot of your receipt, and what you're buying/how much it was.

I just bought gems as well. even got a google play notification that the payment went through yet I didn't receive any gems (I also noticed some kind of error in game for a brief second). the ''try again'' method in the reply above me didnt help either, neither did restarting the app

They've had a recent backlog of stuff, as per #game-news so nothing to do but wait. If you feel that you've been overlooked you can send another email on top of the already sent, but don't send a new one. Though, they should be getting to everyone eventually, they're just swamped atm it seems.

You can do that, but sometimes Google Play gets finicky with that (at least from responses here) so they need confirmation from CS anyway, which means you'd have to wait again in that case. there's no winning here, only waiting

Try some of those and see if it works, particularly the VPN, since sometimes IP's act finicky with AL specifically

I'm having problems getting into EN servers. I updated the game and then the only server i could go in was Sandy. Any other server i try to enter it brings me back to the Press to Start page

It used to run fine without crashes till recently with the PR ships introduction I have been getting constant crash and such.

So in the big UI update I lost my account, I followed the steps listed at the time, and emailed support, but I still haven't heard back from them since then. I'm still being patient, but I figured I'd throw message here in case someone has a solution that can make things a little quicker....
I was finally able to see it. But my God that was a chore to do. The hitbox for it needs to be fixing I think. Shouldn't take me 30 minutes to get it to show

And after that i reinstalled my azurlane app i wait until additional update to fully download and when i click on the facebook icon i get this:

Happens to me everytime I open the game too. I've found that disconnecting from wifi fixed it and I'm even able to reconnect, sometimes even right after.

try using a vpn or alternate connection like switching to wifi or data
if that doesnt work, I guess go through the checklist in pinned messages, even though its for infinite loading before logging in

Got a bit of a wall of text with the description of my problem here. Very sorry.
I'm asking on behalf of a friend here, and i'm really sorry if it's already a known bug and it's being worked on, I went through the known bugs page but I didn't quite spot it... but ever since the new UI update, they've been having problems playing. Everything in the game works fine, but as soon as the announcement page pops up, it just hangs there for an eternity. It keeps loading to the point until the game times out and he needs to boot it up fresh, or his login expires. Until he gets a network error, and has to login. He can't click the notified box because of it hanging like that either.

You're fine no worries. There are some ongoing server issues for some people so that's likely what your friend is going through. If you don't mind, can you have them try the steps in the first pinned message in this channel? Those are some possible workarounds
The connection issues checklist? I'll ask them about it and see if there's any luck going through that.

hopefully theres luck, because it works for some, though not everyone claims if it does or not and they just go through with it thankfully

Is there any known way to fix potentially bugged quests? The Science Rules!: Resupply Snacks quest seems to be bugged for me. When I click "Go" it goes to Daily Missions instead of the Dorm and hasn't recognized the 5 times I've resupplied today.

Yepp there is. If your account is bound, then just choose your bind option from the Title screen and log in w/ it and then choose the server that your character is on. There's a pinned image that shows what to do. You'll start from Step 4 on the image

you can try going through our checklist in pinned messages, but you will still need to contact them to let them know it wont let you in on your regular connection

They're having the crashing issues. And unfortunately if a reinstall didn't work, it seems like it is the RAM issue then. And we don't have any workaround but the devs are aware
