hmm. I've been having trouble ever since the update on may 21st. Any time the game tries to call upon something else it crashes. I.E. Twitter and facebook for account binding/rebinding. And the google play store when trying to buy currency.

@sinful yoke I am having trouble downloading the app. After the UI update, I uninstalled the game but when I go to reinstall it, it makes it to around 70% and then stops. I have 4.2 GB of memory left so I don't think that's the problem

Yeah, I turned off my interenet on my phone and started to use Data and that worked for some reason
Some CGs don't seem to be appearing properly. I just started playing, finished the first chapter. But during dialogue, the screen defaults to the CG of the academy anchor, and when the scene is done, there's a split-second fade out of the CG that should have been shown. I've also had a blank white screen once or twice.
Turning back on my connection logs me out saying connection lost

@sinful yoke I completed Chapter 1; I don't think I can get those story screens again. But what happens is there's with a white screen where the CG should be, or the academy CG (with the big, gold anchor) while the dialogue/text scrolls in-between missions

I need tech support too. One of my devices, my phone is unable to log into the servers. In the past, I used an apk provided by the devs that had a built in proxy to fix this problem but because the new UI update I was forced to reinstall and thus have this problem again. Though for me it is wierd. I was able to create a new account, but once I logged into my account through twitter, it has a connection problem. I can play fine on another device so internet is not the issue.

Heya! I'll chime in with the logging in -issues. I have the situation where attempting to log on a specific server, the screen flashes once and it throws a "network error" message and boots me back to the account login page. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, - it doesn't help. A funny observation is that I can log on another server where I don't have a character. After creating a new character there I cannot log on to that server a second time after exiting the game: It also throws networking errors when trying to log back on.
So the only time I can't connect is on my phone via mobile data

Cleared event map C-3 with 3 stars until itβs marked safe, then the battleship position changed to battlecruiser and it wonβt let me put a ship to replace it
Known bug. Try clearing out the fleets and putting them back in to see if that helps

Hello, I am having trouble downloading the app since the new UI update. I uninstalled it but when it reaches around 70% it just stops. II have 4.2 GB left on my phone so that's not the problem. I tried restarting my phone, using a VPN, and trying the download again and none of them have worked so far

If you're having connection issues w/ just one specific type of network (your Mobile Data doesn't work or your Wi-Fi doesn't work) try using a VPN w/ those connections.

@broken ivy Yes, you bind your account in the settings menu and then you retrieve your account on the title screen. Binding is never done on the title screen

What's the error specifically? Do you mind sending a screenshot of it?
Ah, gotcha. So for that error, it's a form of email error. It's either conflicting w/ your FB email or it's already in use (which would be true if you tried using Yostar binding on the Title Screen). For now, can you please try a different email address? If it's a different one than your FB one, can you please try using the same one?

Hello. I have problem with loggining to my account on new device using facebook and twitter. After choosing option game crashes. Reinstall didnt help.
Okay for that issue, there are two workarounds you can do. The first is to try turning on and then off developer mode on your phone. The other one is to log into your account on another device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator) and binding your account to Yostar on that device. Then log into Yostar on your original device as Yostar won't crash the game like FB and Twitter

So...i am getting the "infinite loading" screen not after logging in but after playing for some time or idleing around on any screen for too long...issue is on emulators only(tried nox / mumu) but my mobile and tablet work just fine...

B. migration (ive been told it's not possible) but what i'm after is presence on avrosa with my gems and the saratoga first purchase bonus
C. i'm shit out of luck and have to say goodbye to the money. in which case the move wont happen
