Uh...Hello? just some questions where exactly can i ask for customer support? and if you can help me what can i do to play the game? i just installed the recent update with the new loading screen showing enterprise, but the bar is full and i am not in the game properly
I have the same issue of infinite loading but logging in with another device didn't work. For some reason when I logged into the other device with my Facebook account I ended up having to play the tutorial again. What's going on ?
It appears I connected to the wrong server on the second device
On the correct server though I also get an infinite loading with a girl telling me that she welcomes me to Azur lane

Right after the game starts and the various logos are shown, it goes to a loading screen with Enterprise on it. Bar fills up in a few seconds then nothing. I've left it to run in the background for two hours at one point and it never finished loading so I could log in.
Try swapping mobile data/wifi, or to a VPN spoofing a different country

Had to go to an external site. Google play store keeps telling me the app is incompatible with my device even though I was running it just fine before the update.

There aren't any A/B/C/D/etc. letters showing, so I suppose it's complete.
If the game didn't give a reward, though, it must not be registering as such.

I used apkpure to download and update azur lane.
The game needed further updates but was not prompting me to install them.
apkpure gave me the prompt and I used it to install the updates.

I thought I lost my data but it turns out, I was migrated from Lexington to Washington
I'm having this bug since yesterday: I had a research going on, completed it, however upon trying to select a new one, even though there are 5 options, in the pop up window it would only show me a max of two choices. I thought it was a server error and disregarded it. After going back to the technology tab, the game keeps refreshing like it shows on the picture and I can't click anything and the only way to get out is to close the game. I'm really not sure what is going on.
The real weird thing with the infinite loading after login bug is that it only occurs on the server on which I have all my progress. When I try a server where I never played before the tutorial starts just fine and I can play through it. I tried to play on two devices with my Fb linked account but ended with the same bug on both phones.
Has anybody managed to fix this ?
^same i can't login into the server that i play in, but i am perfectly fine with servers that i never touch

I have an account on Washington server and after the update I can't log in, it is stuck on the loading screen, it loads and loads but nothing happens, other servers where I don't have an account on works fine

It's a desync issue. When you restart, the ships are automatically sent to your dock. You can sort your dock by time joined to help determine who it was

Well you got 5 ships(Sims,Ama,Lea,Grid, and Cyg) so there's only one missing if you spent 6 cubes. Try restarting again just to see if that changes anything. If not, you can try contacting support regarding it

That's usually believe to be a network error. If possible, try a different network connection (e.g Wi-Fi/Mobile Data) and/or a VPN. You could also try restarting your device as well if you'd like

Ideally it should be. Are you still having the issue? If so, try collecting your research project from the home screen so that it refreshes the project page and hopefully gets rid of the bugged projects

If you're referring to the fact that you completed it when it was first introduced last year, and now you have to do them over again, that's normal. You need to complete them again to unlock the harder difficulties
Try restarting your game and device to see if that helps the issue. That's what we know for Error 99

When I try to click on the Facebook icon on the initial screen, they write to me "you have previously entered the application through Facebook, you want to continue." When you click to continue me perekidyve 1 level account. When you try to press "cancel" the same.
Make sure you choose the correct server. It needs to the server you previously played on. As in, if you played on Sandy before, you need to choose Sandy instead of Washington

So if i bind my Azur Lane Account to FB
Deleted AL then redownloaded it
Choose the FB button at the start and the server i was on before
But it takes me back into the tutorial and tells me to make a new name
Doing so and checking settings afterwards then my FB and Twitter got

changing my 1st fleet and entering an area i was doing previously with my 1st fleet uses the old 1st fleet formation

Personally not that I know of. Not sure if anyone said their fix. Just attempt to edit the fleet again from the main menu and see if that saves it properly?
i edit it from the main menu to begin with, and it even shows the updated fleet on the screen right before entering the level

i got it, you can use the daily mission screen to edit your fleets, and theres a button to manually save the formation
you might need to have a daily available to be able to do this though

Hey Kawaakari, I'm the one with the heating issue while playing post UI update. OnePlus 6 for phone. You suggested I reinstall, but that didn't work.
It's possible that it's become more intensive (few people have reported lag with lower end devices). There are a few power saving options and the like that might reduce the strain the app has on the device, but it'd probably be at the cost of it running 100% smoothly.
I've tried battery save mode and several other low battery options. I have no lag, but the heating is worrying.
Did the server response time increase significantly with the last patch? Or is it just me who is having issues?

Could you also please comment on the latency increase issue? I am running a S10 with high performance while on the charger so that shouldn't be an issue. I have reinstalled the game, with no effect. I am tempted to reset the entire device, because it is barely playable right now.

I know someone with an S10 without any issues personally, so I'd check your end (connections, storages, files) anything that could contribute to the issue.

Act as though you're buying the same pack you bought again, but before the transaction cancel it.
If you get the 200230 error code but still didn't receive the gems, contact CS with your in game name (and UID), server, screenshot of your receipt, and what you're buying/how much it was.

Unfortunately the only other option to solve your issue is to log into your account on another device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator) and then bind your account to Yostar on that spare device. Then login with Yostar on your original device

Well it might just be re-downloading files since you used the repair function. After it finishes downloading, does it keep restarting?

It just redownloads all extra asset files in case you have any corrupted ones in your install. Once you've booted back up into the game, it'd done w/ the repair

Yes, the reboot should be normal b/c it needs to redownload the files. If it KEEPS rebooting though after the first one, there might be some type of issue

Yostar is the safest, bc some devices cause crashes on 3rd party logins for some reason.
If you can, find a device/emulator that you can login with 3rd party logins (FB/Twitter), then bind your account to Yostar.
That should let you login to the device you want to play on with Yostar, and your account.

First I had a hard time downloading the update, and now its saying missing unable to find mission interface, update my be required and an error code. After that it starts to load, and kinda gets stuck there (I left it there for like 5 minutes and nothing)
Any tips that might help?
Find a stable connection preferably wifi, rather than data when installing. If you get stuck loading on the enterprise screen, it usually means installation messed up, and you may need an alternate connection wifi/data/vpn.
After a couple trys it finally finished downloading (or at least I believe so), it goes to the login screen, let's me "login successfully" then click to start which then throws the error message
Could you take a screenshot of the error code?
You may need to do a complete reinstall with a stable connection. Also, just checking, what login method are you using? just logging in?
Does trying any other server get any different results?
I was doing a normal login, but I tried to use Twitter (which my account is bound to) and same issue. I tried of access Sandy server and that let me go to the tutorial mission, but I didn't try to go any farther than that.
Oh, that's a current issue with logins atm, unfortunately I think all you can do is wait for an update, unless you were to contact CS. Let me check.

After having to reinstall the game with the May 20thUpdate, I tried to rebind my account (which is bound to a facebook account). Whenever I try to do so, the game instantly crashes. I've also tried to use an emulator to get around this issue, but when ever I rebind the account, and select the server, it says "Login Sucessful!" and then loads infinitely. Any ideas of what I can do to get back into my account?

Ok, that's good then, maybe something went awry on the 1st install. Most other people can't seem to get it to work even after reinstall, though.
I'd advise anyone having the issue to try deleting the app and doing a reinstall on a stable wifi/vpn connection.

List of bugs I've found today; Can't open quick menu in chat(can't look at others profiles), Can't decorate the bottom corner of the dorm, Can still see unreleased skins in the secretary menu, Blacklist is completely broken, (this one is more of a opinion) Chat censor is still overly zealous, Notice tab is broken, Laffey keeps getting set as secretary after closing out game, After entering guild menu the chat starts scrolled half way up. Hope this helps, keep up the great work. Oh and a small suggestion; Since this is the EN version of AL, maybe make the chat censor an optional feature?(I don't know if this is the right place to send this, sorry for the block of text.)

Apparently trying to lecture a normal carrier ship together with retrofitted yamashiro with her special type will throw this at me.. only training yama works and only normal carriers as well.. but once they are lectured together it fails

Been like this since the update. This only happens with Avrora, I can log in perfectly fine on the other servers, but Avrora won’t let me in

It seems to be specific to iOS, since i can play fine on my work phone (Samsung Galaxy A5).
Is an update of the app scheduled or these older phone model going to be deprecated of the support matrix?

I believe it's been around for at least a month, but we don't have any information on whether they plan to fix it or if they even can fix it
Until then, the only workaround i can suggest is to use a different device or a PC emulator
It’s been there longer cuz I also play on these devices... but it’s fine as long as stuff like spent resources for a battle aren’t wasted... which is also why I switched to pc mainly
I'm playing on my iphone 6 exclusively for quite some time now and except for battery life, i did not have crash until last update.
I know it's a pain in the ass, but it would REALLY help to have an official support matrix. I'd hate to have to buy a new phone just to continue playing a game (even if i do love said game), and even so, discover the same problem apply to the new phone.
