Bearn uses 指挥官大人
with
指挥官 as Commander
大人 with a suffix similar to "sama" or Shikikan sama - or Mr/Ms Commander
She's not the only ship with similar issues, Sirius for example is annoying with her "My Proud Master" instead of the usual Commander
As it's unique for Sirius, I put a TL note on it.
As for Bearn - she isn't the only one with this issue - but during the TL process I hit a roadblock and decided to use "Sir/Madam" instead - as using Mr/Ms instead of - what the usual references should be.
Also time constraints - but you don't want excuses so meh - whatever
TLDR - I used it to mention that Bearn views you, the Commander as someone with station, and with the context of even her (Disappointed) line uses the same 大人 suffix, means even if she despises you, she will still continue to refer you with that station.
Some other ships drop it totally when disappointed.
So there you go - why it was added
The EN TL didn't make a reference to this, and I feel it's more appropriate
if you have a better suggestion feel free to point it out to me.
Also - on your other feedbacks
TLDR - I can also don't do the TLs at all - I'm not being paid to do it, I do it timely and make effort in my work.

Special lines usually only trigger at the start of boss battles. At least that's always been the case in my experience.
So if London does have a special line with either of those two, that's when it should appear.

Apparently, EN doesn't translate newly-added lines until they are voiced
They missed a couple (dozen) voiced lines, but in this case, those two lines aren't voiced, so I wouldn't expect them to be added to EN until they get voiced

On the wiki, I notice that so far two ships have the same image for CN and Normal versions of a skin. Is this how it should be? I guess fair, granted when the major reason i go to the wiki is to get to a skin, the extra click is a stacking annoyance. personally, the best solution to me would have been making the tab just not load the pics unless clicked but idk how feasible that is

This was mentioned before: Standardising Wiki terms. E.g. Minneapolis and London should be: "When this ship sinks an enemy" Just to follow the in-game name wording. Might be useful to new comers. Like the Saratorga skill Escort Fleet vs Vanguard, which has now been fixed
