for a mostly f2p, that's not exactly prudent

that said, i really wanted her. once i got bunker hill, i wanted to get all the essex class ships, and get them to 120, and shangri-la was, or at least is currently the last piece

in this case though, i was taunted with constant essexes

like on the first anniv event, had enough to MLB her plus a few more before i got taihou... even though the total cost then was less than 250 cubes

on this event, essex plagued me enough to the point where i could MLB another Essex plus a few extra before I found shangi-la

that said, still salty at the fact that despite all the cubes and gold spent on special, even during wishing well, dace hasn't shown up
