It's been reverted back to the base special touch for now since the new special touch line isn't voiced (at least from what it seems for one reason or another). Once it gets that audio update, it'll be put back into the game

ok so correct me if I'm wrong, but Hermione has this one ability, which in EN is called Bombarda Geminio, right? If that's the case, for some reason, when Hermione's Bombarda Geminio ability activates, two things appear: Blast Geminio and Bombarda Geminio. Thought I had seen this in my game previously but wasn't sure, I just confirmed it however I could not get a screenshot. I believe it should only say Bombarda Geminio and not Blast Geminio as well.
Ok so it also might only activate when the close-range barrage is used, Hermione used the long-range one and... it said Blast Geminio.

Hmm... I think maybe pausing the boss node in SP2 caused the WARNING before the spawn to not appear, and then just when I was typing that out, i paused, but the battle continued in the background. :/

yes. but i don't think it's related to just being shifted by 1hr for things. for example, the 12:00 pm pst (19:00 utc) exercise attempts just came in, and it has now added to them to display as 10/10, when in actuality, there's only 5/10. so i don't think it's just showing the 12pm 5-attempt-reset early by 1 hr, since it's now adding to them.
i think at midnight 12am pst, the countdown is doing a usual 6hr countdown, thus 'giving' erroneous/fake/display-bugged attempts at 6am pst

That's not unique to Phoenix -- I believe the "Activation" line triggers on any ship when equipment effects trigger (for instance, when CVs using Corsairs launch airstrike, and that equipment effect triggers)

You need to take her out of all fleets. This includes standard fleets, event fleets, and Hard Mode world fleets (W1-W11)

That's a "known bug" fixed (though they really should just change that mechanic now. Its almost getting '300/300' levels).
@reef mantle Acquisition is the only one specific to that medal (they didn't provide the proper value), the rest is true for all medals. Only very few very early on medals provide any comfort value (same for decorations that are given by daily logins and 'log in x days' events and such). But yeah, mostly another UI themed for Chinese text not accomodating the much longer english strings.

With each level up a different 'weapon' gets fired on the barrage. Dunno how to look up what they do, but I assume it just means more damage.

Got a (maybe) bug in PvP: Enterprise attacks, her ability procs, then my carrier's fighters missed all attacks against her planes - there were a lot of "miss" over her planes and I didn't notice any damage numbers. Of cource, it might be me missing a number or extremely bad RNG, but it also might be a bug.

that it makes her dodge everything and also her planes dodge other planes (they do not however dodge ship's AA guns from what I seen)

Am I blind? No boss spawned? This was my 1st time ever playing 9-3, I had to retreat out so that I could start my 3rd hard mode before the nightly reset.
I recently started using a vpn, which is totally new to me, & I know it to cause a connection hiccup in game in a very specific, repeatable way. However I don't see how a connection issue would cause a boss to not spawn, isn't the enemy placed server side? I bet that if I had had time to relog it would have been visible, if it was there, idk

Relogging is the solution for boss not spawning.
Usually cause by a desync to the game servers.

But server desyncs may cause the game to softlock sometimes, in which case you'll just have to restart the game.

Got 60 right now. I think it really has to do with offering lvl 80 opponents vs the lvl 90 from the other dailies, so you get the 50% overlevel penalty as said before.

@red bear I highly doubt that they will patch it in the future. They have not acknowledged it as an actual bug or issue. If you look at any of 木shiyo's other L2D skins, you will notice that the head rotation is always very simplistic with only one frame being present. It's possible that he, if he was the one who actually animated it, just tried to achieve too much (degree of head rotation) using the same style/procedure he always followed.

it may be that portland is the only ship in one fleet so it's causing that issue. Also check your pvp lineup

Azur lane is unavailable on my country so I was using QooApp for download but after this last update I tried to update from App and it didn't work, then I deleted the game to download again. Noticed an issue that triggers after disconnection. When my device locks screen automatically after 30s of inactivity while playing AL and I unlock it, AL gets disconnected. It happened ever since I upgraded to Android 10. But the issue I noticed this time was, once I get disconnected, if I click on for example collect coins, or rent a outfit, or lock a ship, it doesn’t work. I got Taihou Muse, and 30s inactivity lead to lock screen -> disconnection. I unlocked, reconnected, locked her, but nothing worked. Has to restart the game to make things normal again and this happened several times already. It never happened before today's update/maintenance. Please take a look. Not a big game breaking issue, but rather annoying
