I believe the top line is the current mission, the bottom line contains an icon of the next reward you will receive, as well as overall progress for all missions in the event
So once you get 15 more perfect victories, you will get 300 oil, and will have 1 of 25 objectives completed

If I recall the situation correctly.
The last time Wishing Well was on, Ayanami was accidentally made available instead of Z23 (she is a core starter on JP, while Z23 is the reward there). Reward ships were not to be pick-able. Instead of only fixing it, it was made a feature and from then on Ayanami is pick-able in Wishing Wells. Other reward ships such as Akashi remain as they were.

Yeah, that's a behavior that occasionally crops up -- usually I've seen it when you go and build at the cattery, and still have some cats available but haven't set them to build yet

sometimes rally request mission doesnt work unless you go into events that day and check it (dunno if it doesnt load in or something) so if you do X thing before you open it up then it doesnt count possibly leading to you missing a day

The boss is Sendai, who has the highest prioirty for BB first shots in this map.
The Divine Marksman targeting reticle is on Sendai too, who is the boss.
Warspite aims her first shot at the production on the top of the map. That production is not even the farthest ship from her, so I don't see why she would do that.

That's not how it works. BBs target the highest priority enemy in strict order on their first shot on auto mode
for the vast majority of boss fights, including this one, the highest priority enemy is the the boss herself.
This means that BBs should and will always target the boss with their first main gun shot on auto, unless a bug prevents this from happening, as is the case with warspite.

If your account was linked, all you should have to do is hit the yostar button on the bottom left, then make sure you choose the server you first started playing on.

There is a bug with Justagram. I go to click on the one with Jean Bart getting bitten by the dog and the game becomes very sluggish and the UI stops responding. But if I don't use Justagram the game runs fine.

Managed to collect the furniture after third restart. Caused the game to freeze first two times. So instead of directly clicking there, after third restart I first clicked on Rental section, came back and checked. The collect option was there this time (which was previously missing) and I managed to collect the furniture

Definitely seems client side as it's working for me personally and no one else has reported such an issue. I'd suggest trying to clear the game cache and/or a file repair from the settings menu in game
