Hello, this is my first time here, and Iβm not sure if this is bug or technical problem
My device is iphone 8 ios 11.4.
Today I update my AL into version 1.5.02 on a whim, and after that I can no longer launch my AL (It instantly crash after launching)
I alr try reinstall the game 2 times, and it doesnt work (and alr restart my phone multiple times)
This is prob not related, but I try installing the jp version of the game from jp appstore (version 5.0.5) and I can launch it just fine, so I dont think my device is that bad.
So, Im not sure if this is bug or technical problem, and if someone can help me, i would greatly appreciate it.

Okay, you just need to log into FB then from the title screen of the game (be sure to use the correct one in case you have multiple ones), and then choose the server that you previously played on (such as Amagi, Washington, Sandy) as your account will stay on that server

Searched for it in #known-bugs but didnt find it or missed it. It's a visual bug, I had Portland as tank in my original fleet but switched her out for Minnie without saving it with the bottom left button and went 'home'. Changed Minnie gear and the fleet to my surprise showed Minnie in the fleet even though I didnt save it. But in the actual battle and afterwards it still shows Portland which is correct https://imgur.com/a/W7B0blj edit:its fixed after a restart but just to let you know

Entering any stage with 0/15 daily trial but answering "no" to the question "do you wish to use a ticket to enter stage" still open the stage and reward are still handed as seen by the 120 point diffrence between those two screenshots that correspond to a clear of hard

I'd imagine that'd be because JB and Gascan are Vichya, while Richy is Iris, so when they're being sorted by faction they won't overlap

For that first bug, it's just an issue where your tech points are being shown higher than you actually have. A restart could ideally fix it, but it's not a guarantee and the error code could come back even if it goes away (though it is a known bug). For the second one, that issue usually goes away on it's own after a while, but if you don't mind, please do provide your UID and I'll get it added to the report for it

Well, Iβm not sure if Iβm the only one who is experiencing this, but when I log on in the game, I wanted to check HMS ships, which I wanted to check Glasgow for a second, but when I click her, I was kicked out from the game. Is there a chance is it a common bug or no? Only reason is, I never had issues with other ships, except her.

Hi. I believe I encountered a bug in the Essex Air Raid Drills. I would expend all of my daily challenges on Hard Mode, then click "No" when prompted to use a ticket only to have the game play through the stage anyways and give me the contribution points seemingly without using a ticket.

@sonic peak @grand lion Fleet tech bug is known, happens when the game thinks you have more points than you actually do. You could try restarting, but it's not a guaranteed fix.

Been testing things
I think my network issues have something to do with my WiFi only doing IPv4, but my LTE doing IPv6, as after changing my APN to IPv4 only, things seem a bit more stable.
But that is just preliminary testing. It still bugs me when I switch to WiFi/LTE (seriously, the game should try to connect again a few times before complaining, especially if a network change is detected).

Does anyone know a fix for when the formation screen is stuck with 7 ships on screen in a perpetual loading loop preventing you from getting to formation screens past that?

Not sure if this is a bug or not but whenever I try to upgrade the Eagle Union tech I get system error 40 every time I try to do so
@buoyant hemlock That is indeed a known bug. It's showing you a higher fleet tech number than you actually have. Restarting your game may or may not fix it. You may have to restart multiple times to kick it back into gear. It also has a tendency to show up again as well.

You want to fully close out the applications then re-open. Ie: It takes you back to the main login screen

Is it intentional, that whoever is earlier in your fleet roster always gets to make the first turn, no matter how you sort them in your sortie roster? It annoys me that my fleet 2 (bossing) always gets selected first on a map, when I clearly put my fleet 4 (leveling) up front.

Good afternoon, I am a player who has a problem with the "break Limit" option (very good game Azur Lane btw). I have consulted this with other players, I have reinstalled the game, I have used the repair option, and my problem is still not solved. I have 2 Kaga, one have 4 stars and the other have 3 stars. When I choose my main kaga (more level and more stars) and I pick the limitbreak option, I want to select my other Kaga in order to use her like a limit break material, but she doesn't appear in the "select unit" screen. I pick both buttoms on top right on the screen (show locked units too and lvl>1 untis too) but nothing. The Kaga that I wanted to use like a material are not in any fleet, no commisions, no challenges, nothing. SheΒ΄s not locked, and no fav, nothing. But, if I wanted to limit break my non-main Kaga (low level and low stars), there is no problems, she can limit break withoug problems using my main Kaga like material. It's very weird. I have some screenshoots to prove this. I only wanted to have my main Kaga withoug bugs.

Looks like she's in some kind of fleet (probably in some hard mode map). Because she does have some levels on her (she's level 3 so she's been used before). So I'd suggest checking all your hard mode fleets for the world maps to see if she's in any of them

I did a build prior to opening it and it didn't count, I did one after and it did. I think it only starts counting once it has been opened at least once.

I did add ships to dorm and then i sortied to grind for research exp, the ships are Javelin Amazon and Vampire. Then, after i sortied some time i noticed some of my ships lost morale and then i checked back to dorm and this happened... That error is usually caused by ships in your fleets being ghost duplicated. Something that usually fixed it was going into your fleet screens and completely redoing your fleets

Looked in Known Bugs but didn't see it, so I'll mention it here: The War Archives, specifically Hard Mode, keeps bugging out. My fleets will vanish when going from stage 1 to stage 2, editing stage 2 shows stage 1 is now empty. Also the story events have begun replaying despite my having cleared the story from all three of them.
I finished Winter's Crown C2 this morning, and when I came back this evening, the fleets were empty and my saved meowciffer layouts are gone.
Playing this on my iPhone 6S, if that's an important thing to note. Oh, and on Washington Server.

Well, the iPhone 6 series isnβt supported, so that may be part of the issue. Saved fleets are saved client side on maps iirc so an outdated phone might not store them properly

After finishing Mainz a few minutes ago I went immediately to Ibuki and used the new item to speed it up (I already had all steps unlocked for months), and finished her immediately as well
However now it says that I have to wait 23h as if she was still in development, compared to when you normally finish a PR where it lets you start another one immediately
I didn't see any mention of this in the help quadrant but I didn't pay too much attention to it and now I can't click on it anymore (because Ibuki is done)
TL;DR is the cooldown normal after you speed up a PR1 that has been unlocked for months?
The lab section also has a ! as if to indicate that I can start a new PR but I cannot

It's normal, in that that's been the behavior in place since PR1
The feedback has been submitted to reset the timer upon completing a ship, but that's not the case at present
The reason you can normally swap to a new ship after completing one is that, typically, you've already waited 24h since you last switched ships

So I opened azur lane on my phone, and there was an update, but at the end it says "Failed to update file [l2d] - [4]". If i press try again the same problem just keep on occurring, if i press cancel it just kicks me out of the game

It's a know bug w/ the game right now for only some iOS users. A restart of the application could randomly fix it after a certain amount of time or trying a different network connection

The "Launch" indicator one a banner is not dynamic in any way, though it has been noted to cause some confusion
The rest you mentioned is typically indicative of a desync having occurred, and restarting the app should show the ships in your dock, and hopefully have ship quick finishing work correctly for you

for cruisers it's CA and CL, and then there's BB/BC/BM that are all different again, but CVL actually has CV in the classification, so I think a case could be made there maybe

That is just due to how the classification is written, CVLs and CVs compared, it is not really that much different from CL and CA

Yes, CVβs and CVLβs are separate classes. This can be seen with any Hard Mode requirement like Skybound where there was a CV and CVL restriction
