There are two 138.6mm guns in Azur Lane.
The famous Mle 1929 from Iris of Light and Dark was accidentally released with an icon of the Mle 1927. This was corrected in a recent update to show the actual Mle 1929.
This event, Skybound Oratorio, added the actual Mle 1927. This correctly uses the Mle 1927 icon, which was previously used on the Mle 1929.
It is confusing, but not a bug.

Make sure you're using the necessary ship for the bosses. They have to be in the fleet that takes on the boss. That's the only other reason why they wouldn't be counted.

@quick locust Well, because in French it sounds weird, but the real question is "is Iris considered as a country? (Like the equivalent of France) " because we use "le/la"(the) for countries. That means that "Vive l'Iris" (we put ' between le/la and the word that is after if it's a vowel) is more suited than "Vive la Iris". In other cases "Vive Iris" is better if it's not a country, it's a bit hard to explain to non French (or those who have no knowledge in French) since French is kinda non consistent in its vocabulary and what not

There is a small bug with Tosas skill crush any contender. When shes in the other fleet and her skill activates, her picture shows up only in default skin. This is a likely workaround to the Unicode minichat crash I posted, and other potential Unicode issues.
Doing some blind (clean room) debugging with the stack trace led me to utfcpp's utf8::unchecked::utf16to8, used internally in libil2cpp, which crashes when a surrogate pair is split.
After checking Unity 2017.4's documentation https://docs.unity3d.com/2017.4/Documentation/Manual/class-Font.html, I found that it straight out says "Note that surrogate pairs are not supported" (after it says "Unity has 「"full"」 unicode support" 
). Probably should have checked it first before debugging, speaking of EN not reading...
Before sending them to Unity, all user-input text should be sanitized by replacing these potential surrogates with the REPLACEMENT CHARACTER ("�") as soon as possible.
This is what happens visually anyways.
It can be done in a single gsub like so:

Just a few moments ago my game froze up while i was playing. I went to close it and when i did it just sat there for a while, then eventually it acted like it was gonna close but it gave me this "Azur Lane Quiz" which, whatever, I just went ahead and answered it. It asked me 3 questions, and I did answer all of them correctly, but it told me I got one wrong. I was positive that I was right so I double checked the wiki and it confirmed what I knew. It asked which commander level unlocks commissions, which is level 10. But it told me I was wrong.

Yes, when I tapped the other buttons displayed on the screen, it seemed to work. Otherwise tapping (the top right (landscape orientation)/bottom right (vertical orientation)), it didn't seem to do anything it was intended.

I always have to assign them manually... which is a bit annoying.

Those commissions will only take a single level 100. It won't automatically select anything over level 100 to fill the requirement. It feels like an oversight on the game's part, but that's how it is.

It's a known bug, the game thinks you have more tech points than you actually have. If restarting doesn't temporarily solve the issue for you, no other way but to wait for an official fix.

I don't know it this can be called a bug, but as you can see there is a problem with the ultra-rare light effect layer, placed in front of the items layer. It scrolls together with the item layer, but then it doen't disappear in the scroll. Instead, it is too much close to the virtual camera of Unity (if A.L. is made with Unity 3D and no UE4) so it scroll in front of the other layers (probably the background layer) and can be seen.

I suspect 10-2 hard mode is bugged and can never drop gold T3 blueprints. I have used all attempts on it every day for 2 weeks and not have a single one drop.

The average speed for title movement in event map calculated when out of battle, or doesnt include speed boost by beaver badge, is this what you mean?

Found a bug when you try to login w/o internet connection sometimes the game just crashes (black screen and starts again from Manjuu and other logos)
It's especially irritating when you lost connection in battle, hit confirm and then the game just restarts erasing all your progress
