I have some additional information for troubleshooting regarding this known bug:

it's something to do with settings -> options -> Allow friends to visit your Dorm

If friends attempt to visit your dorm and see "Dorm has not been made public," you need to toggle your setting off and on and wait some period of time (I checked about 20 minutes after they did this), presumably for the server to update the settings, and it'll work as it should. Also possible that just visiting the settings page may cause the server to update to the "public" setting.

Repeated with two other friends and now their dorms also went from "not been made public" to visit-able

if this isn't already known please add it to the trello so the devs can better address it

They usually do, but if you're still playing the game through server reset, there's a chance that commissions won't reset. You'll have to do them for the rest of your daily commissions to show up.

Everytime I enter my urgent commissions the commissions start flickering every second and it clears the characters. If I manage to click start before the second tick clears them I get this error. Until I close the game it wont let me start any commission. For the overlapping music, you first finish an event stage (I did D1), after you finish it you press the arrow button that brings you back to the normal stages as fast as you can twice. This will bring you back to the home screen and the home screen music and the normal map music will overlap.

Can't get coins and other rewards just because oil is full.

It's an issue where your tech points are shown higher than they actually are. A restart of the app should ideally fix it, though if it doesn't it usually just fixes itself after some times/random restarts

You've likely had a desync and your dock is full. If you restart your game and check the dock, you'll see that to be the case.
