It's like that just due to not have a new voice. L2D skins that don't have a new voice will have sync issues till they get the voice lines upated

That's b/c it's a different model of gun. The grey is the 1927 model while blue and above is the 1929 model. Only the 1929 model was update to be better looking for historical accuracy

Gotcha. If you're not able to get the logs, that's fine. Just contact customer support and let them know that you're having issues on Sandy server specifically and it's an issue w/ your account as you've tried on multiple devices, reinstalling, etc

So i wasnt able to recreate it but. i was farming for DoY and when purifier spawned ,i was on the location the model of purifier usually spawn , and i used my torpedos less than half a sec before she spawns , i saw the explosion on the bottom side of the screen . she probably got oneshotted but the explosion was mislocated. This probably is not a bug , just the way she appears is probably offscreen and teleporting on that location , making it so if she gets oneshotted her explosion would be on the location before the teleport (just assuming)

I've asked in the gameplay-help channel (and others) and it seems that I am not the only one who misunderstood the in-game skill description i.e. everyone is saying the skill should still activate for the damage boost. The wording of the skill description on azurlane.koumakan.jp is clearer: When used as the flagship, increase Damage dealt by Ironblood carriers by 10% (20%) and 40% (70%) chance to trigger a barrage when firing main gun.

Gave the file repairs a go (both of them). Both came back with "No Exceptions", sadly. I'll give reinstalling a go real quick. Either way, I'm guessing it's specific to my actual device somehow.

The file repair came up empty, sadly. After reinstalling and Downloading each of the Gallery images again, they're showing up.

Since the repair came back clean, I'm assuming that it didn't actually download the first time (can't be corrupt if there's nothing there) and the game just thought it had been downloaded. That theory makes a lot of assumptions, though, so I'll just leave it at that lol.

going back and forth between Home and Dock causes the game to soft lock (the music is still playing)
Replication:
- Use any Live2D skin
- Go to any screen (ex. Build)
- Go back to Home
- While the Live2D skin isn't loaded yet, go to Dock
I have managed 2 more people to recreate this and it also happens on phones too (at least Android Oreo)
