My Monarch’s audio has been broken since I got her, it simply doesn’t play. There will still be text boxes, but no audio. Updates and reinstalling the app haven’t fixed it.

However, for many people, the notification bar is simply on the way and thus we can't access this mode.

Is this a bug? Whenever I attack a siren submarine in D3 one of my main fleet ships (usually carrier) suddenly takes around 40% damage of its HP. This happens even when I kill the sub beforehand. I don't see any torpedoes targetting it.

I believe what is happening is that the SIren subs in this event also have other production subs, that go across the stage to attack your backline (kind of like high-damage, underwater fireboats) -- if you don't have any ASW at all, that may be causing it, or perhaps the actual fireboats that the subs can have

It's most likely a desync issue. If you haven't already, try restarting your app/phone. If that doesn't work though, try clearing the game cache and/or a file repair from the settings menu in game

only 30 min ago i found by chat in here (Discord) the ability to SS your favourite ship with unique background but i think i found a bug in it because it reads the phone gyroscope ... it rotates the already perfect position and basically 'zooms' on the ship breasts and then u have to manually edit to rotate to be in selfie mode not in landscape mode

Guys sorry to bother but I need help here, I changed my phone recently, and when I re-installed the azur lane and went to log into my account normally, which is linked to twitter, the game automatically put me on the Lexington server, but since 2018 I play on the sandy server, so all every time i try to enter the sandy server the following message appears: "Too many players registered.
Please do not try repeatedly try to log into this server ".
I don't know if other people are having this problem or if only I was lucky.

So, I have been wondering:
I grind a lot and usually throughout a day, around 4-6 urgent missions show up. But ever since I moved to doing 7-2 in following manner:
1.Do 3 battles
2.Collect '?' nodes
3.Retreat,
I have stopped getting any urgent missions. I have been testing it for over 2 weeks
My question: Is it a bug/poor luck, or perhaps appearance of urgent missions is a matter of finishing chapters fully?

It really comes down to rng whether or not you get an urgent mission, not necessarily when you fully finish a stage

I'm unsure if it was a bug or just my terrible reception causing the issue, but I was going through B3 in Fallen Wings, and upon beating the boss, on the after cutscene battle, the game froze when the third back line ship appeared. It was not a true freezing, as some animations still played and sounds were playing, but no movement was happening and the new ship's skill was constantly activating.
I exited out of the app and closed it before reentering.
When it loaded in, I went to the battle tab. I was then sent to the B3 map and was greeted with map cleared before it closed the map. However, the percentage on the map node screen said 0%

I've already reported this a while back for season 1 and 2 but I was told they chose a different style on purpose, which is not the case i think with these random little changes.
The challenge mode frames slightly alter.
From first to second: the whole image is a bit less pixelated and the frame is slightly larger
from second to third: no change other than the number
from third to fourth: just under the number it wasn't round but a bit rough. they smoothed the line so it looks more like a circle and they changed color and placement slightly off
You might not see it in my images, if you go to your achievement page and switch you can see the difference very well

It's an unfortunate hassle we have to live with because Visitors Dyed In Red was the first event ever made for this game, and back then it was something like a mixture between the difficulty of Chapter 9 and the hassle of Chapter 12. And players were somewhat OK with it in CN, thus it stuck
It wasn't until CN's original release of Divergent Chessboard that it realized it screwed up. That release of the event made a TON of players 'take a break'

Yeah, that happens quite frequently after an update to the game nowadays. The game essentially softlocks after appearing to have reconnected. Trying to log out, then log back in results in a "Network Error" most of the time, so shutting the game down completely is the only fix.

which means it's perfectly normal
each burn tick is like 230+ damage every 3s
and since burn damage doesn't scale with level difference... yeah

Uhh recently I started getting the "network error" message when I open azur lane a few times per day, but then I close the app and reopen and it works, this never happened to me before in all of 7-8 months I've been playing the game, it started happening after the whole 10 hour maintenance thing where all servers were down for the longest time ever. I'm from lexington server btw, it's just annoying that a few times per day when I open AL I have to close it and reopen again for it to work. There is nothing wrong with my network, everything else works perfectly fine just the way it always does except this azur lane thing. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue or if it's just me, or if people behind this are aware of this Lexington issue, I don't know If that's also the case with other servers

Nah, that error is mostly just a connection issue (especially if you notice other connection issues such as lag, etc). You'll get that error every now and again when the connection is really unstable

it can take a few business days for a response (They operate on CN times and don't work weekends) but they should be able to help you recover your account.
you should receive an automated email response though, if you provided all the info all you need to do is wait or send any followup info to that email as a reply

Good morning, I recently ran into a bit of a problem involving "gear dismantling" and its quite often than not that the gear i've been trying to dismantle won't dismantle. It's still in "gear" tab as a registered item but when I try to quick dismantle it, it just disappears in the inventory. But when I stop, it shows back up again. It seems like it isn't registered but I can use it normally by putting it on other ships, but when I try to dismantle it, it won't work. Sooo.... I don't know what to classify this as... So I'm just going to leave this here. I was just doing hard mode for the day on 6-3 and for some reason Yukikaze dropped from the boss node.
I'm very confused by this, because Yukikaze is a build only boat and no SR's drop from 6-3. I don't have a screenshot or anything because I wasn't expecting to get an SR from a hard mode run of 6-3.
I have absolutely no idea how or why this happened, but thought I would leave this information here in case there is something going on with the game.

IIRC it sends it everytime you get within a certain range of the cap, you should be able to disable it if you'd like in settings, though.

I have 2 smartphone redmi note 8 pro & redmi 5A. the problem is i think game resolution in RN8P too large and main fleet pointer target got cut by screen. I even cant see mob in the back when try to target without go full forward. I compare with my redmi 5A, the resolution is fit and normal. The pointer target never got cut even my vanguard in the frontmost position. I try solve the problem in option menu but there is no option for change resolution.

I meant to write: have you tried checking the character memories page? Even if you don't have Jamaica anymore, her portrait should still have her bright color, and if you check her voice dialogue page, you should be able to switch to the costume and check the dialogue from it.
If you don't have the costume, the name of the costume should be grayed out, and you should get a message saying so when you click/thumb it.
