Hey folks. I read through the #known-bugs back till November and couldnt really find anything describing my problem:
After OS update to Android 10 on my OnePlus 6T, the app will not fully launch anymore. It will go through the Loading screen with Enterprise on it until the bar reaches the end and gets stuck there. The little cube will keep twisting but even after half an hour of leaving the app like this, there is no progress. Full reinstall or known issue with Android 0?

@jagged salmon It was likely a visual bug. Try restarting your app completely and then sorting your dock by time joined. If that still doesnt correct the ship, I can really only suggest contacting customer support just to see if theres perhaps something they can do

Seem to have run into a bug, I think? Finished D3, total event points reached slightly above 40k. Went to collect the Hibiki reward for 40k points. Game doesn't respond when I click collect. I had this problem a few days ago where my skill books were registering at 8:02:10, counting down to 8:00:00 and resetting to 8:02:10, using the Academic Blessing fixed it for the time being however it is happening again and now my Cattery is not counting down as well and I can not send a screenshot to devs because my game is freezing when I try, photos and log showing the “null” error at the bottom attached.
Currently my clock is counting from 8:00:00 to 7:58:10 and resetting to 8:00:00, here’s the log showing that.

Not sure if this in the correct area but it seems Nagato's 'Guardian Fox's Shining Furisode' skin has the wrong line in 'flagship fight' when inspecting her under profile.
Also the translation during a battle seems to be wrong cause I hear her saying Mutsu but it's translated as Amagi. Though at the same time it seems she only says this line when paired with Amagi in the same team.

That would be because the game soft locked on you. I find waiting 10 seconds or so before hitting the "confirm" button when it asks to reconnect avoids that happening (sometimes).

You're mistaken though. The missions for max limit breaking ships doesnt give you event currency. They just give you points to get the chat border. They're two separate things

In submarine weekly, if you fire a torpedo and immediately switch (Gotta be real fast), it will not fire a torpedo.
This will also consume a torpedo from both the submarine you switched from and the submarine you switched to.

Are you hitting as many buttons or whatnot as fast as you possibly can? Because it seems doing too many things at once could cause something to fail to load, hence crashing the game.
People can hold on to their builds indefinitely without claiming them, meaning you'll see event ships pop up after the event has been completed.

Well, judging by your screencap, you haven't completely hit the commander XP cap. Once you get to 102250, you probably won't go any further than that.

This is usually due to a desync OR if you had nightly urgent commissions running from the previous day to the nightly commission reset time of the next day, it can cause issues of them appearing

This is probably a known issue but I didn’t see a trello card for it, but I’ve been having some pretty significant stability issues on IOS the past week or so.
