@buoyant hemlock Hm...if none of those worked, unfortunately it might be a corrupted install then. If you have your account bound, please try a reinstall. If you don't have it bound, try a file deletion. Steps for file deletion are in the pinned Google Doc in #tech-support

Okay once u download the game again if it doesn't work try logging out of ur playstore and login back and then open the game and if it still doesn't work if you have FB or Twitter app installed delete it and try opening the game

If you expand it the button(from notch settings) jumps to the left and then expands which looks really weird. I don't know if it increases the time to expand tho.

You have click on a secretary, find the ship you wanna remove, and deselect them

When I click on a Secretary to change, its shows me that only 4 of 5 Secretarys are left, but after clicking on "cancel" or on the back button the secretary is still there

Deploying the ship is still bugging i click the ship multipule time and nothing happens and restart i get the error code and if i got a multi build i have to restart the game for evety ship that is ready and it really annoying
Hm...sounds like it might be a connection issue (especially if you're getting an error code). But please do try to get a screenshot and/or a recording of this happening

I tried to buy a Trade License twice now, in poth cases it processed my payment, the game confirmed my purchase but no gems were added and the game thinks the purchase wasn't made
@cosmic hollow Weird for it to give an error code, but most likely the name you were trying to use was containing either blocked letters or a string of letters that the filter doesn't like
@toxic stump If you were charged both times: if you want a refund, first try a refund through your respective app store to see if they'll approve it. If not, email Yostar customer support at that point w/ your issue regarding the licenses. Be sure to include your account information along w/ the purchaser receipts

@toxic stump It can be a number of things to be honest. It can some issues on the server end, issues w/ the APK, or some connection based issues (whether they be client of server).
@cosmic hollow Hm...well since it does have an error number on it, you could try a restart to see if that works. But if you're still getting the illegal character warning, it's just the filter being too strict which is a known issue (for a while)

When you open a ship in the dock, they'll use their affinity lines. If you swipe to the ship, they'll use their detail lines

Not sure if its a bug but I can't seem to add Memphis to a commission. I'm able to select other CLs but not her.
Are you trying to auto-assign her, or select her from a list?
wrt Auto-select / Recommend, it will only choose ships that are higher than level 1, in order to not assign likely duplicate ships

However if she's not showing up in the list, and the commission in question allows CL-hulls, I'm not sure. We'd need to see a screenshot or something to check

I bought the Black Friday Lucky Box yesterday and the purchase is already pending, but the game hasn’t issued the items. The purchase is still shown to be available, and mail box is empty. Sent email to yostar support with User ID and screenshots already
@hollow kraken Scrolling right doesn't, but scrolling left eventually brings the selector back on screen, and then it can usually cause scrolling right to re-occur

Really frequent error with freezing or overlapping guis. Appears randomly from time to time with no apparent pattern of getting this
Overlapping skins when quickly swiping ships in dock - previous ship's skin if not loaded quickly enough will appear with next ship's skin

But Littorio managed to get her XP over 100lvl in dorm and it was something like 3500/max

and for littorio, maybe you used her at one point while sorting in battle and that cumulates some XP

Known interaction that we have reported for confirmation. Most likely intentional though due to the fact that the original base L2D skins don't have legs on them

especially the outer torpedos of a 5 torpedo barrage with Z23 (gold tier torpedos) went off to some very weird directions (some did U-turns) without there being ships behind me, always while enemy planes attacked

Hm...well it is a known issue to crash at times when trying to access your docks. It's almost usually tied to the secretaries not loading in yet (most of the time it's b/c L2D take some time to load in)

think there is a bug on iOS if you have the game running in the background and the switch back to it, it sometimes doesnt respond to your inputs
like you can go to maps but as soon as you try to press "battle" nothing happens and you need to restart the game
same happens with commisions or receiving oil for example
It's a known issue at some times when you leave the game in the background. It can cause some input issues
Your dock is most likely full and the game is just giving you the incorrect notification due to a desync. A restart of the game should ideally fix it
hi, not sure where to post this, but i bought the black friday box, but i dont think I got the skin it comes with, i didnt get a splash skin for a new skin...

I have been full clearing 7-4 and supposedly it should have 3 stars already but it went back to 2 stars again (first clear and, defeat 25 escort fleets).
@olive flare Hm...have you tried fully restarting your app? And as well, can you try taking a screenshot next time you're full clearing it the clear doesn't pop up after a restart. It's possible a boat is just being missed
aight i took screenshots but this time the main mission reward for 3 star clear of 7-4 showed up

Alternatively, like Kawaakari pointed out, there's a repair button in the upper-right side of the game screen before you select a server.
See that gear icon on that side? That's also a repair button @tropic basin
For the total duration of how long it takes, it might vary depending on internet speed but I guess 5~15mins is a decent time

has anybody reported that bikini zara's right hand doesn't rub correctly in the special touch
I was playing this game almost 1 year and using MEmu emulator, i was done try Nox & Bluestack before, but those emulators can't do much with the fps. That's why i using MEmu, the fps i got always 45-58.
But, after the new update with new feature called multiple secretary, the game going too lag. The fps i got under 10 fps.
I was done re-installing & fixing the game data, but nothing changed........

None of the PC emulators are using arm-32 and arm-64
so you'd need to brute force with pc specs

but for this issue, please do try clearing your fleets completely and then replacing the ships. One or more of your ships is duplicated across fleets

Try restarting your device and if that doesn't work, try logging out of your Google account in your phone settings completely and then relogging back into it

A small bug in the research tab. With random clicks/taps on possible researches, they disappear until one is left. Restarting the tab corrects the situation.
I don't know if it's just me, but I've noticed every so often that notifications are off by a fair bit. For example, I got the notification that my research was complete, but when I went in-game it still had a whole 4 mins left on the timer. This has happened with commissions too a select few times. Does that just happen or is there a sync issue?

You got a duplicate skin. If the box gives you a duplicate skin that you already own, you get refunded gems for that skin. As you can see in your screenshot, you got the base gems from the box and an extra 880 in refund for the skin

Correct. The screen that shows all your items from the box would've shown you the extra set of gems on top of the base gems from the box

There's an odd issue with Ibuki where every time I launch torpedoes with her, she says her proc line and Body And Soul activates at the same time.
Problem: BAS is a buff skill that's supposed to activate at the beginning of a battle. Nothing in its description states torpedo launches will activate it.

pssst, before you guys start the patch for EN, please note that you've inversed the minecraft docks in the latest patch.
The docks should be animated the other way round to give a pseudo-3D effects. The vanishing point in the tiled sea is in the middle of the screen and you can easily see where the sides of the docks should line up with the grid lines on the screen

hands don't normally face in this particular direction, especially when your elbow is facing inwards naturally.
This is ergonomically uncomfortable and probably physically painful to hold for a long period of time
Ibuki's non-animated L2D actually has the hand in a proper angle:
notice how the palm is facing inwards towards the body rather than outwards?
If ya'll are willing to fix Zara's L2D bikini skin so that the pool ladder now properly reflects her hands, I hope you're also willing to put in some time to fix up Ibuki's hand because her L2D is really good, it's just this lack of ergonomics that gets me from time to time

Okay I'm not sure if this was mentioned but when I did a 10 build from the collab pool and did the quick finish my game crashed and went back to the title screen. Apparently when I logged back in the ships I built we're all completed and ready to be collected. I did get one Hololive character from it so I'm not sure if the cube animation caused that crash or not. So I'm not sure if it was because a Hololive character was in the build pull I did or if it was because of something else related to it

So I was doing TS1 (The story stage before first stage) and I beat it. However, even after beating the flagship, the stage wouldn't close, and I was not able to do anything in the stage.
I restarted my app, did the patch, and when I got back, I was no longer in TS1, but It shows that I didn't clear it yet. However, when I try to go back in, an error states "failed to activate stage. Please try again."
so basically I can't progress in the event anymore

Im running around a few battles and then one girls all the sutton is in orange mood. It happened with one first then a new one. Others on the team doesn't get in orange so quick. I battle under 30 times and goes way faster then usually. Also its the third one in vanguard if that helps.

what prompts you to restart? like commissions as in after reset or night commissions?
sometimes the UI will even let me set new fleets but eventually i find out that it's unresponsive and upon restarting the game, it looks like it had been desynced a while back
depending on how long you leave the phone locked with azur lane open, it will desync and the time is the teller of how badly it will desync
most of the time, i notice right away from the home screen when spamming "complete" on the commission part will do nothing
i'm only confused because it didn't use to be like this, and the comments on reddit also agree that this is a very recent issue

Most likely not a bug. It's been like that for multiple events before. But we'll double check w/ staff
it was confirmed to be a bug and fixed in one of the previous cases though, it was during Kizuna Ai event if I'm not mistaken
The most recent case, during the 110 event, was not a bug. But as said, we'll get confirmation regarding it 
are the stats on the new event item a known bug?
on EN we get higher hp stat than CN version

I just want to confirm. Is having Hard Mode not enabled on first day intended, or just an oversight?
Hi um when I try to start the event stage T2 it will show the cutscene but wont go into the mission. In other words I cant continue the story

@finite fern Don't believe there is a hard mode for the event as all the missions only talk about T missions. There's a set of S missions in the EX mode though
@buoyant pike Hm...someone else was having this issue. Haven't heard back from them after suggesting a reinstall as a last resort so perhaps that would work as a last resort. But first try restarting your game and device and clearing the game's cache if you haven't already

why should subs be damaged by lasers if they're underwater?
they shouldn't even be hit
like the rest of the damaging objects in this game that should just travel over the subs
