Hello, I think I encountered a specific variant of the point exchange event shop bug and I'd like to report it.
I purchased the 10 PR Ship Blueprints from the shop yesterday and used them, and today the Cognitive Chips were marked instead as "Sold Out", so I was able to purchase the Blueprints a second time (I did so and used them before I remembered having done it yesterday too, my bad for that).
What is next?

If you've already put into into a ship, there's not much that can be done about it. You won't be banned, don't worry. If you want to get the cog chips though that are marked as "Sold Out", you'll need to contact customer support via email and inform them of it

If you do want the oil, you can email customer support regarding the issue as they do ask that if you have the "Sold Out" error to email them. They could possibly get it sent out for you. But it will Monday at the earliest for a response.

As far as we know, any and all purchases going forward should be fixed and go through correctly. There was a hotfix and server side fix early this morning (PDT time).

Quintuple 533mm Magnetic torpedo from the event: I bought a set of them before the first patch during the event. Now for some reason, i was able to get a third set of said torpedoes. I play on an Andriod-supported device, specifically it's a Huawei Y6 (2018). And it happens after logging in and going to any menu. It also happens when I'm not touching anything in the game.
Also, the audio cuts out whenever the black screen occurs.

I decided to farm D1 on which Deutschland and Hipper can drop. All night while I was at work, I went to d1 46 times and at the same time did not knock out either Hipper or Deutschland. The farm consisted of girls in 1 picture and for all 46 without intermittent visits, the moral of the girls did not fall. And also the most interesting thing is that I can’t even buy a skin on Deutschland.
Writes the wrong input. Maybe it really is so unlucky for me. But damn it, I have 46 attempts and almost from the very beginning only 3 ships did not drop. I drained all the fuel and now I don’t know what to do.

Ordered event building 3x, used quick finisher on all of them, then used Finish All. First ship was normal, second freezed on "loading" and I got to relaunch my game. Might be related to using two different devices with one being iOS and the other being android? Notifications in general have been kind of buggy it seems with them getting sent out early sometimes.

Notifications are controlled by the device, and not the server. So if you fill up the android device with 6 hours worth of food at noon, and then log in through apple device at 4PM to add food until you have 6 hours left, the android device will still give a ping at 6PM, even though the server knows there's food until 10PM, if that makes sense.

That one's a result of the device de-syncing from the server. Usually if you either restart the game or log out & log back in, it'll sync back up and immediately allow you to collect

Yeah, if you get a desync will getting a ship, the dock can get the wrong count while the server has the correct one. Hence why you still get a notice that you're full, but the game side doesn't actually recognize it

Hm...that's really odd. Unfortunately I'm not too sure what could be causing it for you. Try a file repair from the settings menu in game (or if you wanna try a full reinstall) to see if that helps. If it doesn't fix it though, try opening log mode and get a recording of those logs when you're trying to share

About that share button not working, I actually have the same issue where it's just the #AzurLane# words being shared, and no pic in question. It's been about a month that I have the issue, particularly on Twitter, where the tweet just won't get posted, and the pic ended up being saved on my phone

Hey guys, I think I found a bug, but I don't know if it's a known issue or not, here's a video of it.
So basically, on a daily mission, if you remove someone from the formation in the sortie room and immediately hit the home button, and then go back to the sortie room of a daily mission, the ship girl that you remove is still not in the formation, but when you start the mission, the removed ship girl will be sortied.
