I'm trying to replicate it, but things seems to be working fine on my end. I add Warspite to the fleet in the same menu, she shows up in the battle fine
It doesn't always happen so there might be more steps to it that cause the glitch.
Generally I always do dailies first after reset, so it may involve not going to your formation screen after reset and editing your fleets directly from the daily menu.
Just from what I remember, when it does happen, I can leave the daily, edit the formation again, and it will keep happening until I go to my formation screen and remove / add the girl and then it won't happen anymore
That could be it, I did go through my Hard Mode runs first after the reset. Don't recall exactly if I did fiddle in the normal Formation menu before the dailies though
I'll see if I can definitively make it happen to figure out the exact steps. I'm sure there's a winning formula in there somewhere because it isn't the only time.
There could be many factors to this, but I'll see if I'm able to reproduce the same bug in the next reset to help pinpoint the issue

You only need to post in one channel
as for your issue, try restarting your device and/or network. Or trying a different network connection. As the likely culprit is a connection issue
When you start War Archive map, go back to main screen and tap the Event icon that would redirect you to event map, it instead shows prompt that tells you that "This event has already ended".

Also also, War Archive for VDiR having mix of CN and JP/EN requirements from rerun version is how it should be? Because it is somewhat weird in hard mode (requires average level 70 ships, but enemies are level 60 on C1 iirc)
Ah, I actually confirmed this information w/ the team due to the oddity of it. So they have informed that War Archive requirements are universal across all servers. So even JP has the same requirements that we currently have. So all servers are using the CN requirements from the re-run.
Well, it uses:
- CN number of battles before boss node spawns
- CN hard mode requirements
- JP/EN enemy levels
- JP/EN exp rewards
But if it is how it should be, then nevermind

Just encountered the same or similiar issue Casey reported yesterday. Was doing SP3 and since my Kaga BB hit lvl 120, I swapped her out for yama&fusou in the formation screen but somehow it reverted back to my previous setup when launching mission. Had to restart the game for it to be fixed. Not quite sure what triggers the glitch since I can't seem to reproduce it anymore
I'm encountering an issue with Research. Attached is a screenshot of where you can see I have the correct amount of Gold, but I receive an error and am unable to start the research.

The game has been randomly crashing recently. Sometimes during battles and sometimes when I’m viewing a ship’s skills.
Make sure your device has at least 2GB of RAM as that's around the minimum to run AL w/o crashing issues. Beyond that though, try restarting your device and clearing the game's cache. Also possibly trying a file repair from the settings menu in game

I seem to get this greyed-out research menu bug every now and then. A bit annoying, but restarting the whole app seems to fix the problem

I have a spooky Halloween story. I was PvPing earlier and my Hiryuu just did her final proc and sunk the other guy's Amagi leaving a Hiryuu vs Hiryuu battle, who's 15 sec is over first. Well mine managed to send an airstrike before his and sunk his Hiryuu. But immediately after I head a laughter and my Hiryuu fell. It was a barrage from the Amagi I sunk before. I can't believe I lost to a ghost!
(Believe is a bug) when looking at alabama and then going to archive>details>and then back to performance tab, her chibi animation continues playing and she’ll flip out over her large portrait. I assume the chibi animations always continue playing, but w alabama since her chibi moves sm it comes from off screen back on

About the meowficer talents rearranging its order, when using talent points for new talents it appears to rearrange itself when returning to the meowficer after closing the game and starting the game. At least this was the case for me. @hollow kraken
Maybe there is a predetermined order of how the talents are displayed but just a guess

Overlapping is a general known loading issue w/ the game at times. Reloading the chat tab and/or restarting the app should ideally fix it
I got a bug today that made me lose more than 100 oil. I went daily challenge escort mission against the torp boats and for some reason multiple times happened the time countdown didnt move the ships were not firing and abilities buttons couldnt be pressed even tho they had it ready. But the connection is okay and and movement is working. But since the timer doesnt move I cant continue

It boils down to if someone new took your UID or not, so it's more of a random chance of that even happening though

Restart your game, go to the dock, and sort by time. The last ship in your dock should be the one you built.

I've tried reinstalling and clearing data but to no avail.
When I hit repair the game freezes.
I've noticed that it gets to file 3 and then reverts back to file 1 and then thats when it errors.
Any help will be much appreciated.
I've also tried changing internet connections so at this point I'm at a loss.

I think skins are not showing up on the chibi portrait in general, not just this skin in particular. I'm not sure if it was like that before

Has a white screen bug ever been reported? No idea how I caused it cause i was just auto-ing ahoge shark and and got blinded by the brightness on my second monitor.

You should be able to get your game looking normal again by just closing & Restarting the application.

Is the bug for notification known? It must be caused by dst being already implemented in my country but not in the US yet. Cos I get all the notifications 1 hour early. I mean I get the notification of lesson/commission finished, but when i check in-game there's still 1 hour left.

Hello. I have a problem with "Night Commissions". They should appear a couple of hours before reset. But they have not appeared at all for a week.
I check every day but there are none. What could be the problem?
Make sure you're fully closing the game and restarting it after their time to appear happens (8:00PM PDT). And also, if you have Night commissions running from the previous day when the new ones should be appearing, that can also cause some issues (at least from what people were saying in previous cases)
have you been restarting your game during the time? they dont exactly appear if you're playing during their time
I'm closing the game tonight. And under on the morning (when they must emerge) open. But they are not =/
A month ago, my game was always open. And "Night Commissions" have always been even if the game is not closed at all.

It depends. If you get a normal Urgent Commission (not the night commissions) they'll sometimes appear, but it's random. It's always best to fully close the app and then reopen it when they're supposed to appear
Here again, I just "collected" the Bailey's skin, but I already had it... Nothing popped up and I got nothing, no gold nor oil... In the past iirc we would get something along these lines when claiming a skin for the second time.
its likely that bailey’s event doesnt offer rewards for events but you can report it just to be sure

Yeah, there are some known issues w/ the app w/ leaving it in the background for a while

My daily commission didn't reset last night/today. Had two 8 hour ones there since i was playing last night~

@karmic root Try restarting your app firstly. If that doesn't work, you most likely had one or two running during the reset while logged in (or some similar situation) in which they become permanent. It can happen some times. You'll need to complete them to refresh the list
Dailies don't reset if you're playing through server reset.

I haven't found anything on the known bug links but I'm having a problem where I receive wisdom cubes as a reward

Excuse me for disturbing, but I have a problem with portrait and chat frames. Before technical works I received them, but after the server was up, they were locked (frames from Headquarters Mobilization Request).
They only last for 30 days. So if you already had them for that period of time, they become locked again

They probably received them a different time than you. A later date to be exact

I've had this issue with meowficers for a while now and I think I've figured it out
Whenever I go to formations, like fleet 1 for example, to switch ships and meowficers at the same time, the meowficers don't actually change
If I sortie that fleet, the previous meowficers are in place instead of what I changed them to
Instead, you need to quit the formations page once and come back (without switching ships) and then change meowficers
It seems that the game doesn't like it when you change both ships and meowficers at the same time
I've tested this out multiple times and it seems to happen 100% of the time
I'm gonna restart and it'll probably fix but this happened lol

I use birmingham for comparison, but when putting laffey down, she just snaps to whatever is supposed to happen

Is there already a card about a bug where : when Limit breaking a shipgirl, you can see, within the available selections for a ship to sacrifice, the Locked 🔒 ships (say I want to limit break Unicorn, I can see my other locked Unicorn)?

That's most likely the reason. The purchase is still going on in the backend so it's not allowing purchase purchases b/c the game still thinks you own it

I'd say maybe try giving it some time in game to see if it'll clear up automatically. If it doesn't though, contact customer support via email and explain the purchase situation so that they can get it cleared on the backend

sounds like a desync somewhere down the line, try to restart and see if the timer moves after that

Okay, seems like you don't have the auto-adjust on. If you go into "Settings->Options", you should see an option for auto adjusting loading screens so that they're set to fit into your screen correctly

yeah the bar was static and it showed 1050/1000 for the 5 exercises pvp reset gave me

After creating a new account is training. There must be some mistake. In one of the initial tasks you need to buy a ship. After buying a ship, the job disappears. Training stops.

I read back a little bit to see if anyone else mentioned this (I didn't see it), so I'll do so: earlier, before one of the hotfixes (I think the first one) I purchased three of the generic PR blueprints and received them properly. Somewhere along the lines I checked the shop, and now it says I've purchased one, and that I've purchased two of the cognitive chips.

I think you just need to contact support per mail to have the other items unlocked again since you didn't buy them or so, with username/UID/server & wait for response next week

Yes. If you have something as sold out but haven't bought it, you need to email them. And if you bought the extra mag torp, theyll get rid of it on the backend

The news goes more around the rainbow magtorp so it's understandable that it would be remove for how much it is, but I'm more into-- what about people who bought other stuff before the bug and managed to grab it another time? Will they revert that too as well despite not being mentioned?
It's understandable that gold/coin/colas and even the PR BPs are hard to revert still for how they can be used quickly before the revert happens.

There were some issues w/ icons in the shop which resulted in players buying incorrect items. A hotfix did fix that issue, but if you did suffer from it, you'll need to contact support via email and they'll get the correct items for you

No, you don't have to. It's just an automated bot response in case someone doesn't state their issue in their original email
