Hello a friend of mine did the crosswave ex with full geared lv. 100+ ships but the damages were way too low than it was supposed to be. On 8-2 map his Ayanami's damage was 50k+ but on the crosswave ex it's just 19k. Does anyone have the same problem as this?

That's to be expected
One of the more important parts of damage calculation involves level difference
For every level you're below an opponent, you deal 2% less damage and take 2% more damage
The reverse applies if you're above the opponent's levels
on 8-2 you're dealing with 80-ish enemies so you're getting as much as 40-50% damage boost (it caps at +/-50%)
on ex, the boss is level 125 so you're getting a minimum of 10% damage decrease to as much as 50%

So if say the ayanami is level 110, you're multiplying your total damage by 70% (100-30) against ex, but 150% (100+50) against 8-2
Therefore, not a bug, but completely normal and expected behaviour.

The screen that lets you choose to go to academy, dorm or cat lodge carried over into the cat lodge, I have no clue what exactly I did, but pressing above the selection menu didn’t do anything and pressing under it didn’t do anything, when you try to press on academy dorm or cat lodge they just get darker as you press them, as they normally do when you try and go to one of these locations, but it doesn’t take you there, it just keeps you on this screen, I tried but couldn’t find any way to get rid of the selection screen beside exiting out of AL and reopening the app

Not entirely where or how to report this, but I have an issue where after the screen locks and I think also when switching to a different app and switching back, the game runs a bit more slowly. There isn't really a problem with the smoothness of animation, but tapping through menu items is definitely much slower as opposed to right after the game is launched (like half a second lag between processing each tap as opposed to almost instantly). Device is a Sony Xperia 10 Plus using a Snapdragon 636.

afaik the 500 points that get you to stage 20 are your own doing, and you get there by the tasks you finish on your own side
the remaining 10 stages are up to the other party
(well, the help says a uid can be entered up to 2 times, so I think if you find 2 returnee/news you can get to stage 30 without touching it at all, maybe, but if just 1 person then its up to yourself and the other party)

Every time the screen on your phone times out? Sounds like a device issue. Try restarting your device, and also perhaps trying to clear the game's cache
