@wispy jungle The L2D bug was never reported to be fixed. But if it's being a nuisance and very frequent, just try letting the skin load. The issue is coming from loading pages too quick while the L2D loads. It crashes the game. As for the second part about skills, can you perhaps get a screenshot of it?

So I've got a funny little one y'all can test for yourselves.
If you have Baltimore at Love levels of affection and go inspect her in the dock the the first time you do so since booting the game she'll have her standard expression. If you back out and go back in immediately the like plays only this time with her blushing expression. So for whatever reason Baltimore's expression doesn't properly pop up on first inspection when you first boot up the game.

If you're still using the unvoiced dialogue, that's the reason why. It's not timed w/ any voiced lines. But restarting the game will download a new hotfix that will revert any new, unvoiced lines from the anniversary skin back to their default skin lines

@lament tendon PR ship lines are locked until you get them to a certain Dev level. You can see more about it the shipyard. As for the lines, they were changed back to their default lines for now since they were unvoiced and they wanted all the new anniversary skins to have voiced lines

RNG is, and always will be, not your friend. Well, until it is. You're having a hard time getting Kaga to drop. Others (myself included) had a hard time getting Akagi to drop. It's just the way it goes. You might have to burn another 7500 before you're deemed worthy of having Kaga.

I meant to use them to craft 10 ships, and missed 2 cubes, so I’m sure I didn’t use them somewhere else than on those 2 crafts. (Knowing I had 2000-3000 golds remaining before so I definitely shouldn’t be at 2130 right now :c
