They've been informed. We're keeping them up to date on the L2D issues constantly. They were supposed to have been fixed in a previous patch but they were broken still.

@buoyant hemlock Hm....firstly I'd say try bringing it up on your emu to see if it's still the same on there. and then as well, you could try a file repair from the settings menu in game to see if it detects some corrupted files just in case that's causing the issue

If it doesn't prompt you w/ a completion notice after anywhere between 1-5 or so minutes, it usually means that it didn't detect anything corrupt

Well, my phone IS old so it probably has something to do with it. It's just odd because other l2ds are okay, but then half are broken. I even tried reinstalling the entire app. I'll let you know after I try the emu!

Hello, there is a bug with Dunkerque’s l2d skin. Her lips’ move like she’s talking when we pat her head. I’ve checked in archive and restarted the game and it’s the same problem. I’ve already updated the new l2d files and I’ve just restarted the game since some other bugs has been fixed right now but Dunkerque’s bug is still there

Update on the l2d thingy: I was kicked out for the recent hotfix and now Taihou's l2d is indeed working correctly. St.Louis Yukata and Atago's are not working. Some lines start with the lips moving and then stop, others just don't have them.

Make sure you don't have any filters active currently that would make her be filtered out in the docks. And if you don't, close the game, wait 10 or so minutes, then log back into your account to see if that fixes it

I keep getting "Failed to update file: [4]. Try again?". When I open the app it asks me to download a 14.4mb update. It starts downloading but it never makes it past (1/5). It always gets like 30-70% of the way there and then resets to the beginning. I've just been leaving it like that and my mobile data says it's downloaded about 28mb worth of data so it's downloading something at least, but for some reason keeps starting over and over again.

Got it. Hm...not sure if the update is released for iOS. I'll have to ask about that. But in the meantime for the issue, it's due to the used network not being fast enough. Its timing out to the update server and restarting the download. Do you have a stronger network you could try?

I did challenge mode when it was new. For some buggy reason (i later learned) the cap was SUPPOSED to be cmdr lvl 80, I'm 73 so I can't take my girls out of challenge mode. I don't like that the flag is there and I can't fix it. Known?

I just finished a 10 hour commission and a 9 hour one popped up instead of the usual 10 hour ones

It's not a bug. You can still get lower level major commissions but getting a higher commander lvl unlocks the higher lvl ones for you

Hi. im having problem in my gameplay
I had a problem regarding Day 8 commerative item in which a player could choose a SR ship of own choice. Today i received the Day 8 prize and when i was about to select Enterprise to invite, i lost the prize and i do not get Enterprise. I would like to reclaim the prize. Thank u.

Actually when i was about to select Enterprise to invite to my fleet, my gameplay sudden freeze for awhile. I tried clicking many times till i had no choice but to restart the game. By the time the game restart, i didnt receive the invited ship in my dock and the commerative item.
The first anniversary item also disappear from my depot

Can you sort your dock by time joined to see if there is an SR ship there that you invited from the item? And as well, your depot doesn't have the invitation or a letter from one of the shipgirls you can choose?
Also, be sure to try restarting your game again as if it's a desync issue, a restart could possibly solve it

There may be a bug with the shrine buff icon on the home screen of the app. I had used the shrine yesterday, and selected the option for marital bliss (increase affection from secretary). However, it was still in effect just now. I thought that for sure time should have expired. I clicked on it, it briefly showed a timer for negative two hours & change, and then the icon disappeared.
I don't know if it's a desync issue / if it would have disappeared had I restarted the app. Can't replicate it right now obviously, so just sharing in case it happens for others.

not sure if it's a translation issue or something else, but I found a discrepancy between a meowfficer skill in game and every resource I can find, including wiki: the lvl1 skill of Marble says it decreases the chance of running into an airstrike on map, but it's reported everywhere as reducing the chance of ambush, while the airstrike reducing skill seems to be exclusive to Eagle

Nothing's even wrong. It just shows Sandy's base chibi, like any other ships in there with a retrofit cause the band uses the base chibi.

Well the next two options would be to A.) try a file deletion if you don't have your account bound (you can find the steps to it in the pinned #tech-support google doc) or B.) a reinstall if you have your account bound. We do have this issue every now and again w/ L2D skins (mostly when it was for Bisco) but unfortunately that's the only fix we have for now

Okay. Unfortunately the only fix we have for it is to try a file deletion if the account isn't bound (steps for it are listed in the pinned google doc in #tech-support) or to a fresh install if the account is bound

Finish the 14 days of quest and get Avrora. Then check your mail and collect the item. Go to depot and click on it. Press the "use" button to get the border and portrait. You will be left with a trophy item in the depot afterwards.
