Hello everyone, I have a serious problem with the Azur Lane app in, for exactly a month and a half I have a bug with the game in which it is "loading" since then I have not been able to solve it, can someone help me with this problem? The Internet ruled it out because it was one of the first things I noticed.

It's a situation in which that your game uses old files. Unfortunately we're not sure what causes it. The best guess is downloading w/ an unstable connection. The only known fix we have is to redownload the game and be sure to use a stable connection if you weren't already

Hm...that's the only fix we've found for it for now. I'd say do this: open up log mode when loading up the game, take a screenshot of the log mode, and then email it to support and see if they can offer any more insight. And be sure to let them know you've already reinstalled. And as well, steps to open up log mode are pinned in this channel in a youtube video

Because, unless you opened them from boxes, or exchanged for them from core data shop, they're blueprints. Not the gear themselves.

There are times when you will unlock a memory but it'll stay locked when you go try to view it. And since it's specifically for your account, please contact support via email and they'll manually get it fixed for your account

I was doing the SP run and I looked at my phone and noticed that it needed to be charged a bit so I plugged it in to charge and when I got into the battle all my ships were going extremely fast for like 5 secs on the screen then they slowed down back to normal. Before the battle ended I got disconnected but was able to log back in. My guess is that it was a connection issue 🤨

so about that glitch with formation, it seems if you let the loading timeout and retry connecting, it will then let you look at fleets 2-4 and the sub fleets, but you can not look at fleet 1

so if you push the stats button and scroll to Ajax it tries to load Ajax stats but can't and then you have unlimited ajaxes if you scroll slowly enough
