the number of cases of people unlocking something and retiring by accident is't small
i almost did it myself with my 100 cleve
well, since it was just a lvl 100 pow i guess nothing of value was lost, but still... this is weird to say the least

I put my lil Monarch in the 4th of July cart we all got and shortly after she started floating up outside my screen she finally walked down and onto the bar. I can pick her up when she's visible but the floating up and outside the view of my screen is a little annoying.
lol. floating above furniture is known but being able to walk away is new.
the cart still moves even when she floats away also she moves with the cart

It redownloads all asset files so it'll take some time. You press the button in the settings, wait a minute or two, and it'll prompt you that the repair is done and to restart the game to start the redownload of the files
hi bug/tech support, apparently I found out that whenever I use air support during a sortie (in this case the escort cargo daily mission), it would delete all torpedoes on screen upon cast...

Wasn't this discussion had again within the last couple of weeks, and part of the perceived problem was that specifically the 'Perfect' reward wasn't showing ships?
We've brought it up to the devs MANY times and they've double checked it many times. It can and will (albeit VERY rarely) drop ships. The only bug is that it still displays "Perfect" when it shouldn't.
So yeah, it still shows perfect when it should show well done. I did perfect one today, didn't receive a ship.

It's old and known bug, try restarting your game and if it doesn't help - take girls out of the fleet one-by-one till it works

If I had to guess, the titles might just be switched. But not completely sure. But it is true that 10 opens w/ Fifth Movement

I know its not a bug,but it is just me or its really hard connecting to game lately. I already try to open another app and my phone don't have connection problem. And when i try to log in the game,its loading time is longer than usual.
Could possibly be a regional problem. You could try a couple of simple things such as restarting your phone(and possibly network) and also a free VPN from your respective app store
But if those don't work or for any further questions, they'd be better suited for #tech-support

It's more than likely region dependent and depends on your ISP. Data is fine for plenty of players. One thing you could try while you're attempting to use data is to use a free VPN to see if that get the game to connect properly

It's more than likely a regional issue w/ your ISP for mobile data. As it's very possible for it to be client side, there might be nothing for the devs to fix. One possible solution that could fix it would be to try a free VPN

Well, since I was requested to post this here, here goes. The TL in Le Mars' retrofit acquisition line text is missing its last third. This comes from both how it is translated on the wiki and my very limited understanding of spoken Japanese. I verified it through the wiki though, so it should be truthful. There is clear disparity between lenght of the dialogue and the text lenght there
Ye, there're definitely some dialogues with parts of the text missing. Could you please take a screenshot how it is in-game and report it via belfast bot?

k so minor reset bug.
just finished the maritime daily when the reset hit and i got "maritime attack is not available" message and i think the game is trying to load both the daily select screen and the maritime attack screen and failing at both. so now i have a blank screen.

complete the ones you have right now and they will refresh once finished
So here's the thing
It has been observed that if you are online during daily reset, the commissions WILL NOT reset
And closing your game during the reset seems to prevent this problem all together
also a thing that if you dont complete your night commissions until after 8pm pdt then you just straight up wont get any night commissions

You need to get that corresponding rank in PVP. Get to the rank on the left hand side and you'll get the rewards on the right when the season ends as shown in your first screenshot. "Rewards will be sent when the next round of the season begins". Although it can be a bit confusing as it doesn't say the full name. That needs changing

It is if you collected ships from missions (such as Bulins). The game won't stop you from collecting them so it can push you over the limit.

I have 3/3 daily attempts for every daily missions but I can’t do them it says that I don’t have enough slots. I checked known bugs but didn’t find anything about it sorry in advance if it was actually known.
It should be due to your dock space being full. But for some reason dailies are just displaying that error code instead of the usual popup

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the name that it's supposed to properly have. As "Beheading Operation" is currently a mistranslation

@halcyon eagle That's b/c as they have it right now, if they don't have a voiced new line they put the default text there. I guess b/c they want the archives to be specifically for voiced lines but who can say for sure.

It's a bit of bummer yeah but you can still view the text from the docks. Go to the skin skin and hover over the retrofit and you'll see it.

funnier thing is how javelin's newest skin has voicelines but the coco collab skin doesnt have new lines nor voice yet

Hello, Gents. I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but I wanted to report it and see if I could get some assistance . All day long I’ve been trying to do the daily mission “Maritime Attack” to get some Skill Books. However, every time I’ve hit “Battle” I get a message saying “Not Enough Slots.” At first I thought that it might be due to me having too many Skill Books, but in reality I’m actually rather low on them, I’m even entirely out of Red ones. I went through the Known Bugs page, and I didn’t see it, so I figured I’d ask here first. This didn’t start happening until today, and has been going on all day, even after multiple restarts.
It is technically a bug, but it's just that dailies aren't showing the right popup for a full dock. That's what that error is for
Oh I see. I didn’t even think about that. I just went and used several ships to enhance another, and sure enough it worked. That’s my bad for not checking that.

I mean I didn't even know about it until someone told me. Its not something anyone would notice. But I can say that relogging does fix it and updates the morale. But relogging can be a pain. More so for people who want to keep their morale above 120 for the 20% exp boost. It could be a visual bug too. But either way something is going on.

Ye, I can confirm it works like it supposed to. I did couple of fights, purposefully died and left for 20 minutes without closing the game. Came back and they're almost at full morale. (Sendai wasn't part of it)
I don't see it as anything but a desync.
Morale value was recovering as it supposed to server-side, while client failed to update it. Re-connecting fixed that.
IMX the "actual" morale and XP bonus works as expected, but the morale symbol and the number in the dorm is really lazy about updating. To the point where it's pretty much only accurate before fighting any battles after you log in.
Is this a known bug ? Seems like 2 of my ships in the dorm is gone. And it displays 2/4 so when i tried to add the ships back again this pop up came.

I'm here to report an issue I have just begun experiencing now, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the servers being down or not or if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
when scrolling through the docks and the depot, the page will randomly become blank like everything was deleted. exiting and reloading the docks/depot temporarily fixes the issue but it still continues to occur
I will try that when the servers are stable and if it still happens I'll report it back here if it fixes the issue or not. Thank you for the suggestion! I've honestly forgotten about file repairs

before reporting the bug here I tried to see if I could replicate when it occurs via scrolling, for me at least it's completely inconsistent and impossible to tell when it will happen

Very possible it's client side as no one else is having this issue (at least after the servers were brought back up). Seems like it might be a connection issue if it's infinite loading. Can you try restarting your game and device (and your network if possible) if it keeps persisting?

Yeah, clicking commissions was fine. I could collect them so it wasn't my internet.. But clicking anything then just makes the game load forever.

I'm not sure if this is a bug. But when i put my phone on standby and after a while i come back and it gives yout hte ''please reconect'' notice., i press reconnect but then imidiatly the window re-appears. If i choose cancel i get send to the home screen. trying to login will give me a ''login succesfull'' but choosing my server wil give me a network error. Rebooting the game always fixes this though. But its kindof anoying

The game really isn't made to run on such a device. If it's going to be played on a computer, it needs to be through an Android emulator. And as said, aside from that, it'd more than likely be an issue w/ the computer not being able to run it.
I mean it can be fixed by compiling the game for x86 too and if they use any native libraries they could just include the x86 version of them in the package.
And emulation has too much overhead so the performance goes down too much.
I can get this down as feedback for the team, but it's not necessarily a bug as the game isn't really created that way
If it gets fixed/added it'd reduce a lot of headaches.
If they aren't using some specific native libraries it should be as easy as checking a checkbox or adding a word to a command line.

weird thing that I've noticed is that nightly urgent commissions don't appear if I had the game in background and then switched to it after the time commissions should appear
that happens on iOS for sure, don't know about Android
but I do know that if you keep the game open they will appear normally — tested on an emulator

Well, just like how regular urgent commissions trigger when you're playing the game, the nightly urgent commissions work the same way. The trigger being playing the game at the specific time they show up. If you're not, they don't show up.
It's a good thing all you have to do is relog for them to show up, so you're not punished for missing the trigger.

There is a bug currently where if you have Velstal and use the field repair and pick up another repair, you don't get the other repair

The mission isn't retroactive so if you already had her awakened when it came out, she won't count.
