@north flume I don't have screenshots unfortunately, but I've had it happen two times.
Both times it happened were when a skill was at level 9 and only needing a bit more EXP to be fully done.
Instead of showing it increasing the exp on level 9, the skill went form level 8 to level 9, ending at 0 exp there.
Had it with Ark's Swordfish skill, where I wasted a Red T3 Book
As well as Cleveland's Assault Order where I wasted a Yellow T2 Book

By and large, it's typically a one-off solved by restarting (actually happened to me a few minutes ago, for the first time). So ships that arent fully awakend (for example lv 115 and not the 120 cap unlocked yet) get to accumulate exp in maps, that will be added once they are awakened, they get no exp in pvp however. Is that a bug or intentional?

Yes. Certain equipment, due to their deemed rarity, have to disassembled manually by typing in each of their name. It's a type of safety feature so you dont accidentally scrap them. You have to click on them one by one in the depot to have the disassemble option

Before I reported that the water in game is in reverse. Turns out that after comparing with Japanese version, all bodies of water are moving in the correct direction, except for the water in Iris event in here.
The water rolling animation is the opposite for some weird reason.

I can't find a card about it, but does anybody know that the recommend button for awakening commission would throw an error that "you don't meet requirements" if you don't have a free lvl 100 ships, even though you have free ships that are higher than lvl 100? It only meets requirement if you have an available ship that's exactly lvl 100, no higher

I'm pretty sure people have talked about it pulling them before. Are you sure that the ships that're over LVL 100 aren't in any formations? Including HM formations. The recommend button won't pull them. At least it didn't before

they're over lvl 100, I can even select them manually and I don't get any warnings, they do get accepted as having met requirements, just that the recommend button doesn't think the same way
so I always have to pick a lvl 100+ ship manually before I press the recommend button to get it done quickly, but it's still annoying

opened HQ tab first, then tapped of, then went into left tab, finished PR development, and tried to go from it into the PR development selection.
HQ tab options menu (academy and dorm) overlayed on top of it, but clicking on either option wouldn't switch to any other screen. Have to tap the back button to send me to the main screen, but from that point on, trying to move to any other screen overlays the HQ tab options menu over said screen, making it impossible to do any actions

i was doing 2-1 Normal. after being destroyed, one enemy fleet drop Cygnet. I don't have Cygnet, but it doesn't have the NEW at the corner of Cygnet. After finishing 2-1 Normal, i didn't see Cygnet anywhere in my Dock. I also got Tennessee from drop, she has NEW at the corner and appeared at my Dock. So is this a bug or i'm just misunderstanding?

purple and gold white shell have unique skill names AND lack the usual reminder that effect doesnt stack even tho it rly doesnt stack, neither with purple + gold or any other combination. Same for black Shell, so add the usual notice of doesnt stack and clarify that purle + gold white doesnt stack either.

Hm...I'll bring this up to our feedback team b/c if the original JP/CN text doesn't contain that information as well then it's not entirely a bug but an oversight that'd be feedback

Depending on what you're trying to put in the filter is very strict.
for example you can't name a ship 'Cassin' because it has 'ass' in it
