The B-397-RF Research project that is in the Research Academy shouldn't even be available currently. The Wiki says that the requirement for this is to clear Chapter 12 stages 3 times, but EN doesn't have chapter 12 yet

Where I can report a binding issue?
I usually play in emulator and cellphone. I have fully access to my profile in emu, but in my phone {Do note I had to reinstall the game due the lack of memory space} I get stumped by tutorial every time I try to enter.

I can’t get a proper image, but the chat section is visually broken. Notices end up within the message bar and player profiles don’t properly show. Along side that, idk if this is a bug but you currently can’t click a players pic and view their profile
