some ships may cause game crashed for the event... i bet some ships got bugged..not just the notifications... i've tried playing diffrnt ships and ships that have high level like above 100 made the game crashed

Idk if it's a bug or not, but I blew up the boss right when it spawned and I still had to kill the other ships. I'm not that bothered by it, but it sorta confused me so I wanted to know if it was a bug or not

@brisk lance Not a bug. Everyone got reset and given 600 points for the season due a previous bug. So you got 600 points + the points from the exercises that you just did which would put you at Commander

Medium Merchant Escort commission in the daily tab says it gives 360 EXP, but it actually gives 720 EXP. Interestingly, the nighttime version in the urgent tab correctly says 720 EXP.
Are you sure that it actually gives 720 EXP for the medium one? Yeah, the nighttime one does but even Wiki list the daytime variant as only giving 360.
iirc long commissions (5 hours or longer) in daily tabs are equivalent to nightly comms, just available before 20:00 PDT
Hm...well I'll be sure to pay attention to the exp received from that commission just to be sure b/c I've never noticed how much it is (whenever I can actually get it, that is).

Okay, yeah. Devices (especially iPhone 6/6S) that have low RAM and/or older hardware have been having crashing issues after the update. It's more than likely a device issue, but it is a known issue.
My game has been crashing when I start battles and when I enter the dormitory. I use a iPod touch version 12.2.

And if your system is old/around 1GB of RAM then yes, other people are having your issue
Tho the way you can tell is carefully watching the game and watching if the screen turns Black then restarts.

Man, right now I literally cant play the game, everytime I load up the dorm, crashed. Everytime I tried to change equipment of my ship, crashed, everytime I finished the D2 boss node, crashed. And the node reset at top of that. These Issues started to occur After I updated the app from the apps store about four days ago. Im using iphone 6. Tbh, this really sucks

How to Reproduce:
- Boot up Azur Lane
- Start any map node and start fighting
- Press the pause button
- Multi-task out of the app to the home screen by sliding up, so it is running in the background
- Don't do anything, just sit there for a good solid 60-120 seconds.
- Open Azur Lane from the app icon
- Game is running at accelerated speed, clock timer still ticking down at normal speeds. (BB cannon animations are unaffected i think).
Setup Conditions: I had several other apps open on my iPhone X like Robinhood, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, GMail, etc.

If you're experiencing crashes on the iphone 6 and you've disabled notifications, you can use alternate devices/emus if you've bound your account, but might have to wait and see whether this is just how it is now.

I think 1 person with 6s did come in with the same issue but they could have had no space in their phone and it was clinging to life

Hello, I have been having issues with the game crashing after a fight. I reinstalled the app multiple times and am only experiencing this issue only on my iPhone but not my iPad.
It's possibly a device issue that's currently being looked at, besides the notification one. I assume the iPhone is somewhat older/less powerful than the iPad?
is something wrong with the servers? i was just playing and got msg that the game lost connection(my wifi is connected to my tablet) then when it connected it kicked me off to server loading screen saying that my acc isa connected on another device so ive reseted my wifi connection and tablet and now its infinite loading (to server list) and few sec after launching the game i get msg "initialization failed"
Acc is connected on another device is an issue with connection, usually. Some of those messages might need rewording...

What region are you from? Some providers have been off and on with AL connections.

Mmm, don't think I've heard much reports of EU players having issues. But just to be sure, check if a VPN gets you a stable AL connection.

Yeah, iPhone 6 was one of the models that frequently came up. For now, use alt devices/emulators until an official response is made.
I bind my account with fb and delete the game temporary. And download it back again and login using the same fb account i used... And when i play the game i have to start all over again... Then my fb account bind is to this save.... Is there a way for me to get my old save file back?
Came to report exactly the same issue with twitter account.
Be sure to login at the initial login screen w/ Nagato on it and also choose the server you were previously on
I login in twitter and confirm everything, AL says "Login successful" but still there is no created characters on servers
at Nox everything works fine though, but I didn't reinstall AL there
AL was unable to update on my phone, so I reinstalled it there. Then login with twitter, it says "Login successfull" and... I get blank account
are you just looking at the server list and not seeing the icon or are you entering the server and being taken to the tutorial?

Not that I know of. The camera in-game just uses the same settings as your phone afaik.
It is odd if it's acting differently on in the game, but no one else has reported this issue and my iOS device is working fine as well so I can only assume it's something to do w/ the device unfortunately.

AL support to get the gems, your app store for a refund. And if refund is denied, contact AL support then.
And for that error btw, we've had one person have it before and they got it to go away by binding to Yostar
so if that error is persistent you can try that if you don't already have it bound there(through the settings).

problem is, AL is not available in the playstore of the country where i live, so i've been using QooApp and it updates automatically, already reinstalled the game a few times but nothing.
I never got crashes, i just stopped getting notifications for commissions and academy and for me it's kind of annoying since i have a terrible memory
@wet dew Crashing from notifications should be fixed w/ the most recent update from the Google Play store. Make sure you have it downloaded

Unfortunately there really isn't (at least that we know of). If possible, you can use a different device or emulator on PC to run the game until there's more word on the crashing issue for older devices.

There isn't really a difference between the binding options besides FB/Twitter being social media and Yostar accounts being from Yostar. And what kind of Apple device are you using? iPhone 6?
@autumn ferry Unfortunately there really isn't a fix right now. If possible, you can use another device or a PC emulator until there's an update from the devs regarding the crashing for older devices.

Launch ceremony can reward ships but it's just really rare. It's been proven (and I think it's still pinned in #trophy-room). The only bug is that it displays "Perfect" when it shouldn't.

The crashes for notifications have been fixed on the latest version on the google play store, but there are device issues if your device is fairly old
You may want to consider using alt devices/emulators if you have an older device until the devs make an official response.

Hmm. That one might be the version optimization instead then, though I'm not 100% familiar on that issue. The best advice I can offer is to use an alt device/emulator, assuming your account is bound.

Hmm, that's not been reported as of late.
1st I'd ask you to restart the game to see if it's just a desync,
2nd to check if you've already received/ranked up before you thought you had.
You can use iOS or an emulator on PC if you wanted to. As long as your account is bound and you can install and run AL on the device, you can continue your account progress right where you left off.
Don't have a Pc or iOS.
If you don't have any other device that could possibly run AL, I'm afraid that there's not much you can do except wait for possible updates on the situation.

Device crash issues have already been reported. Hopefully, they'll make a response soon.
Besides waiting, make sure your AL app is up to date and doesn't have any issues with files. If you wanted to, you could reinstall (after binding, of course). No guarantees on it fixing anything, though.

ok well sadly your main account can't be recovered if you've bound your FB to a new account.
one thing you can do though is unbind your FB from the new account and DM Z-Carol and ask if you can have your FB rebound to your old account. no guarantees though.

I opened my guild shop and have these icons next to the gold currency, if I close and reopen the shop the same way (thru exchange) the gold icons reappear

Event mission D2 consistently crashes game when fighting the boss with auto combat
Are you on an older device/one with less ram? Currently they crash a bit on the latest update, may want to use alt devices/emulators until official dev response.
I looked through Trello a little bit and couldnt find this issue listed, didn't see it listed under known-bugs and didn't see anything mentioned in bug-reports unless its a long time back.
When I attempt to use the "advice" button for Cognitive Chip commissions they don't actually take any of my available units that are above 100 except for my Shouhou Kai. Whenever I attempt it I have 4 total available, Phoenix, Portland Kai, Erebus, and Shouhou Kai. Shouhou Kai is the only one that is ever pulled via the advice button.
I don't believe I've run into this issue with any other commission, just the C.C. ones. This has also happened to me on both Android and iOS. I currently cannot attempt to recreate the bug because I do not have an available commission.
Lvl100 girls in hard mode fleets on maps also does not get taken for commissions. Go back and clear out all your hard mode fleets for all maps.

I know there was an issue with push messages/ notifications, has that been fixed?

The new update has been causing iPhone 6/6s to crash. This is most likely due to the low ram (1gb) that it has.
It seems to be for many devices who have around 1GB of RAM. A lot of players report it happening at the end of D2 boss battle of Ink Stained Steel Sakura.

My game crashes quite often too after todays maintenance. First the screen wents white and then the game restarts. I have huawei p20 pro, and I still have half the storage free. This issue happens even when azur lane is my only running app.

I'm not sure if this is unique to me but whenever I go from home screen>formation>details and click on a ship it takes several taps just for it to register and this has been happening since I first started
that's because you can move your ships around in the details screen. the game isn't registering your inputs as taps but swipes instead. it's not a bug but it is annoying af.
and cuz of that you need to tap a few times and hope one of them doesnt register as a swipe so much as even a pixel to the side
