Try to reinstall the game, bind your account before do that and see if it works. Because the error code is just as what I said and @winter ember explained. If you still didn't get your gems after reinstalling then all you can do is just waiting for the email reply. They usually reply in the morning.

Not sure if it's the case for other people, but I think purchases made using a card go into a pending state before the transaction actually completes. Might be why gems don't show up immediately.

Ship Retire Menu is bugged for some reason. Possibly caused by last night's server maintenance? Retired two ship (for my daily) and then the game threw up a input error then crashed claiming the server was under going maintenance. No I can't even access the retire menu without this happening.

I'm doing 6-2 on Android, sometimes at the end of a battle the screen just goes black. I think when the ranking would normally show up.
the end of mission music keeps playing, if I tap it does the sound, if I tap again there's no sound but I can hear the mvp voiceline, then nothing
if I hit the back key I'll see the ships at the end of the battle for a second then just black again. after that it plays the map music. I can press back again and it'll bring me to the stage select screen.
it did this for five or six out of the ten battles on the stage, including the boss
after it went back to the stage select automatically it'd go black whenever I tried entering one. a trip to the main menu didn't fix that, I had to restart the app.
I can try another stage, or that one again, but I've been playing all day and it hasn't happened before. though that was my first go on 6-2.
I tried restarting the app midway through the stage and it still had the issue

Well for the wiki statement, I'm pretty sure it's talking about the fact that when you DO get a bp drop, it's just one of it while on the JP/CN servers, you get 2 of it. And for the world map, "Chance to receive" is correct. You have a chance of getting it, not guaranteed.

I upgraded the game, and was able to play the event maps this morning. However when I try to log in and press attack on the main page, it tries to load until try again confirmation, which just disappears when I press confirm. At that point I'm unable to press any other buttons. Before I press attack, I'm able to go to dock and everything else.
