"You are making Akashi's ears all flat." is a 100% literal translation, but it doesn't make sense. There are a lot of more intuitive and correct translations for this phrase, and the one that was used ingame is correct too, another example of a good way to translate it could be "You are gonna make Akashi's ears a mess." or something like that. It doesn't matter if it includes "flat" or not, because it only makes sense if you are speaking japanese. Another example but in English - Spanish is "stomach upset". We never say "stomach disappointed/annoyed" in spanish. And i will better stop here

There is a line where she says, "Is this...skinship?" in Japanese. However, they translated the "English" word "skinship" into "romance". So, she says, "Is this...romance?" Which...kinda works. Close enough for me to accept anyway since it's a line that doesn't show up until her Affection is high.

I didn't see the event before maintenance. So, I don't have context to know for sure. However, with reading that one sentence, it makes perfect sense. If she is talking about making herself look innocent, then the sentence works. If she's talking about making one of the other ships look innocent, then it would need to be changed.

Nah, that would be the proper way to form the sentence. Most people don't realize how much commas are used when forming sentences as dialogue. For instance if you and "Well", "So", "However", or "Also" to the beginning of a sentence you put a comma after it. Similarly, if you put words like "though" or "either" at the end of a sentence, you put a comma before it. It represents a shift in thinking. A, sort of, pause in the sentence.
