@frosty gyro @jaunty valve iOS DOES have log mode. You activate it the same way as on android: place your right thumb on the screen and then pinch two fingers together vertically on the left side of the screen

i was doing excersise fight when a error saying that i couldn't begin stage 6 and now my 6 hard map try are gone and i can't excersice anymore

i don't think you really lost 3 tries, i am pretty sure you already did them but you got a visual bug
well, basically i woke up this morning with 10 tries and like 5 minute before the refresh, i did 3 fight before the timer resetted and 1 while it was resetting which put me at 9 tries, i only did 6 fight after that so either the refresh was a lie or it was a bug
and my hard mode tries are still used up
If you had left the game open the timer was likely wrong, it doesn't always sync right without closing and reopening the app
And last exercise refresh was like.... almost 6 hours ago I think?

I just bought the monthly trade licence package in EN and it charged my PayPal but I didn't get the gems and it's still showing up in Akashi's shop. Never had this issue on the CN app.
Should I contact google for a refund? I read up there somewhere Yostar doesn't check emails on the weekend so I'd rather get it resolved before the 48 hour period expires after a purchase.

Are they usually good about these things? If anyone else has had issues with purchases it would give me some more confidence. I won't opt for the refund for now because after reading Google's terms it seems like if I request a refund from Google it puts it me in bad standings with the developers

In my experience, they take those sorts of requests pretty seriously. I had a friend who had a gem purchase issue and managed to get it resolved. One person said that the dev told them the game log showed they'd received the gems but they said they never did. For the most part though I've heard positive things about talking with Azur Lane Official.

al.cs I think goes to someone else. You can try that, but people haven't had a lot of luck getting things resolved that way. Azur Lane Official is pretty busy though, as you can imagine a lot of people DM him. So I'd say to be kind to him, try that. If you don't get a response by Tuesday, then I'd say to message him

The final boss didn't show up. I need to get to the block of where the boss is supposed to be on the right in order to fight the final boss
That was 3-4 stage where kaga/akagi drops

It was reported for 3-4 as you can see, but it's most likely because more people are actively farming 3-4
Seems less a bug and more a desync caused by bad connection to server when trying to verify that enough ships were killed.

So it resets your tries on time, but doesn't allow to actually complete new missions.
also, it resets the display of tries later, but correctly tracks that I've already done 3 runs of Urgent Ops today
so it shows I have 3/3 left, but tells me I can't do it because I've already used them up

Try logging into Facebook on our phone, then leaving the app open when you switch to Azur Lane. then, press bind.

That's what I had to do to get it to bind to Twitter. Log on to the Twitter app, then leave it running when I switched to Azur Lane. Then in bound no problem.

@faint gorge If a bug is already in #known-bugs, please do not report it. That's why it exists, so people will know that they don't need to keep reporting something. Also, that particular bug has probably been reported several times by now. Just searching "limit break" in this channel turns up the two most recent messages being that error.

if you're using a VPN, try not using a VPN. If you're using wifi/mobile data, try switching to the other one and see if that helps. Also check to see if you have the most recent app version from the google play store, which has a proxy built in that may help

No, it's displaying the prices as if it was USD, but it's actually in local currency

This is one of the four main issues I've asked Yostar to prioritize
Top priority issues
- Game crashing when playing audio lines if the audio gets corrupted during download (one potential fix is to add a feature to delete the additional downloaded data from settings so people don't have to reinstall completely)
- Various shop issues, such as the shop taking money without giving gems/trade license or the fact that people get overcharged for their purchases sometimes/not showing prices in the correct currency
- Things that are supposed to reset at server reset often reset an hour late (especially seems to be true for hard mode attempts)
- People receive a lot of login/account binding issues, especially with Facebook. When logging in, it's usually error 10811 for Facebook. Twitter it seems to vary, sometimes just crashing the game. When binding, Facebook authentication seems to fail every time one has to go through the app. If you do it via logging in with email and password (where the device makes that option available) it works.

Not sure if this is relevant or useful, but for me it costs just 80$ converted in my local currency (roughly)
so maybe it's just euros being converted incorrectly, or just costs more

It should be the case that whatever it's showing you in that screen is the amount you actually get charged, since I think that screen is generated by google play/android as opposed to the app itself. But I don't know how it converts the price to local currency (as in, what exchange rate it uses) or if there are other items that get included later

you could check your inventory and see if you have any purple/gold duplicates
also remember if you equipped or not since they don't appear in your inventory if you equipped them
Didn't see this in the the mistranslated album, this line should be "on the job" not "in the job"
Something to note about the 0 commander exp bug in #known-bugs I recently got it and have two points to note. A, it seems to occur with connection issues as you end battle, and B, it actually does give you the exp, since I was checking my exp progress at the time.
Unless my issue was an isolated version, I assume it's just a minor desync issue.
also, on the "in the job" thing, it's been reported, but in one of the previous albums. The new albums might be misleading people to thinking that the previous ones are done with, but it's still a wip.

Update I got a response earlier today from al.cs and they asked for my server name and google play transaction ID
I gave it to them 4 mins after they sent the email, and didn't hear from them until now
but the gems just got credited to me for the Monthly license doesn't appear in akashi's shop anymore so I guess they fixed it

despite having a strong and stable internet connection often times after having the app put into the background ( I play on a phone not an emulator) opening it back up I have run into the game having a seemingly infinite loading thing (the thing with the birdies) closing the app and reopening it does fix it, however I still felt I should at least mention it. Just for more information on for you I am on a Google Pixel 2, with the Android 9 OS, and am connected to the Avrora server. I do not know if this is a bug or if its just some innate occurance due to how stuff works. It doesnt break the game or anything just a minor inconvienence.
@stray shard I think this is systemic to the game, especially if you are in the middle of something when you switch away. I've often found that switching from wifi to 4g in the middle of a sortie for example will often trigger the infinite loading.
I had issues like that in JP as well

So I got my purchase resolved in the end, but I just wanted to warn people to make sure the transaction completes itself before close or switching away from the app.
I have a suspicion that I might have switched away from the app too fast after my purchase because I got the email notifications that I was charged so I automatically assumed it went through.

looking deeper into it, there's formal informal implications, with troop related stuff falling under adviser, so I think leaving it as is would be fine. If there were american english/british english leanings, I'd go for whichever is american.
I've never seen it as adviser in America at least, but as long as it's defensible it's fine by me
there seem to be a few articles and dictionary entries on the differences of both, but either seems like it works, since advisor is more American and adviser is more military related, which fits her character.

@warm charm Does the disconnection happen every time you try to enter the fleet name or does restarting/trying again fix the issue? Do you get the same problem when you try to rename other fleets? What happens if you just type in "Fleet 3" into the name box?
Woops double tag to me there bt i changed my username, sorry about that.
It's not entering the fleet name, but rather erasing them, because I thought it will revert the fleet name back to the default. Restarting did nothing because, well, the Server Maintenance dialog box appeared. And when it closed, the fleet naming box persists and blocking the splash screen, and sometimes it puts the game into infinite loading screen.
I haven't tried renaming the fleet to Fleet 3, nor have I tried renaming the other fleets as well. Might try to test that later, I will update afterward.
For now, I need to get some sleep

@warm charm I just tried it on iOS (entering a blank fleet name) and it seems to cause an infinite loading screen. I think rather than renaming it to the default, it actually tries to name it as a blank name which it can't do

I think thereโs a bug with the missions where the โearn three victoriesโ does not stack with โearn 3 victories with A rankingโ. It used to stack in the beginning, but for a while.

well, that's how translations work most of the time from what I know
but usually there's a guideline on how to translate certain things
and in the end everything is edited for consistency sake
or are you suggesting them to give translation to fans?
