Then it's a problem with the proxy. Google Play says you're in one country, but the game says your in another. Every time they fix the problem for one group, another group gains the problem. They're working on a fix for everyone, but they don't know when it'll be truly fixed.

Yesterday was Boss Rush one and today are all active, so I was able to complete refreshed 3 Boss Rushes in that 1 hour window, and when other daily challenges became active Boss Rush refreshed again
